These are the burns gained from not completing assignments from last week. It is quite unfortunate to have so many with only our first week back. This club can only work if we all encourage and work together.

All comments now have to be 5+ lined by DESKTOP standards. This is approximately double on phone. Make sure that you have read the chapter "Comment Guidelines" at the start of this book so that you have an idea of what kind of reviews you have to leave on your group members' stories.

The S'more is also now selected through a random generator, though new members are not put into the draw until they have been in the club for a few weeks.

Along with their group's books, everymallow will be commenting on two chapters of 'The Summer of Change'. If you get this book in your Marshmallow, read and comment on FOUR chapters.

We will be checking everyone's assignments this week, but for convenience and so that your group knows that you are done, tag your group members too.

Mallows who are uncomfortable reading mature are given a priority over genre likes/dislikes. Along with favoured specific genres, it is quite hard for us to group Mallows as such. It would be wonderful if we could all focus on writing and encouraging your fellow authors, rather than on the genre.

Remember that chapters such as authors' notes, extended summaries, cast, epigraph etc. do NOT count as part of the two chapters in your assignments.
