An ugly, bald older man with numerous spikes on his head and an equally hideous looking man with muscles and spike teeth notice the tall boy entering the alleyway wanting to intrude on their kidnapping plans

Thug #1: Yes indeed

Daiki: Let that woman go.

Thug #2: Ya know God does say not to kill but hey fuck it. Whos gonna remember a little wannabee hero. Time to die

The spike toothed villain extended his neck 30ft forward and launched his face at Daiki almost at in an instant. Daiki dodges his attack, surprising the Thug.

Thug #2: Jeez hes fast for a kid. No one just dodges my bite like that.

Thug #1: Yes indeed. Lets finish him off quickl-

Daiki in an instant rushes in on the villain hitting him in the gut 3 times, with the third punch packing enough strength to make the man throw up, prompting a shocked reaction from his partner. After his partner dropped to the ground Daiki rushes to the spike haired man. He gets behind preparing to beat him down until the man shoots his hair into Daikis face prompting a yell

Daiki: AHH!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!! AHH!

Thug #1: oh ho you mean m K.O. Quills? They release a toxin that can render any normal human basically useless in a matter of seconds. Yes indeed. Thats exactly what happened to sleeping beauty over there. Shes out cold. Yes indeed.

While Daiki was distracted Thug #2 bit him down on his calf hard enough to make him yell out in horror

Daiki: AHHHHHHHHHHH

Thug #1 Youll be out here soon. We'll have to kill you since youve seen our faces. We'll be taking the lady now. Yes indeed. Or if you keep playing hero we'll kill her right in front of you

At that moment his words reminded me of a moment from my childhood... the worst moment of my life. Those same words were the same words that the villain that killed my brother said while he was holding his head in the claw he had as a hand... that prompted an anger in me that even today i dont think  ive matched

Thug #2: Ha you told him. Lets finish him off. The doc is waitng on us... HEY WATCH OUT

Daiki, with the speed of a speed quirk user, gets up and hits the bald man with a punch strong enough to break his jaw. His partner was about to go on to help him until a small crowd of people showed up.

Daiki: COME ON! GET THE HELL UP! ARE YOU TIRED?!! GET THE HELL UP!!

A grey portal appears behind the two villains enabling their escape.

Thug #1: God has finally heard our cries. We have to leave her behind

Thug #2: You got lucky punk. Next time I see you youre as good as dead. Theres no way were gonna let you live! Ill even do the honors myself. Enjoy your last days on earth. Theyre numbered. *the group escapes through the portal*

Daiki: i did it. i saved her. Is she okay? Why are you all looking at me? check on her?

Random man: Are you okay boy?

Daiki: of course i am... just... go... check... on the... gir-

Daiki then feels the effect of the villains quirk and faints on the concrete. He awakens in a hospital a day later.

Daiki: im getting serious deja vu right now. Am I in a hospital again? Last thing i remember is getting into a fight and then... WAIT!

Daiki: IS THE BLACK HAIRED GIRL ALRIGHT?!!

Bearded man: Ahh youre finally awake. Quiet down youre in a hospital. I can assure you shes doing very well in this hospital. But more importantly theres a couple of things i need to discuss with you Daiki Nozomi.

Eraserhead: I am the pro hero known as Eraserhead. We at U.A. have been interested in you ever since the entrance exam and letst say youve peaked some of their interests. Lets get you discharged. Well talk more at a cafe nearby.

At Nearby Cafe

Daiki: So eraserhead sir. Why did you come ot see me out of all people.

Eraserhead: As an ambassador of U.A. me and a few other teachers were told to look out and find the best of the worst of the entrance exam, but as I sad before youve peaked the interests of some big people at U.A. and they told me to talk to you about a very important opportuity that could be heading your way. Now to get to the point. Due to a student dropping out of U.A. a spot has been opened up and they think you would be perfect for the spot.

Daiki: ME?!!!! Well... Im truly thankful buy why me? Im quirkless dont you know? There must be someone better-

Eraserhead: were fully aware of your quirklessness however out of all the candidates weve viewed almost none of them did great in more than 2 exams. For example one student couldve recieved a 50 for the battle portion of the exam but failed the next two. You are one of the fiew that recieved an exeptional score in two categories that didnt get into U.A. This is the first time I have seen a quirkless kid outperform numerous skilled quirk using villains. Im sorry i couldnt get there in time. In my opinion I think it would be a waste if you got in, but due to the broken exam rules you could slip through the cracks. This oculd be your big break Nozomi. Now do you want the chance to go to U.A. High School?

Daiki: Yes. Yes I do.

Eraserhead: Then dont waste this opportunity. Prove me wrong. Show me youre not a case of extreme luck. We wont be favoring you. *exits the cafe*

In Daikis Room

Daiki: *jumps into the air* YEAHHHHH!! I could still go to U.A. I could make my mom happy... I could prove Gin wrong... I could still make our dream come true little bro... Lets flipping go!

Mrs. Nozomi: DAIKI!!!!!

Daiki: hey mom whats u-

Mrs. Nozomi throws a flip flop straight to Daikis face

Daiki: What was that for?!!

Mrs. Nozomi: DO YOU KNOW HOW WORRIED SICK IVE BEEN?!! YOUVE BEEN GONE FOR A DAY!! CHECK YOUR PHONE DAIKI!!!

Daiki looks down to his phone showing over 40 missed calls from his mom.

Mrs. Nozomi: you better have an amazing excuse for this ya know.

Daiki: actually I do mom. You might wanna sit down for this... I could still be going to U.A.

Mrs. Nozomi: REALLY!!

After that I explained what went down during my walk without skipping any detail. I told her about the fight, the girl, eraserhead, and everything else. She told me she was worried sick about me. Even after all that she allowed me to take the retake exam. It turns out that the retake exam wasnt much different from the actual exam. It was just a bit harder than the first one. I was sure that i passed the first exam. Then came the physical test. First was the battle simulation part which I was sure that i dominated. I finally got to participate in the rescue portion of the exam. With the thret of villains, and the falling ruble it made that part extremely hard but at the time i was pretty sure i did fine. 5 days later i recieved my new test scores. out of the over 5o potential students that took that exam I was the only one to pass. At that moment pure bliss entered my body. I knew at that moment my dream of becoming a hero was not over just yet.
