After escaping from Macaque. The gang were driving through the desert.

Sandy: "Are we sure we're going in the right direction?"

Tang: "Ugh...! Not a clue. All Monkey King said to do is head west so..."

Mei snatched the map from him.

Mei: "How did anyone anywhere using these!?"

Jinzi: "Calm down Mei.... Whoever drew this map, is very horrible at it."

"Yo blue thing! Wanna crank up that AC, brother?" says Monkey King who was meditating, his body was completely glowing gold.

Mei: "Uh hey... little help from a friend Monkey King?"

But he didn't listen. A tick mark appeared in Mei head, she was about to attack him if Jinzi and Elena didn't held her back.

Mei: "HEY! I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME!!"

Monkey King: "No I can't..."

Elena: "Calm down Mei! You need to control that anger of yours!"

Rin: "Yeah Mei. Monkey King needs to recharge after his fight with Nezha. He's in no state to waste his time on mere mortals...! Especially now that MK doesn't have her powers..."

Hearing that, MK puts her head down in shame. Raya angrily glares at her brother who starts sweating bullets. Ao Bing comforts the girl.

Pigsy: "Wait! He told you that MK?"

MK: "Yes."

Raya: "Does it work on mortals?"

Ao Bing: "That I do not know of. Mortals with high power or anomaly like Mei and Jinzi could be possible in having it..."

Then Sandy spoke up.

Sandy: "Come on gang! Don't be so glum! Roll down that window a little fresh air would never hurt..."

Elena: "Sandy wait!"

But she was too late, as soon as Sandy rolled down his window, fire spewed inside... burning him and his cat. Elena wasted no time and closed the window.

Sandy: "-Phew-.... Thanks Elena..."

Pigsy: "Kid, you know there is more to you than just your powers, right?"

MK was sitting at the conner and hugs her knees.

MK: "Like what Pigsy...!? The Lady Bone Demon all my powers away...! So how do you know that there's more in me...?"

Elena: "Because I sensed another power in you, MK."

MK: "Huh?"

Elena: "While you were fighting off the Lady Bone Demon. I sensed an ancient... powerful... the most unique power I have ever sensed in a long time now...!"

MK: "Well, what is it then? What is that power that's sealed inside of me...! Even the Lady Bone Demon knows about it as well."

Elena: "I'm not sure."

Ao Bing looks at Elena.

Ao Bing: "Thank you for saving my father and my kingdom."

Elena: "The Eclipse Witches use defenses or escaping spells. Our strongest magic appears when the moon is full or the red/blue moon, or the special eclipse moon."

Tang: "That's amazing!"

Elena: "Not as amazing as the Celestial Witches. We can't rival their powers."

Raya remembered Ao Guang mentioning about the Celestial Witch and the Jade Emperor's son.

Raya: "Mommy, who are the celestial witches? How come we've never heard of them?"

Elena: "Well.... How do I explain this...? The celestial witches are extinct my dear. Only some of us know their story."

Tang: "Can you tell us their story?"

Elena: "I'll start from the beginning.... Long ago, far from Megapolis city. Lived powerful witches called the Celestial Witches. The celestial witches had the power to predict the future, strong healing magic, sees the future from others and their past, and celestial magic... but their most powerful magic were their voices."

Rin: "Their... voices?"

Elena nodded.

Elena: "Their voices sounded like a mermaid or heavenly voice to which according to the legend says that the Jade Emperor would sometimes invites them as musicians for the celestial banquets."

Rin: "If they were powerful as you say, how come their gone?"

Tang: "Yeah! Did a fight between the other witches gave some sort of jealousy to the celestial witches?!"

Elena shook her head.

Elena: "No, our kind wasn't foolish to do such things. And the celestial witches also make us join the banquets or other events if we behave properly and never curse anyone."

MK: "Then what happened to them?"

Elena: "A heavenly immortal man from the celestial realm proposed to one of the witches of the celestial. However she declined, she saw his past and what he will do in the future. Having been rejected, the heavenly immortal tried to claim the girl, but she escaped thanks to another celestial being and informed this to her fellow sisters. Upon hearing her story, the celestial witches got angry and decided to disappear from the Celestial Realm forever. Before leaving, they announced to us and the celetsial realm. 'We the Celestial Witches will disappear forever! As punishment for not keeping your words. Our existence will be erased...! If you ever wish to see us. Then wait for a Prophetic Celestial Witch to come! She will one day bring us back to your kingdom.'"  

