It's now lunch break and Nina called Rea to ask her if she ever has any plans.

"Yes, Hon?" Rea spoke.

"Kumain ka na ba?"

"Hindi pa e."

"Tara, labas tayo."

"Okay, will pick you up."

The call ended.

Rea texted Nina about her presence outside the latter's building. The latter then went out.

Rea opened the door then Nina entered.

"Wow, looking so good, Honey"  said Rea.

"Bolera. Parang hindi mo 'to nakita kanina."

Rea laughed and then started to drive.

At the restaurant

The two were sitting opposite to each other while eating.

"Hon, what if hindi pa rin tayo tanggapin ng Papa mo?" Nina suddenly asked.

Rea looked at her then held her right hand.

"Hon, don't think about everyone's approval. We are together. WE. If hindi nya tayo matanggap, then huwag tayong magpakita."

"T-tanan?"

"Ayaw mo?"

"Isn't it too much? I think we should get his approval then we'll live free."

"E pano kung hindi talaga tayo tanggapin?"

Nina released her hand from Rea's.

Rea smoothly nodded while biting her lower lip then they continued eating.

No one dared to speak till the whole time they were inside the car. Rea stopped the car as they were in front of Nina's building.

"Thanks," Nina broke the silence.

Rea just nodded then Nina stepped out of the former's car.

Rea stepped out of her car to follow Nina for a hug.

Nina was confused but she eventually reciprocated the hug. Rea on the other hand, wanted to say something but the only words she uttered was, I love you.

"I love you, too," Nina replied.

Hours have passed and the employees are starting to leave. Rea decided to leave the building early than she used to before.

Nina was shocked upon seeing the woman she's not expecting to arrive at this hour.

Nina opened the door then welcomed Rea.

"What are you doing here, Honey?"

"Sinusundo ka."

Nina softly chuckled then Rea kissed her cheeks.

"Let's go?"

"Okay.."

Rea then held Nina's hands until the latter entered the car.

While Rea was driving, Nina spoke.

"Hon.."

"Yes?"

But before Nina could even reply, Rea's phone rang. It was Mr. Legaspi.

Rea was hesitant to pick up the phone but Nina let her answer it.

"Pa?"

"Makakapunta ka ba dito?"

"Pa, I'm with Nina. I can't make it tonight."

Nina held Rea's hand then nodded as an agreement.

"Okay, Pa. Medyo matatagalan lang."

The call ended.

"Are you sure, Nina?"

"Of course. Ibaba mo nalang dyan sa gilid. Magc-commute nalang ako."

"No, ihahatid kita. Makakapaghintay naman 'yun si Papa."

Nina just nodded.

Rea drove to her father's residence as soon as Nina wave back to her as a goodbye.

Rea was welcomed by the maids. "Good evening, ma'am."

"Nasaan po si Papa?"

"Nasa sunroom po kasama si Sir James."

"Salamat."

Rea then saw the two inside the sunroom, talking.

"Ate!" said James.

Rea beso the two then greeted, "Good evening, Pa and James."

"Ano po bang meron?" she added.

Mr. Legaspi replied, "Itong si kapatid mo, magp-propose na raw."

"Ha?!" she blurted out.

"Grabe 'yung reaksyon mo ate."

"Anong propose? Hindi ko nga alam na may girlfriend ka e."

"Talk to him," their father commanded Rea.

"Yes, Pa."

Rea then beckoned James, leading him to the backyard.

"Huy. Ano 'yun?"

"Gusto ko na talagang pakasalan ni Hannah. Pero diba may tinatawag na sukob? Kapag nagpakasal ako kaagad, hindi ka pwedeng magpakasal ngayon."

Rea hit James' arm."Ano ka ba! Nakakulong na si Victor."

"Ha?!" he exclaimed.

"Gala pa. I-search mo nalang."

"Huwag ka muna, magpakasal. Ang bata bata mo pa tsaka.. ako muna," she added.

Rea then left James.

"Okay!" He said.

She entered the sunroom where her father was to say goodbye but he said something.

"Are you free?"

"Why, Pa? Gabing gabi na."

"Let's go to the mall."

Yet confused, she still agreed.

At the mall

The two were at the jewelry store. Mr. Legapsi was walking before Rea.

"Pa? What are we doing here?"

Mr. Legaspi ignored her question then pointed her a jewelry set.

"Do you think, she'll love that?" He asked without looking at her.

Rea was shocked upon hearing what her father just said. "A-ah..of course, Pa. W-wala naman akong binigay na hindi nya nagustuhan."

He then looked at the sales lady guiding them, "We'll buy this."

Rea widely smiled then stood before him.

"Thanks, Pa," she said and then hugged him.

"Ehem."

She then released her father from her grip.

Mr. Legaspi paid for it then walked before Rea who's still shocked.

"Thanks, Pa."

Mr. Legaspi didn't say anything but he genuinely smiled without looking at her.

At Rea's house

Rea saw Nina already sleeping. She decided to take a shower so have a good night sleep.

She went out of the bathroom, wearing a robe. She saw Nina leaning her head on the headboard.

"Anong oras ka umuwi?" Nina asked.

"Kakauwi ko lang actually. Hindi ko na namalayan yung oras e."

Nina just nodded.

"Ah!" she exclaimed which made Nina confused.

She went to the closet then came back with a box on her hands.

Nina's now sitting at the side of the bed.

"Ano 'yan?" Nina asked while looking at the box.

Rea opened the box then spoke, "This is for you, Honey."

"Oh, my God. I know this brand. Ang mahal nito, Rea."

"Hindi naman sa'kin galing 'yan e."

"Ha?" she looked at Rea, confused.

"It's from Papa." She said then bit her lower lip.

"What? Are you kidding me?"

Rea chuckled.

"Are you sure? Umayos ka, Rea."

"Hon. I am sure. I really am. Just like you, nagulat din ako nung tinanong ni Papa kung magugustuhan mo raw 'yan."

"Oh, my God."

Rea then kissed Nina's forehand while the latter was still shocked.

"Okay, susuutin mo na ba?" Rea asked.

"Of course!"

Nina let Rea put the necklace on her.

"You look so good, Honey."

"Talaga?"

"Yes. Okay, yung earrings naman"

Rea then put the necklace on Nina.

"Ang ganda ganda mo," Rea said.

"Paano na'ko makakatulog nito? Sobrang saya ko."

Rea chuckled upon hearing what Nina said.

"I'll go change lang tapos matutulog na tayo, okay?"

Nina smilingly nodded.

Rea has done changing her clothes. She then lied down beside Nina.

Nina embraced Rea then said, "Good night."

"Yes. Good night"
