I woke up with Corys arm on my stomach and my arms around his neck.

Holy shit....what just happened? Did I kiss....Cory??

I got up from the tent and made sure that he did my wake up.

What was I thinking? Im not supposed to be near him..he's....him and I'm me. What else is there?

Love. That's what. Its gotten in my way many times and now it has finally controlled me.

I looked around at my surroundings and felt like we needed to get to the school as fast we could.

I never knew what to do when ever im alone but when im with someone then it's even worse.

I cleaned up the benches and put the fire wood into a neat pile under a tree.

I looked back at the tent and noticed that it wasn't there.

"You looking for me?"

A voice said behind me.

I turned around and saw that Cory was behind me.

"I'm guessing that we are going to leave early?" I asked.

He shrugged and nodded.

We both got our stuff ready for travel and getting home.

"So...how are you today?" I asked.

He looked over at me and looked away. "Nothing much. How about you?"

I shrugged, "I don't know...I guess im fine."

He held me back from the trails.

"Are you okay? Is it because of last night? Im sorry if you were incomfortable. I didn't mean to do anything bad. I just really like you and I want to show you how i feel about you..."

My eyes widened.

He really likes me? I thought....he likes me?

I looked at Cory and said, "Its not about last night...you like me?"

He looked away and nodded.

I smiled and kept walking.

"Lets go slow poke! We're not getting home by standing here!"

He ran over to me and we both started looking for the school.

"Darn it! Why did you have to be taken by those goons? If we haven't gotten here them we would be just fine and not lost!" He joked.

I laughed at his joke and kept walking.

"Shut up! Its not my fault! I was just at the same place at the wrong time. That's all!" I huffed.

We passed a big clump of trees and found a big town.

"Home!" I said.

I ran down the hill and started yelling, "WE MADE IT, WE MADE IT, WE REALLY, REALLY MADE IT!! WOO HOO!!!"

I smiled my big smile and ran down the hill.

Its like old times...
