Not caring if I scared her I walked over to Keva kneeling down in front of her and literally begging I began to talk.

"Keva my little one I know you don't trust me, I know you think I killed your parents, which I didn't I promise you. But please don't be afraid off me. You're my mate, my little one, my everything and I love you. Please let me love you."

Not expecting an answer from her I was even more surprised to hear her speaking to me.

"Mate." She said lowly under her breath and looked into my eyes.

My wolf howled in happiness as the word came out of her mouth.

Confused but smiling I looked to her only to see that she was studying me.

"What mate does mean?" She asked shocked and my happiness sank. A frown was heard and Emma stood up.

"Come Kena we'll let you have breakfast and put you into a bath after that, ok?" Kena's face lit up as Emma said "breakfast" and quickly she grabbed all the fruits and shoved them into her mouth.

A large grin made it's way onto her face. She's acting like a little pub. So cute!

Smiling I wanted to go over her but as soon as my little mate noticed the terrified look made it's way onto her face again.

"Leave." Emma ordered and I walked out depressed and with an angry wolf that screamed at me for making our mate scared.

*You freaking incompetent idiot! We could've already marked her but all you do is scaring my darling! Who do you think you are?!*

I sighed and answered. "You aren't any better. Who shoved her to the ground and made her want to run away from ME?!"

Rolling my eyes I cut him off and shoved him into the back off my head.

Then I mind link Emma. "Is she okay?" I feel so worried and bad.

"Yes she calmed down but I think you should let a woman take care off her not you or our brother. Neither the third in command. Maybe she will trust Mira. You know Sam's mate. She's good with people."

Sighing I reply. "Yes probably you're right. I'll ask her."

Later that day Emma, Mira and my Keva were in mine and my mates bedroom laughing.

I listened to them while trying to do pack work.

"Oh no no Keva! You say it like this: Butterfly."

I heard Keva laughing.

"Souds so cue! Butterfy wat no Bu-tter-fly. Hah! Done!"

"Ok and now say it again like this: It sounds so cute! Butterfly."

She tried it again and got better and better. I hope soon she'll be able to speak normal.

"What does scare man want fro I?" Emma and Mira went quiet and I sighed.

"He is my brother Keva and he doesn't want anything bad. Do you remember your parents?" Silence.

"Okay good were they mates?" Again silence.

"Okay good. So mates are people who are meant for each other. The moon goddess herself picked their fates out to be one. And my brother, his name is Xavier by the way, happened to be your mate. He's deeply in love with you Keva and the only thing he wants is make you happy and protect you. Ok?"

"No. I does scared off he! Stolen me he has. I don know where me are. Plea tell I were am."

A single tear rolled down my cheek. Does she really think that bad off me? No no no! I don't want that!

Mind link to Emma: "Bring Keva to my office."

I heard how Emma started to talk again in a whisper tone. I couldn't understand them anymore but short after the door to my office opened and a shaking Keva stood in the door.

"Come in little one." I whispered hoping it wouldn't scare her.

As Mira closed the door Keva jumped scared off the noise.

"Hey it's ok. I would never hurt you." I walked to her and sat down so she was taller than me.

"Look I'm smaller than you now I can't harm you." She nodded and looked into my eyes. Soon the scared look faded and I reached my hand out.

She took it and began to look at my fingers. Sparks flew through my body and a smile made it's way onto my face.
While inspecting my hand she started to giggle.

"What's wrong angel?" I murmured and looked at her.

"Hand so big. I hand so sall."

"Say small again."

"S-s-smmall."

"Well done angel."

She giggled again.

"My name Keva not Angel."

I needed to smile. She was so cute.

"For me you're now Angel. Because you look like an angel."

Wonder was placed on her face.

"What's angel?"

She sat down and gulped as she realised that I was taller than her. Again. I smiled at her hoping she would feel save again and hesitantly she smiled back.

"Angel's are people from Heaven. They have wings and are good to everyone."

My little one nodded and looked up at me and bend her head to the side curiously.

"Ok. I call and you Xavi now!" Then she stood up and hugged me around my shoulders. She hugged me!!!

My wolf purred and I carefully pulled my hands around her.

"You am Teddy bear. Big and bad but cuddle." She giggled and wiggled herself out of my arms. I didn't want to let her go but she would be scared again if I didn't.

Then she stretched her hand out for me to take.

I smiled and stood up letting her "help" me.

"Thank you." I smiled and she giggled. She is so innocent I love her!

All of a sudden she let go a yawn and I yawned right after her. (How many of you did yawn after that? Haha)
They say if a person you like yawns you yawn with them. It's true tho.

"Come on little butterfly let's get you to bed." I smiled and reached out my hand but she flinched looking up at me with big eyes.

Right...take it slow.

"I'm not butterfly I wolf grrrr." She tried to growl which ended up pretty cute and I chuckled a little at her.

"You're cute Keva." Another cute growl. "Not I cute! I scary." Keva held her head high and I tried to hide the laugh wanting to come out off my mouth.

"Of course you are little one." Then I opened the door and left the office with her following behind.
