It was a normal Thursday. Nandini was working in her cabin. A knock was heard. She said come in without looking up from the file she was reading.

Manik- Pretty busy, huh?

Nandini looked up from the file to find Manik standing in front of her desk in his business attire.

Nanz- Tum yaha kya kar rahe ho????

Manik- Main apni beautiful fiance se milne aaya hoon.

Nanz- So cheesy.

Manik- But you like it....

Manik sat on the chair in front of the desk opposite to Nandini.

Nanz- Ab batao kya kaam hai tumhe???

Manik- Tum thodi romantic nahi ho sakti.

Nanz- Main kaafi romantic ho sakti hoon.

Manik- Show me...

Nanz- But ye mera office hai. Aur main apni personal aur professional life mix nahi karti.

Manik- Yeah right....

Nanz- So???

Manik- Main tumhe invite karne aaya hoon...

Nanz- Kis liye???

Manik- Family dinner tonight at Malhotra mansion.

Nanz- Invite toh tum phone par bhi kar sakte the na...

Manik- Tumhe lagta hai main tumhe milne ka chance miss kar sakta hoon.

Nanz- Right.

Nandini got up from her chair and sat on the chair beside Manik in front of the desk.

Manik- I was thinking....

Nanz- What were you thinking???

Manik- It's nearly lunch time. Let's go out for lunch.

Nanz- Sure.

Nandini switched off her laptop. She took her bag and cellphone. She was about to go out when Manik stopped her holding her wrist.

Nanz- Kya hua??

Manik- Iss cabin ke bahar jaane ke baad main ye nahi kar sakta.

Nanz- Kya nahi kar sakte??

Manik- Ye.

And manik captured her lips in his. They kissed each other with passion and love. Being out of breath, they pulled away from the kiss.

Nanz- You are mad...

Manik- Only for you.

Nandini blushed.

Manik- Let's go.

They both went out of the office. They both settled in Manik's car and Manik started started driving. They reached the Global Fusion restaurant. Manik parked his car and both got out of it.

They both entered the restaurant. Manik asked for a table for two. A waiter showed them their table. They both settled down at their table. The waiter went away.

Manik- What do you wanna eat???

Nanz- Let me see...

Nandini scanned the menu. A waiter came to get their order. They ordered their food.

Manik- You know I was thinking about a family weekend.

Nanz- Good idea.

Manik- I'll ask everyone about it at dinner.

Nanz- Hmm. But hum jayenge kaha???

Manik- I bought a farmhouse last year out of city. Wahi chalte hai.....

Nanz- Okay.

Their food arrived. They started eating their food.

Manik- Nandini I wanted to ask you something...

Nanz- Hmm..?

Manik- 2 hafte baad we have a concert in London. We are planning to stay there for a week. You wanna come? Abhi and Navya bhi aa rahe hai.

Nanz- Hmm.

Manik- So?

Nanz- So.

Manik- Tum chalogi?

Nanz- Yes.

She smiled at him.

Nanz- I think I need a holiday from work.

Manik- Sure thing.

They continued eating talking about business and other things. After lunch, they both settled in his car. They reached her office.

Manik- I'll see you in the evening.

Nanz- Yeah!!

Manik- Bye.

Nanz- Bye.

Nandini got out of the car and went inside her office building. Manik drove back to his office.

At 5, Nandini went back to her home. She entered her house and sat on the couch beside Arohi.

Arohi- How was your day???

Nanz- Boring...

Arjun- Except for lunch time. Right baby girl?

Nandini saw Arjun coming from kitchen.

Arohi- Am I missing something?

Arjun- Manik came to office today to personally invite her for dinner.

Arohi- How romantic of him!!!

Nanz- Bhai...

Arjun- Then both of them went out for lunch.

Nanz- I am going to my room to get ready.

Arjun- So eager to meet him.

Nanz- Shut up bhai...

Arjun- Make me??

Nandini throws a cushion at him and went upstairs to her room blushing.
