Best friends forever

Aliya's POV

The moment my friends entered my  home. It was just like a Bazar. So loud shouting for help and moving the furniture's like real party. My childhood friend Riya is so good at party organisations. So she is ordering others to put the table and chairs so we get more room and more people can accommodate.  Zoya bought lots of balloons and decorating stuffs. She is so good at hand work so she did some DIY by checking Pintarest. I was busy in the kitchen baking Brownies, cupcakes and cookies. My friends were willing to order but I refused because I love baking.  And when I am there why they have to order.

"Today lunch Aliya's treat for her engagement!  " Riya said when I went to join others after putting brownies tray in the oven. 

"What ? " I asked

"Haan Ji " even shouted at same time.

"It's not my wedding to give Dawath " I said and laughed

"Na betta it's always good to have Dawath so today will have " Mom said

"Ji Aunty is right so shall I call my Pupi too ? " Sanam asked

"Why not call your Whole family " I said

"Why are you getting angry ? " Sanam asked

" Because you are planning to get houseful so I am helping you " I said

" Aliya ! Sanam beta you call her and your Mom too " Mom said.

" Aunty thanks and don't worry I know Aliya is angry that she won't get privacy to talk with her dream boy ! " Sanam said and Winked.

"Awww blushing ! Why  no words to say ? Sanam asked

I kept quiet I don't know why I reacted that way when I heard Hussain "s name.  I mean when  someone tease me I do blush. After the morning chatting I forgot about Hussain until now. Because the whole thing about Party kept me occupied. Didn't get time to sit back and think.

I started to wonder what Hussain must be doing and I can't message him also and can't ask Maha because she will wonder why I am asking suddenly. I got so many questions like is Hussain missing me as I am missing him ? Or will he be angry with me for putting this distance between us?

"Earth to Madame " Sanam said.

"Haa! " I said while coming out of my thoughts

" So princess is in prince thoughts ah ? " Riya asked

Then everyone started to laugh even my Mom

I got shy and went back to kitchen to check the brownies. 

It’s almost 11.am but still we are not yet done. The other friends will be arriving at 3.00 pm so we have only few hours then we have to arrange the table before that we have to have lunch. Luckily Zoya"s Mom also came with Sanam " s Mom and Pupi. Her pupi is little talkative type. I know I am also talkative but she is original Dasi Aunty. That says a lot about her. And she is really helpful most of the time. Our neighbour too. So that's why Sanam asked to call her because she knew her Pupi will be really helpful. I felt bad for shouting at her earlier.  So took the cupcakes from oven and put the cookies tray in. Then Went in search of Sanam to say sorry.

"Sanam sorry and thanks " I said

"In Friendship no sorry no thanks so chill " Sanam said.

I gave her bone crashing hug as she gives me when  she gets happy.  And asked if they need any helping hands.

" You just relax and stay there if you break any bones Hussain will kill us" Riya said and started to laugh.

Luckily nobody didn't hear it otherwise I will be dead by embarrassment. Right now my cheeks are red. Again I am starting to worry each time I hear his name from anyone. when I came back to kitchen and nobody was there but I heard foot steps and when I turn Riya was there.

"What's the problem?  " Riya asked by looking at me directly in my eyes.

"Nothing"  I said and turned to face oven.

" No I can see something is disturbing you and I am your friend so tell me? " Riya asked

"Actually I am worried about Hussain! " I said slowly so only she can hear.

"So call him ! " Riya said.

"I can't because " I was saying but cut off by Riya

"Don't tell me you both had argument "Riya said

"NO ! "I said then realised I said too loudly

" I will tell you everything but please don't interpret me until I say " I said to Riya

"Okay, I will try " Riya said

Then when I said the whole thing to Riya she understand. I felt little light after sharing my worries And then she gave me hug and said not to worry about anything. That's the best thing about our friendship.  When I feel low or week I can always relay on Riya because she is very sweet and supportive. She is like my real sister. She said some jokes to make me laugh and went back to others to finish it soon.

After about 1 hour everyone was back in the kitchen after completing the Decoration and whole arrangements.  Then I made Hot chocolate because everyone loves it. Then while we are having hot chocolate there was door bell. I asked Riya to open but she just ignored so I went and opened the door and got suprise. There Maha is  standing with huge smile on her face with some gifts on her hand.The moment I saw her I knew who invited her ! ...
