(( E, I actually have an idea for this chapter .w. Or half an idea. Also does anyone read these rants? XD I just write them cuz I feel like it but idk if anyone really reads them- Also why aren't any of you making fun of this? Like I am thankful but I see all of these comments on other stories and I laugh my ass off on them. Like I am trying to be quiet since it is literally THREE AM and I see one of these comments and start snorting and squealing like a penetrated pig XD Anyways this is long enough so ENJOY~ ))

You were lying on your bed your hand covering your face. It had been a week since you kissed Al-An in that cave and you had been thinking about it almost 24/7. It had been driving you to insanity. You sat up in your bad and faced Everest who was sitting at the foot of your bed looking up at you. "What am I going to do...?" you said to Everest, you knew you weren't getting a response but she was nice to talk to. 

You had been doing your best to avoid Al-An the last week. When ever he would come to your base you always said you were busy. When ever you were asked to come over by Robin you asked her to come to your base instead. 

You felt really bad about it but you couldn't help it. You freaked out every time you saw Al-An, your throat closed up and you were stuttering up a storm. You couldn't look at him the same way before. Not that it was a bad thing but you couldn't stop thinking about what it would be to be in a relation ship with him and how his people does the whole partnership. 

You didn't even know how this started. When you were in that cave you didn't think before you kissed him but it felt so right. Had you been in love with him all this time and never noticed? You were happy any time he was around, more than others. When ever you talked to him you had a warm feeling in your chest. You would also get really happy just by seeing him. 

Was this what it was like to be in love? You had never really been interested in being in a relationship with someone before. Had Al-An been in a relationship before? He did say that his people was more interested in research and were caught up with the Khaara for many years so they might not have had time for relationships. 

Would Al-An want to be with you? What if he thought you were weird. What if he was disgusted by it. All of these thoughts were racing through your mind and before you knew it you were giving yourself a panic attack.

You were ripped out of your thoughts by the sound of heavy footsteps coming from your moonpool. You quickly identified it as Al-An, nothing could imitate those heavy steps. Not knowing what to do you just picked up your PDA and tried to look busy with something. 

Al-An walked over to where you were sitting on your bed, you tensing up more and more the closer he got. You froze not knowing what to do and didn't even look up at him, you felt awful.

"(Y/N)" Al-An said, you could feel him looking at you. "(Y/N)" Al-An repeated.  You didn't respond. 

Al-An sat down on your bed and pulled you onto his lap and hugged you closely. "(Y/N), you have been avoiding me.." Al-AN said holding you close, you felt even worse now. "I-I'm sorry" was all you managed to say. 

"Why, did I do something?" Al-An asked, he thought he did something. At this point you just wanted to sink into a hole and die from all the guilt. You wrapped your arms around Al-An returning the hug, doing your best not to feel awkward. 

"N-no, you didn't do anything" you responded resting your head on Al-An shoulder. "I-I did something" you said knowing you were about to be interrogated by Al-An. "What did you do?" Al-An continued. 

"You know, a week ago.. in that cave.." you said hesitantly, hoping that Al-An would know what you were talking about. Al-An nodded to your relief. "I have been meaning to ask you.. what was that?" Al-An said hesitantly. Great, he didn't know what a kiss was, now you had explain. 

The next few hours consisted of you explaining human relationships and intimacy to Al-An, not giving to much information though, you weren't about to give this guy sex ed. Al-An seemed weirdly curious about it, he was always curious but this seemed very interesting to him for some reason. 

"If you only kiss people you are in love with or are in a relationship with, why did you kiss me?" Al-An asked softly looking down at you. "I think that's pretty obvious.." you said quietly looking up at Al-An, scared of what he would think.

Before your thought could swallow you up Al-An carefully pulled you closer to him resulting in another kiss. Your eyes widened as your and Al-An's lips collided. You melted into the kiss wrapping your arms around Al-An chest. 

You pulled away and looked at Al-An, all worries gone. "I would like to try this" Al-An said in a quiet voice. "R-really? You would wanna be in a relationship with me?" you said your eyes widening once more. "Yes, these things you have explained to me. Feeling happy when ever you are around you. Getting jealous. Always wanting to stay around them. I have experienced all of it" Al-An confessed getting lost on your eyes.

You hugged Al-An close once more, digging your face into the crook of his neck. You had never been this happy and you were looking forward to this.

(( I actually finished this in one night, I am proud .O. Sorry if it was a bit short I thought it was fitting to end the chapter there. It was way to easy to write that part where (Y/N) freaked out before Al-An stepped in. I have a problem. Anyways hope you enjoyed and I will try to be as fast with the next chapter OuO ))
