As a year has past, the twins are excited for their first birthday together. Mac has been to the store to buy a birthday cake, presents, balloons, streamers, and drinks. Penny is feeling so happy to have another baby along the way and she gets a little emotional because she never had emotional breakdown before. Kenzie looks at Penny and she starts to kick in her high chair.
-"You are too cute when you kick in your high chair, baby girl." Penny said.
Kenzie smiles and Mac Jr drinks his bottle of milk. Penny knew that the twins are just the happy babies and nothing won't change everything except having a new baby that changes everything to the family. Mac has finally came home from the store and he knew that the twins are going to love their presents. Penny has been working on the house and to keep it clean before the guest will be arriving soon for the party. Mac came in as he brought all of the stuff for the party and he notice that Penny is working herself too hard.
-"Baby girl, I'm home." Mac said.
-"Hey baby." Penny said.
-"Love, I want you to sit down and you need to rest." Mac said.
-"I need to work on the house and the guests are coming soon to the party." Penny said.
-"I know dear but you will strained your back." Mac said.
-"I can't even do nothing and all I wanted is to help out around the house." Penny said.
-"Love, please take a break. You look horrible." Mac said.
-"I don't want a break and I want to help out more." Penny said.
-"Baby, what's got into you." Mac said.
-"I'm not sure and I don't want to sit down at all." Penny said.
-"Penny, you can't make your back to be strained and I have to lower your back." Mac said.
-"I need to work on the house and have everything ready." Penny said.
-"Baby, calm down." Mac said.
Penny has ended up having a terrible emotional breakdown and she never thought it was getting terrible.
-"Baby girl, I never seen you like this before and I'm never mad at you." Mac said as he hugs Penny.
-"I can't do this and I don't know what to do anymore." Penny sobs.
-"Sweetheart, you may just take a nap and I'll make us some coffee and that should help you." Mac said.
Mac walks with Penny to the living room and she lay down on the couch. Mac kissed her forehead and he knew that she has been a lot of stress. Penny wouldn't be mad at Mac for anything and she always listen to Mac a lot. Mac went to the kitchen to make coffee for them and he is keeping an eye on the twins. Mac Jr shakes his rattle and Kenzie plays her favorite stuffed bunny. Mac chuckles at them and he never couldn't get enough of them. He put the cake in the refrigerator to let it get cold and decided to do the birthday plan out. Penny is still in the living room by looking at their wedding picture and she felt so happy at the time. She didn't feel awful anymore and she just didn't know that she could be possibly having a signs of postpartum depression. Penny never thought of that after she gave birth to the twins but she felt normal and happy. Kenzie looks at Mac and she is wanting to talk so bad. She is now saying her first word, -"Dada." Kenzie said.
-"Dada." Mac Jr said.
Mac turns around as he felt so happy and didn't think they said their first word. He never thought how well they have been able to talk and they will soon to learn to be potty trained very soon. Penny walks to the kitchen and the twins looks at her.
-"Momma." Kenzie said.
-"Mommy." Mac Jr said.
-"My babies." Penny said.
Penny is happy that the twins said only couple of words and so is Mac. Mac and Penny are happy to have a family together and they decided to grow more family by having more children. Mac took the presents in the living room so he can give the kids the presents and Penny felt bad for not finding a gift for the twins. She made the table as she put the birthday cloth on table to make it nice and neat. Mac came to the kitchen and he got the two coffee cups out. He grab the milk out of the refrigerator and he pour it into their cups. Mac pour the coffee for them and he set the coffee pot down. He puts the milk back to the refrigerator and he shuts the door. Penny looks at the twins and they are happy little babies. Kenzie is wanting her apple juice and Mac grab her apple juice. Mac Jr is being a silly baby and Mac is laughing at him.
-"Mac, you are so silly." Mac said.
Mac Jr laughs and Kenzie drinks her apple juice. Mac grabs the coffee for them and he sat it down on the table.
-"Thanks baby." Penny said.
-"You're welcome baby girl." Mac said.
They both drank their coffee and Kenzie is always the happy baby. Mac Jr is being a silly baby but a little fussy. Mac decided to get to work and Penny is pretty much a hardworking mother that keeps the job done. Mac has got to keep the family together and not going through anymore drama. As if he hasn't received any of the text messages from Nikki or having uninvited visitor like Murdoc himself. Mac decided to put his mind off of Nikki, Jill, and Murdoc before he will make the family fall apart. Jack knocks on the door and Mac opens the door.
-"Hey buddy." Jack said.
-"Hey big guy, I'm glad that you are here for the twins party." Mac said.
-"Hey Mac." Bozer said.
-"We are finally here." Riley said.
-"So where are the twins?" Oversight asked.
-"In the kitchen, Oversight." Penny said.
-"Coming. You twins are happy to see your Grandpa Oversight." Oversight said as he walks to the kitchen.
-"We brought presents for the twins." Leanna said.
-"I'm sure they'll love it." Mac said.
-"Is Penny pregnant again?" Matty asked.
-"Yes." Mac said.
-"How many kids is she going to have?" Matty asked.
-"Just one and it's a boy." Mac said.
-"Yay." Bozer said.
-"Let's go to the kitchen and time to surprise the twins." Jack said.
They all came to the kitchen and the twins are happy to see everyone for their party. Mac grabs the cake out of the refrigerator and he puts it on the table. Jack shuts the refrigerator and Oversight grab the number one candle to share as he puts it on the cake. Jack use the lighter to lit up the candle as they sang 'Happy Birthday' to the twins and they clapped and laugh.
-"Happy Birthday my little babies." Penny said.
-"Blow out the candle guys." Mac said as he showed them how.
The twins learn how to blow out the candle and everyone clapped for them. Kenzie looks at the presents and so did Mac Jr. The twins are excited for their first presents and everyone are giving them their gifts. The twins loved their gifts so much and Mac has finally felt so happy for the twins to be happy with their gifts. Penny has finally decided to cut the cake and they all enjoyed the party. The twins are eating their birthday cake and they smeared it all over their faces. Mac took a picture of them together and that will be their first memory of smearing their birthday cake all over their little faces.