Rin: "So they're not extinct but disappeared...?"

Elena: "Yes. But we're not one hundred percent sure if they are still alive out there."

Mei: "But wait a minute! What about the Jade Emperor's son!"

Ao Bing: "You Jade Prince Makai?"

MK: (Makai...? Where have I heard that name?)

Mei: "Yeah! He said that celestial witch named Ming married him!"

MK: (Makai.... Ming....?)

Ao Bing: "I doubt that princess Ming was the Prophetic Celestial Witch. Because if she was, then she would've by now have bought back the celestial witches."

Raya: "Um.... Excuse me, prince Ao Bing."

Ao Bing: "Yes child?"

Raya: "How did.... Uh, how did the prince and the celestial witch defeated the Lady Bone Demon?"

Ao Bing: "Now that is a good question. The celestial witch and the Jade Prince appeared in Wukong's journey to the west. He sought help from Bodhisattva Guanyin, so she called prince Makai and his wife to aid him in stopping the Lady Bone Demon. Soon, the prince and Wukong battled the Lady Bone Demon and her army... when they won, the monk and the princess sealed her away with their enchantment."

MK: "I see.... In other words, Prince Makai and his wife Princess Ming were powerful deities."

Ao Bing: "Yes but sadly.... Something or someone attacked at their palace, causing them to disappear along with their child."

Elena: "Oh my...!"

Mei: "That's awful!"

Jinzi: "Who would do such thing!?"

Ao Bing: "We believed it was the treacherous heavenly immortal since he not only banished from the celestial realm but was sent to the underworld."

MK: ".... Alright then, until I get my powers back. I would like to find more about the sealed away power inside me."

Elena: "Me and Raya will help you with that MK."

Tang then looks at the map.

Tang: "So how does this map work exactly? How does it know where to find the three rings of samadhi?"

Jinzi: "Prince Ao Bing, do you have any idea?"

Ao Bing: "Let's see.... This one shows the desert so we could be in track."

Pigsy: "Not to rush anyone. But how till the next pit stop? This desert's going on forever!"

Ao Bing: "I'm doing the best I can pig-demon! It's not like this ring could appear that easily!"

Jinzi: "Calm down Ao Bing...! Pigsy didn't mean it like that! We're all stressed out in what's happening so far."

Sandy: "Of course! Yeah!"

Just then, the engine suddenly started to make weird noises. Causing it to stop.

Sandy: "Um... I mean no..."

As Sandy gets out and takes a look at the engine. MK and everyone else get out of the van.

Mei: "So.... How is meditating going to help him recharge or whatever he's doing?"

MK: "I don't know.... He was little sketchy on the details."

-Flashback-

As Monkey King was starting to meditate, he tells MK about his meditation.

Monkey King: "Sometimes to find what we've lost, we need to begin where we started. Look within ourselves. So, I'm gonna do just that! Going into some deep meditation! Wake up sometime when the next uh.... I don't know, a hundred years. Kay? Bye~...!"

And with that he goes into his deep meditation.

MK: "Wait what!?"

-Flashback end-

Mei takes a picture at Monkey King while Ao Bing slaps his hand on his face.

Ao Bing: "That idiot has forgotten, when we're in deep meditation we'll be unable to wake up at all!"

Suddenly Tang started to yell.

Tang: "EVERYONE LOOK!"

He points at the mountain desert, full of trees.

MK: "Let's go and check if we can find some water and shelter.

They all agreed and headed there. But when they entered, they were stopped by an older woman.

Woman: "Halt! Who dares to enter the desert forest!?! You must leave now!"

Mei: "But! We're really, really thirsty!"

Woman: "Heed my words otherwise you'll pay the price!"

"That is so unlike of you Saya." Said Elena who somehow recognized the woman. The woman's eyes widened seeing Elena.

Woman: "Elena! Is that you!?"

Elena: "It has been a long time now hasn't it."

Rin: "Um... mom. Do you know this lady?"

Elena: "Everyone, this is Saya, she is a witch like me and Raya. The Crystal Withes."

Tang: "-Gasp-! Crystal Witches?!? The ones who have the power to summon crystals and can control diamond like creatures!"

