"Kim Minjeong, I am in love with you."

The blonde's eyes grew wide. She opened her mouth to say something, but nothing could come out of it. Her brain was malfunctioning. Her crush wasn't seriously confessing, was she?

"No, I adore you. You are simply amazing, sweet and beautiful." Jimin continued.

Minjeong was looking in the older's eyes. She felt as if she reached on cloud nine.

"And I must tell you something else too... Because it's not right to keep this a secret from you." Jimin sighed and took her eyes off the younger.

Minjeong wasn't sure if she wanted to hear the next part. She thought that whatever it was, it couldn't be good.

"I read you diary."

"What!?" Minjeong pulled back.

"But only the last part, written in pink."

"No, no, no..." Minjeong said as she put her hands over her head.

Jimin felt guilty and bad about what she did. She wanted to put her hand over the younger's shoulder to comfort her, but she knew it wouldn't be a good idea.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done it." Jimin said, catching Minjeong's attention again.

The awkwardness was all around them. It was so silent, that they could hear each other breathing. Although Minjeong was breathing fastly and heavily, since she was anxious about what the taller has read.

"How much did you read?" Minjeong managed to ask, while still keeping her head down.

"A few sentences."

"What exactly?"

"Well, how you feel about me and... How you feel about yourself." Jimin went a little quiet at the last part.

Minjeong froze. She knows...

Jimin hesitated at first, but she gathered the courage to hug Minjeong. She patted her back and tightened her hands around the girl. Minjeong pulled back, which surprised Jimin a little.

"No. You do this because you pity me. You don't love me."

Jimin was taken aback by the girl's words. She knew that it wasn't the case, but Minjeong looked too convinced to be able to change her mind.

"Snowflake, that's not the case at all!" Jimin insisted.

"Okay, sure. I'll totally believe you!" The blonde said sarcastically.

"How can I prove it to you that I actually am in love with you?"

The younger stayed silent. She didn't want to answer the question. Nothing could have proven to her that the older's words were sincere. Jimin thought hard and an idea popped into her mind.

"Right. What if I'll help you love yourself? Then would you believe me?" Jimin asked, catching the attention of the shorter.

The girl thought for a minute. There's no way she could make me love myself. Like ever.

"Sure. Let's do that. But only if I do love myself in the end, I would trust you and believe that you love me back." The girl accepted, making her friend happier than ever.

"Alright! I won't let you down!" She said and raised her fist in the air.

Although Minjeong was mad at the girl for what she did, she couldn't deny that she is adorable. I don't want to let her down, but I know that the chances of her plan working are close to zero.

Jimin took the blonde's hand and made her way to the living room. There was a bouquet of flowers onto the table. Jimin picked it up and handed it to Minjeong.

"Here! These flowers reminded me of you." She smiled as the younger took the bouquet in her hands.

There were white carnations and red hibiscus. She looked at the older with a little bit of surprise in her eyes.

"..."

"White carnations means innocence and pure love, while hibiscus means delicate beauty."

"..."

"That's how you are, Snowflake. That's how you'll always be in my heart."
