Now I don't usually include videos or images but I just really like these songs and they have somewhat of a message behind them for me. Let me know what you think. :)

(This is just a quote in general which I think is really powerful but if you tried you could easily incorporate it in a story.)

(I have a friend who in the past has dealt with situations like this and although she still struggles today she always says that having people to talk to helps even if it was a struggle to open up at first.)
