Yesha - I observed everything earlier and hence got to know .

Abhi hugged yesha and cried .

Abhi ( crying )  - T. They ki.lled my parents yesha .
Yesha ( sobbing ) - a..bhi see if uncle and aunty are currently watching you , they will not like it seeing you crying . So wipe ur tears and thank God that your younger brother is with you .

Yesha wiped her tears and then Abhi's also. 
Abhi nodded and went towards Siddharth.  He made Siddharth lie in a straight position , removed his shoes , was going to caress his hair but got to know he has high fever .

Abhi - yes  , h. He has fever .

Abhi hugged him while Siddharth opened his eyes .

Sid - .b..bhai !
Abhi - Sid are you ok ? U are having high fever !

Sid nodded

Sid - Av..vnee..t.t ?
Abhi - .s.she is still in the OT room  .

Tears started coming out of his eyes .

Sid was just numb again and was continuously staring at the ceiling . He was remembering his and Avneet's moments. 

Flashback
Sid and avneet were playing pillow fight. 
Sid - neet I'll nottttttt ( he hit with the pillow ) leave you now
Avu - oww , I will also never leave you ... yelllloooo ( she hits ) 

Siddharth holded her hands and was staring her .

Avu - what??

Sid nodded nothing in no and chuckled on the thought of how innocent she is .
Avu picked up the pillow again .

Avu ( shouting as she was going to attack at his back ) - Mr. Nigam .....
Sid - yes Ms. Nigam ?

Avu froze at the spot ofc while hitting , she was going to fall but Siddharth held her thru shoulders . Her cheeks turned beetroot red .

Sid knew that she was going to hit him from the back . He was just making fun of her and eventually " Ms. NIGAM " got split out of his mouth . Avneet didn't moved from the spot . Sid poked Avu in her side stomach .
Avu - aaye

Sid started tickling her .

Avu - s.s.top h.aha.a
Sid - NO

Eventually Sid lose his grip , and he fell on Avneet , both were staring each other , deep in the eyes . There was only 10 cm gap in them .

Flashback ends

While thinking all this tears started coming out of his eyes .
