Master Xehanort laughs as he stands at the top of the cliff. the multiple swords all around him. He looks down at you. you hold your keyblade at your side. just like your friends your keyblade was unique and looked just how you imagined it. "It is almost time! the union is nearley complete!" he shouts as he smirks down at you.

Sora is standing beside you as he growls. and so does riku on your opposite side. Followed by King Mickey.

you point up at him "Its over Xehanort! weve defeated all your lackeys!" Xehanort laughs again "No boy, you have given me everything i need, do not underestimate my power!'

as sora growls again "Wheres Kairi!" you shout as you run and jump. you begin to run up the side of the pillar. holding your keyblade out in (your custom running animation) you get closer.

you reach the top and point your keyblade at him "solar flare!" your keyblade glows orange as it prepares to fire powerfull grand magic. however before your able to perform your attack you blink as you are suddenly in a different location. "huh?" you say.

you are in what looks like a city. "what the- where am i? this isnt the graveyard" you say.

just then however, an explosion happens in the distance as you stumble "woa!" you look up as you see fire raging about in the distance. "what happened! something isnt right!" you say. just then someone runs past you. a blonde man as he wields a lrge sword over his shoulder "beat it kid!" he shouts as he runs away. he is followed by 2 girls. one with black hair and a skirt. the other with brown hair in a dress.

"hey! cloud!" you shout "Tifa! Aerith!" you follow up as you break into sprint after them. you catch up as you run beside cloud as he runs. "whats going on!" you ask. you hold your keyblade at your side. they bullet shape keychain swinging lightly.

"A change of plans!" is all cloud says as you run with him "how did you get here!" Aerith shouts from behind "We thought you were with your friends!" tifa follows. you nod "i was! but xehanort cast some kind of spell i think! sent me here!"

cloud looks at you as he runs. he sees your keyblade armor gauntlet on your left arm "Thats new!" you nod "last time i saw you guys i was with Terra and zack!" cloud looks forward again as he point left "this way! cmon!"

you nd the girls turn and follow him as you keep running. civilians and vehicles drive past yu as they start to panic. "another bombing!" someone shouts "get inside now!" a shinra guard shouts as he and his squad turn to look at you.

"Avalanche!" he points as his squad gets set up. "cloud?" you ask. he grunts as he suddenly draws his sword off his back "cut loose guys!" he says. aerith equips her staff as tifa puts her fists up. you nod as you hold up your keyblade as you enter your stance.

*Battle commence!*

(Unlike previous McBrando stories, this one is more of a request, a reader came to me many months ago and had an idea, it took time but i figured it out. this will be another attempt at a fantasy like story, but it will not be choose your own adventure but rather this will be a second harem story, set in the universe of the Final Fantasy Series made by Square Enix. you will uncover the story as you go.

you take the place of a keyblade weilder from the Kingdom Hearts series. it will act as a Video game. with similar writing style to be like a video game. this book is a request from @SpartanN7

*We will now begin the tutorial for combat, to get familar with how this books writing style will work*

your party stands together. cloud in front, you beside him as well as Tifa and Aerith. cloud holds his buster out in front of him.

a menu appears as he focuses. *Similar to turnbased games, this will act like that.*

cloud takes a breath as he holds his sword up before he dashes forward in a focused thrust. he attacks enemy shinra agent A for 26 damage. he then backflips away as he lands where he was before.

the menu changes art design to look more stained glass like as its now your turn.

*this is where it gets confusing. because while its turnbased, you have more freedom. because you, the reader keep the command menu from kingdom hearts. and not from the final fantasy series. allowing you to perform a larger amount of attacks and skills rather than the limits in final fantasy.*

you focus on enemy shinra agent C as you stare him down in your combat stance.

The command menu curser Highlights the Attack Command

When it selects the command, you shout as you lunge forward and attack. First a downward strike, then you swing your Keyblade to your right and finally you spin it around before you hold it backwards and perform a zantetsuken attack as the finisher. The shinra Agent takes 36 damage total as you jump back and return to your position.

When you select the ATTACK Command, you will perform the basic 3 hit combo, right now it does little damage, but collecting Experience Points and Leveling up your strength will allow you to dish out serious punishment with your basic attacks, as well as any other physical attacks you learn over time

The command menu switches back to final fantasy 7 style as Tifa takes her turn, she targets Shinra Agent C and uses her basic attack. Two heavy right jabs, and. Roundhouse kick to stagger them.

She then jumps back to her original position.

Next up is Aerith as she performs her attack as she targets Shinra Agent B. She spins her staff and points it at him as a fireball flies from the tip and slams into the enemy.

He yells as he freaks out and burns alive before he darkens in color and falls over. He turns into thousands of materia orbs as he fades away.

Some enemies are weak to magic, so it is always good to have at least one mage in your party at all times. This isn't required however as you can collect gadgets to use the same spells without requiring the magic skill needed. Intelligence however is required to wield these gadgets.

Now it is the enemy Turn.

