Evie's pov

I woke up and got to school. I had a test in Language arts so I went to the benches in the back to study and get away from my friends who would distract me so much.

I sat down and looked at my notebook.

"Ughh I'm never gonna memorize the state's capitals." I yell

"Maybe I could help." Someone said.

"Ahhhhh." I screamed

"Relax its just me." He said

I turned around and see the boy who spilled my coffee on me.

"You scared me." I say

He sits down and takes my notebook away from me starts reading It.

"Ok so lets start!" He says

"Ok." I say

"So Florida." He says

"Ummmmm......" I say

"Tallahassee" he says

"Ok how about Georgia?" He asks

"Ummmm....... Austin." I ask

"No its Atlanta Austin is Texas." He corrects me

"How about new York?" He asks

"Um.. Albany?" I ask (not sure if that's right but oh well🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️)

"Yes how about Arizona?" He says

"Phoenix." I say

"Right and last one California?" He says

"Ummm.... Sacramento?" I say

"Correct." He says giving me a hug

"Um.. can I ask you something." I say

"Sure." He says

"What's your name?" I ask

"Oh well my name's-" he says but gets cut off my the bell telling us to get to class.

"Sorry I gotta go." He says running to class

"It ok." I say as I walk to class
