The incident was recorded in newspapers after that day. You, Kuroo, Alisa, and Daiki had to stay in the police station for a while before you were allowed to go home. Your dad took Hana to your house as you stayed there.

A week passed after as the incident started to die down. You were cooking Kuroo's favorite grilled salted mackerel for dinner while he and Hana played with legos on the kitchen table.

You: Dinner's ready. Clean up the table, will you?

You looked over to Kuroo and he nodded. He picked up Hana's legos and took out plates. After a week of exhaustion, your life went back to normal. Kuroo helped you along the way and you were thankful for that.

At first, you were scared that Hana might receive trauma from the incident, but she didn't show any signs that she did.

Alisa and Daiki became a little overprotective with Rei, now Hana and Rei could only play insides, but they were fine with that.

You set food on the table and kissed Kuroo before asking everyone to come over and eat. As the family ate together, you felt your heart becoming full. You have the love of your life, Hana, the man you've always loved, Kuroo, and your father all together sitting down as a proper family.

You smiled as they started to scarf down the food you made.

After dinner, you went back to your bedroom as Kuroo followed over.

You: What do you want?

You pulled over a pin in your hair and pointed at Kuroo. He looked taken aback at first, staring at your weapon.

Kuroo: Remind me to never cross you, ever.

You laughed at his cute reaction and put down the hairpin. He relaxed after that and you rolled your eyes at your silly boyfriend.

Kuroo: You know...

You: What is it?

Kuroo: You really turned me on back then, when you attacked the damned Koi.

You: Hahaha.. are you a masochist now?

Kuroo closed the door slowly and pushed you towards it.

Kuroo: I might be... but just because it's you.

He looked at you with hungry eyes and you smirked. You pulled the tie hanging on the door hanger and pushed his chest with your finger.

You: Then do you want me to show you?

Kuroo's eye brightened as he shyly nodded back. You traced his jaw with your finger, sending shudders down his spine.

You: Then what do you say?

Kuroo: Please, my Queen.

You laughed placing the tie around his neck like a leash and pulled him over to the bed.

One morning, Kuroo looked over to you, sleeping soundly like a baby. He brushed your hair and kissed you. In return, your body scrunched closer to his, pushing away the blanket.

He eyed you from head to toe and felt something stirring inside him. He started kissing your ear and woke you up.

You: Kuroo, stop that.

Kuroo moaned into your ear as something hard touched your thigh and you blushed, pushing him away.

You: Kuroo.

You said warningly as he hovered above you, blankets falling to the floor. You could see him clearly from head to toe and found something looking very excited, early in the morning.

Kuroo whispered in your ear.

Kuroo: Please.

You: Just once.

He excitedly pulled you into his arms and kissed your lips.

You, Kuroo, Alisa, Daiki, your dad, Hana, and Rei were all on a trip to the beach. Since Kuroo liked going to the beach for summer, he forced the whole group to join.

You were watching over the kids play with sandcastles when someone shouted. Daiki came rushing in with a worried expression.

Alisa: What's going on, babe?

You also turned to Daiki with a questioning look.

Daiki: Kuroo... he accidentally drowned.

You immediately stood up and rushed to the place Daiki pointed. Your heart stammering. How could that adult baby drown?

You looked at his limp body laying on the sand and quickly reached him.

You: Kuroo!

You checked his body and your heart sank. Quick, you need to do CPR. You closed his nose and breathed into his mouth.

Kuroo woke up at that exact moment to pull you over to him and caged you in his arms. You, who was worried before, started punching his chest in anger.

You: Don't do pranks like that, you dummy.

Kuroo kiss your forehead and smiled before placing you on the stand. You stood up and glared at him.

Kuroo: Y/n, my love, my oxygen.

You rolled your eyes at him.

Kuroo: Just now, you gave me the breath of life.

Alisa and Daiki coughed back a laugh from behind.

Kuroo: And I never want to be parted from you anymore.

Kuroo changed his posture and stood on one knee. You knew where this was going as tears threatened to fall out your eyes.

Kuroo: Y/n, will you marry me?

Kuroo showed you a beautiful diamond ring as you nodded. He pulled your hand towards him while standing up and placed the ring on your finger. He pulled you into a hug and whispered.

Kuroo: You're mine now. And this time I promise, I won't ever forget you.

You cried into his chest as he whispered sweet things to you.

Kuroo: I love you so much, y/n.
