Me and mom got to the house around 8pm I went to my bedroom and sat on my bed thinking about that girl in my dream I laid down and went to sleep

~ 5 years later~

Today was the day I was going to get a job at Candy's I ran out and walked to Candy's, once I got there I saw that almost nothing had changed I ran inside and saw someone at the front desk. I walked over to them. He looked at me. "Can I help you?" "Are there any job openings?" He looked at me and laughed. "Good joke seriously what do you need?" "I'm being serious." He stared at me and cleared his throat and stood up. "The managers office is down that hall last door on the left." I went over to the office I knocked on the door. "Come in." I opened the door and a woman stared at me with surprise then she brushed it off and smiled. "What do ya' need hun?" "Is there any job openings? Specifically maintenance?" She looked at me. "Sit down please." I did as I was told. She fixed some papers on the desk and cleared her throat. "First question, why do you want to work here?" "Well I came here all the time when I was a kid." "Question two, was this a result of a dare promise or anything like that?" "Well I made a promise to my best friend, one of the animatronics." She looked at me and chuckled and asked. "Which animatronic would that be?" "Blank." She nodded. "Who long have you known him?" "Since I  was 6." She was signing some papers and nodding after that she handed the papers to me. "just sign here and here and the job is yours." I signed where she told me to. "Your hired." "Nice when do I start?" "Well when this place closes you have to do maintenance, then at twelve o'clock you will start the night shift, the night shift ends at six o'clock." I stood up. "Thank you." She just nodded I waited till the place closed it was 7:00, I stood up and went to Blank's little cove my memories came rushing back to me. "Hey Blank." I said he looked up at me and got up he looked mad. "W-What" I pulled out my necklace I made when I was thirteen. His eye widened. "I made a promise to you Blank. Did you really think I'd forget it?" His head hanged and his shoulders slumped. "K-Kind o-of." "oh Blank..." I hugged him he hugged back best he could and we pulled away. "You ha-have maint-maintenance?" "And night shift."

I looked him up and down. "Has anyone ever tried to fix you?" I asked Blank shook his head. "Welp I made a promise and I'm keeping it, I'll fix you." his eye lightened up. and we walked to the parts and service room I turned on the light and saw an older version of Candy slumped in the corner. Blank sat on the table "Okay blank I'm gonna need you to turn off, okay?" He nodded and I turned him off and set to work.

~Later~

I was just finishing up when the bell or my shift rang. I shrugged. "What's the harm in being a little late." I took the animatronic eye off my necklace and reattached it to Blank and hooked it up to the endoskeleton and I looked for some more parts to fix that gaping hole in his face when the older version of Candy stared at me. "Hello." I said waving at him I continued my search and I finally found some parts and got back to work. After I was done I wiped a bead of sweat away and stepped back Blank was fully restored to his past self, I sighed and turned him on. his eyes opened and he looked at himself and sighed and got off the table and I hugged him he seemed shocked but hugged back and we pulled away and old Candy looked at us. "Get a room." He said my face flushed red and I looked away Blank's eyes turned pink and he closed them and shook his head and opened them again his eyes were once again blue and we left the room.

~After work~

I got home and went to sleep.

 I was in a dark place I remembered this from when I was younger I turned around and saw the girl again she now looked to be my exact age she giggled and disappeared. "Wait!"  I sighed and laid back while hovering, like last time I was here I closed my eyes and waited to wake up.
