****Delilah's POV****

After any of the votes it was nice to know that you've been saved but I think there was added motivation to be saved because the vote was on compatibility. As I've stood by through my time in here, we all do care about what people think deep down and it's nice to know the public have seen something in your couple. 

"Guys this is literally like the final week, how crazy is that?" Tasha said and I don't think the smile has gone from her face since the results were announced as we sat with Andrew and Will. 

"Yeah it's crazy"

"I mean like even just us sat here, look how far we've come."

"It's definitely made me stronger even just personally." I told her. "He's alright too I guess."

"100% it's made us all stronger." Andrew agreed with me.

"People have come and gone in here and whoever you do end up with I think it just shows who you're meant to be with, whether you've faced two newcomers or twenty."

"Will how did it feel stood up there?" Tasha asked him. 

"I mean too be fair I wasn't that worried because I know that we're compatible and that's all that truly matters but it is nice to have been voted for."

"For what it's worth I think you're compatible." Tasha agreed with him. "Like you just seem really comfortable with each other."

"Too comfortable, she farted in the bed last night." That man and his little teasing smirk, 

"I told you that was the bed squeaking." I argued back slamming the pillow I was holding in his chest. "Take that back."

"Don't do the crime if you can't do the time."

"You're so annoying."

Tasha: I just look at them two and I think they're so well suited. Like even then we were together and they just tease each other. I'm happy for them. 

As I walked inside for bed that night Ekin told me all about her conversation with Davide after the vote and something seemed to have gone up a notch between them. "So are you boyfriend and girlfriend or exclusive?"

"We're boyfriend and girlfriend but we don't need the exclusive label, in Turkey no-one ever questions it outright it just happens and that's what happened."

"So in terms you are boyfriend and girlfriend?"

"Yeah."

"Good." I told her as we walked out onto the balcony to be joined by Tasha. 

"I feel really emotional." Ekin said as we looked out into the distance. "This place is magical and I tell you one thing, if we have kids then I want to take them here."

"Yeah because then you can say to them like 'this is where I met your dad'." Tasha agreed. 

"Oh stop it you're going to make me cry."

"You two need to shut up because honestly my hormones can't cope with this." I told them, joining in with the two of them having tears in their eyes and having a group hug. "You can't talk about kids without me thinking about my little boy."

"You and Will will make the cutest babies though." Ekin said. "Then you'll all be one big family."

"I don't even think I've known the guy two weeks yet."

"I can already see it babe."

It's cringy of me to say and I'd never admit it to his face or anyone else but I did dream that night of what the future could hold for me, for us. That's the one big difference I felt from being with Will is that I'm genuinely not scared of the future now. 

"How are you feeling Danica?" I asked the next morning as we sat on the terrace. 

"Yeah so had a really good day yesterday in general with Jamie. I feel like we've gone from like zero to 100 but it feels really natural and when we're like in bed and just talking for hours and giggling I can't help but be over the moon."

"As long as you're happy with the pace then it's hard to say that you're going too fast or too slow."

"Ekin have you recovered from last night?"

"When the plate came over I was expecting it to be some sort of joke because I wasn't expecting it from Davide. I literally felt like the happiest girl because I think everything has come at the right time."

"In good news as well girls." I told them. "I told Will that we wanted a little brunch and he promised he would get the boys to all chip in and make us something."

"He's a keeper that boy." Danica said. 

"He's mine though so all of you stay away." I jokingly warned them. 

Some of us got changed for the brunch but I just put on some of my beach pants over my usual bikini to try and dress it up just a tiny bit. The boys all instructed us to take our seats on the bar and each came over holding their partner's meal, consisting of some smashed avocado, bacon and topped with a poached egg. 

"Have you had something to eat?" I asked Will as he stood behind me. 

"Nah I was going to do mine now."

"No come here." Lifting myself off the chair, I the pushed him onto the chair and perched myself half on his lap and half on the table. "We can share."

So we took it in turns having a bite each and before we knew it, it had all gone. "Did that impress you then?"

"I'll make a house husband our of you yet."

"I'm not sure about that."

"Girls do we think they deserve a blow dry after this?" Ekin asked. 

"I think that's taking it a bit too far." I teased back, Will's hand squeezing my waist. "I want a three course meal for that."

"Ladies you're also invited to the Love Island restaurant tonight...." Will announced and couldn't stop himself from laughing. "I'm joking."

"You better be."

Once we'd all finished Will and I were both sat in the kitchen having a drink when Luca came over. 

"Will, would you say Mark Wright is good looking?" I squeezed his hand just to give him a reminder that only he knows, at least in this villa. 

"I would say he's a good looking lad yeah."

"I don't think he's all that." Oh Luca. 

"What do you think Michelle is better?" I asked him, managing to keep the straight face. 

"Oh he's punching big time." He said but there was a lot of distaste in his voice that I picked up on. 

"But that's a good thing. Why would you say that's a bad thing?"

"No it is a good thing but..."

"You're punching." I pointed out because lets face it Gemma is unreal. 

"No I fucking ain't."

"Yes you are. Do you not think you are? So in saying that are you saying you're equal or that she's punching."

That shut him up and he seemed to have no answer to that. "I'm punching." Will admitted. 

"No you're not, I'm punching so badly." I argued. 

"I don't think either one of us is punching." Luca said. "But you definitely are. It's mad to me that you think I am?"