Shinra Agent A targets Tifa as he raises his rifle and fires a 4 round attack. Shooting 4 bullets in a burst as they connect with Tifa.

She grunts as she takes damage but is fine overall. Next is Shinra Agent C as he does the same attack towards you.

You grunt as you take the damage. But you shake your head as you return to your stance.

It is now your party's turn again. Cloud attacks first. He selects Shinra Agent A as he lunges forward and spins twice as he slashes him. The Shinra Agent flies back as he lands and turns into Materia as he dies.

Cloud returns to his position. You are next as you look at Shinra Agent C.

The command menu returns to Kingdom Hearts Style.

You remain in your Combat stance as you stare him down.

When there is an enemy at half health, you have the chance to perform a finisher. This will grant you bonus Experience Points. But only to yourself as bonus points are not rewarded to your whole party but rather to the member who finishes the enemy.

The Shinra Agent C is breathing heavily as he is wounded. As this happens, a Green Command appears above your command menu.

The command flashes green as the cursed moves upwards and selects it.

As this happens a cinematic camera focuses on you as you spin your Keyblade around in your hand as you jump up into the air.

You then swing it downward as you throw the Keyblade as it spins and connects with the Shinra Agent. He screams as he falls backwards and turns to Materia.

The Keyblade returns to you as you land and hold it at your side. The cinematic ends as a flash of light appears.

When the flash ends the words "Victory" appears on screen as your party celebrates. Cloud spins his sword around before holding it over his shoulder.

Tifa clans her hands before she crosses her arms. Aerith spins her staff around before holding it behind her back. And you swing your Keyblade twice before you let go as it disappears and you hold your hands on your hips like a superhero.

Then every character says a Voiceline.

"Easy" cloud says.

"Oh yea!" Tifa laughs.

"Well done!" Aerith celebrates.

"Didn't stand a chance" you chuckle.

This will conclude the tutorial for battle basic right now. Further tutorials will appear further on in the story

You and cloud turn to eachother as he sheathes his sword around his back as you cross your arms. "So, what are you doing here?" Cloud asks.

You rub your neck "Like I said before I don't know. Xehanort must have cast a spell to send me here. We were fighting him and then I blinked and I was here."

Cloud nods as he understands. "Are you able to leave?"

You nod "I should be able to. Don't see why I wouldn't" just then Tifa approaches "What's the matter cloud? Why do you want him gone in such a hurry?"

The two of you turn to face her. "No it's not that. I just don't want him to get involved in. What we are doing. This isn't his world. He doesn't need to interfere. It's not safe"

You nod "I understand, I'll get outta here"

You step back as as you hold up your left arm and make a fist. Your whole body flashes with light. As it fades you are now dressed in a full suit of (your custom Keyblade armor)

Tifa and Aerith gasp "wow!" Tifa says.

Cloud Hums as he watches. You then suddenly manifest your Keyblade as you point it upwards into the sky as a beam of light shoots up and create and orb of light. A gateway to another world.

You then throw your Keyblade forward as it flashes and morphs into a Keyblade glider. Or rather, a pair of wings.

The glider turns and flies back to you as you jump and spin as the glider connects to your back as you begin to hover like a bird. You then look up as you start to fly towards the gateway.

And within seconds you enter the gateway.

Only, when the gateway disappears, it reappears near the ground as it spits you back out.

"Woa!!!!" you scream as you fly out and land on the ground. You roll a few times before you land on your stomach in front of Aerith.

Your glider was disconnected as it turned back into your Keyblade as it clangs and slides and ends up at Clouds feet.

Within a second your armor vanishes and returns to its gauntlet form as you lay there in a daze. Then the gateway vanishes again.

You groan as you rub your head and get up to your knees. "Are you alright?" Aerith asks as she bends down to help you up.

You nod "yea... I'm alright" you mumble as you stand up straight. Just then, cloud approaches and holds out your Keyblade. "Guess you can't leave yet huh"

You nod "I guess not" you take your Keyblade as it vanishes in midair. "What's the problem?" Tifa asks. You shrug "I don't know. I guess I'm stuck here for now. Until I figure out why I can't leave"

Cloud crosses his arms "You think it's this Xehanort guy? I mean he sent you here" you look over to him. "I need to find a way home soon. My friends are fighting for their lives. I can't just abandon them"

Cloud nods "well, since your stuck here I guess you have no choice. You've never been to our word have you?"

You shake your head "No, I've only ever seen you guys at hollow bastion." You then turn to Tifa "I met cloud and Zack at the colosseum years ago when I was with Ventus. But it's been a while"

Tifa nods as she grabs your hand "Well, until you get home, we will be here to help you out"

You smile and nod "Heh" just then Your hear more Shinra Agents shouting in the distance "This way! The terrorists went this way! Hurry!"

Cloud doesn't say anything as he breaks into a sprint. Aerith follows him as Tifa goes next. Then you turn and start to run with them.

As you run. You look up at the night sky as you think to yourself

"Great. Another adventure on top of another"