"But you definitely are. You should be proud to say it because she's unreal"

"I'm definitely not punching more than you."

"I'll take that, I'm really not bothered by you saying that."

"But you're not." Will tried to interject. "Babe I'm definitely the one punching in ever way."

"Oh I'm going to see Gemma because you're obviously just going to back each other." Luca said leaving us alone. 

"Do you really think you're punching?" I asked. 

"Of course, babe you really need to just look at yourself in the mirror."

"So do you, I've somehow managed to get the best looking guy in here."

"Now you're just flattering me. Lets just say we're both punching."

"I think we can agree to that." I said wrapping my arms around his waist. "I don't know whether I should be happy about you finding my brother attractive though? Like we share the same genes so I guess that's a good thing."

"I think we should just take it as that and leave it there."

"Good idea."

****

We were all sat by the pool later that afternoon when Indiyah got a text. "Islanders, it's time to take the stage as tonight you will perform at the Love Island Talent Show 2022. #showuswhatyougot #bigtalentenergy."

"Shit what am I going to do?" I whispered to Gemma. 

"I've got an idea if you're up for it."

I just need to make a little pact with Will that neither of us are going to get the ick from this because I don't have a talent. Like literally nothing but I'm just hoping I can disguise that with a bit of confidence and put on a show. 

More so than seeing each other's talents because I was fairly certain no-one was going to be the next Adele in here, I think everyone was just excited to have a little bit of entertainment that evening. Gemma and I had come up with a little rap routing we could do together and got matching outfits, which it is fair to say I would not be wearing again. 

Danica was up first and of course gave us an amazing dance routine. That girl honestly had more rhythm in her right toe than I had in my hips. 

Will was then up and he'd mentioned it previously but he's got a little magic trick that he recently learnt and decided to show us that. 

"Every magician needs a beautiful assistant so come over here you." He beckoned me over. "Now I could do the magic trick but that would be far too easy. Have I discussed this with you or gave you any helping hands?"

"No."

"Right come over here. So I want you to split that deck in half..." He talked the through the trick and it ended with me turning over four aces almost miraculously from the big deck of cards. 

"How did you do that?"

"There are some things I just can't tell you." He said, placing a kiss on my cheek. "You'll catch flies if you keep your mouth open."

"You can't expect to just do that and then carry on. That was amazing."

Yeah I have no idea how Will did that, he definitely knows how to play his cards right.

Tasha went next and gave us a rendition of the cup song that everyone was obsessed with a couple of years ago. You could tell she was nervous but at this point I don't think anyone really cared about the quality of the singing, I was just proud of her for standing up there in front of us all and doing that. 

Dami followed that up by rapping and at least the guy still had confidence to give us all a little roast, thankfully I was not included in that and then Jamie gave us his best footballing skills. 

Gemma and I were up next and we had chosen a dong to rap to, my hump being the one we knew we could at least dance our way out of. 

The two of us went full out, giving it our all in the rap even though neither of could really do it and tried to work the crowd as we both did our solo bits. But the real noise from the crowd came from the both of us trying to grind throughout, making sure to keep them entertained with that. 

"Thank you." I bowed to the crowd afterwards, giving Gemma a hug. 

Yeah I will not be doing that again, I think that amount of hip shaking is reserved for behind closed doors.

We had a brief interlude but instead of going inside I stayed with Ekin and Davide, the former of the two dressed like a pageant queen. 

"What are you doing?" Davide asked her. "Dressed like a queen."

"I'm doing absolutely nothing, I'm just a queen."

"At least you've got your king near you then,"

"Treat me like a queen then."

"I'll treat you like a queen, don't worry."

"Why do I feel like you're fucking around already?"

"No you need to see me when I fuck around, I warn you." I'm not sure Davide's words were what any of us were expecting. 

"No babe..."

"I'm joking don't worry."

"But if you're going to fuck around then you may as well tell me now."

"I mean if you fuck around in London then I'm going to fuck around in Manchester."

"Then there's no point in us being together if you're just going to fuck around."

"Here she goes queen Ekin." He obviously couldn't let it go as even when the show started again and she was next up he shouted over. "Miss Drama Queen."

In true Ekin style she took it in her style. "I am honoured to be Miss Drama Queen 2022, I came here for true love and not season girlfriends. But my girls, you have all taught me something."

She went around the group and just when I thought she was over she turned to me. "My Delilah. I can hand on heart say my time in here wouldn't have been the same without you. From you helping me find my something special with Davide to watching you find the man of your dreams in Will. You've taught me so much and I can count on you as a best friend now and I can't wait to be an honorary Auntie to Theo." Fuck Ekin honestly because I wasn't expecting her to make me cry from this. 

When she came back from her speech after giving her speech to Davide I couldn't help but pull her in for a hug before she sat down. "We're all so lucky to have you."

"I'm the lucky one."

The next two acts were definitely the most funny for me. Andrew I wasn't expecting it from, he gave us a mock tour of the villa but some of the jokes he was coming out with were very funny. Then Indiyah with her recorder, it definitely took a lot of restraint for us to not choke laughing as she hit the blunt notes. 

Cooking with Davide was next up and he showed us all the secrets of how to make a proper carbonara before Luca finished the night off with a bit of high school musical. Who can say not to a sing song of that as we all stood up singing along. 

Very talented villa I would say. At least we can all join in and have some fun. I loved it.