Saya: "Yes."

Ao Bing: "If you're a crystal witch then why are you here in the middle of the desert?"

Saya: "This desert happens to be my home and my village is not far from here. I'm in charge in making sure no one steals the water from here."

Rin: "But we're traveling far from our home to stop the Lady Bone Demon!"

Saya: "I know, I've heard."

Elena: "You have?"

Saya: "The elder witches sensed her since she too is a witch."

MK: "Wait! If they sensed it, why didn't they do anything!?"

Saya: "They were too late when she was freed from Demon Bull King, she managed to enter a child's body. And somehow manage to collect the things she needs thanks to the Spider Queen. We had no choice but to hide from her."

Elena: "She's not wrong there."

Jinzi: "Then could you mind if we have a drink of water?"

Saya: "I'm afraid I can't do that."

Mei: "What?!"

Pigsy: "Oh c'mon!"

Tang: "Why not!?!"

Saya: "You'll understand why. Follow me."

She takes them inside the mountains cave. Inside there, there was a strong horrible smell, and a pink-violet oozing out from the ground.

Rin: "Ugh! What is this place!?"

Saya: "This is where we collect our water from."

Jinzi: "Your kidding, right?"

But Saya shook her head in sadness.

Saya: "It wasn't like this. The water was clean and pure blue, when all of a sudden it turned into poison...!"

Raya: "But what could be the source of it!?"

Saya: "That I'm not sure. My sisters and I were trying to find what the cause was, but..."

Elena: "But what?"

Saya: "Whenever we go deeper... strange creatures appear and attack us. These creatures get their strength from the waters, so we were at a disadvantage here."

Rin: "Hey! Then why don't we help?"

"What?!" says everyone, as they couldn't believe what they were hearing.

Jinzi: "Rin, are you in your right mind? Didn't you hear what she said?"

Rin: "I know, but what if we trick those creatures by making a fake duplicate of ourselves. And when they're distracted, we'll get to the bottom of that source that's causing call of this!"

Elena: "I don't know dear... it seems rather risky."

Rin: "I know ma. But like miss Saya said. If these things are getting strength from these poison water, then who knows they might leave the mountains and attack the village!"

Saya: "He's not wrong there. We have been holding them off so long that we're slowly getting tired."

MK: ".... I say we help."

Ao Bing was surprised hearing MK's words.

Ao Bing: "Are you sure MK? You still trying to get your powers back."

MK: "This isn't about getting my powers back Ao Bing. This is about helping others in need...! If I've learned one thing, then true power will only appear if we help those in need."

Upon hearing those words, everyone agreed and helped the crystal witch. The twins and Elena casted their duplication spell. And when the fake gang yelled at the creatures, the creatures wasted no time and chased after them.

Saya: "Okay, now's our chance."

They soon arrived to the source of the problem. A huge purple flower was pouring odd purple goo from it mouth to the water.

Raya: "I know that flower...! The Flower Witch taught us that. This flower is called the Lagoon Flower. The most dangerous poison flower in the book."

Rin: "Not only it is ugly, but ten times more poisonous than the other flowers. It is said to move around until it finds something so pure and make it has it's home."

Jinzi: "So I'm guessing the cave full of pure water made it stay here?"

Rin nods at this.

Mei: "Then what are we waiting for! Let's attack it!"

Tang & Elena: "MEI WAIT!"

But she didn't, and charges at the Lagoon Flower. The Lagoon Flower sees her and summons his black like vines thorns. It hits at Mei's sword pushing her back. Luckily, Jinzi caught her in time.

Mei: "Woah! That thing is strong!"

Elena, Saya, and the twins used their fire magic to burn the flower. But it uses its black thorns as shield, then it spews purple poison at them. Ao Bing wasted no time and summoned a water like shield. 

Jinzi: "That was a close call. Nice one Ao Bing!"

Ao Bing nods. MK and her uncles in the other hand were hiding behind a large rock.

Pigsy: "I hope they can defeat that thing."

MK in the other hand felt so frustrated. She felt so useless while her friends were fighting off the Lagoon Flower.

MK: "I wish I could do something...!"

"Don't give up...!"

MK: "Huh!?"

"Don't give up MK...! They believe you... we believe in you...!"

MK: (That's right! I mustn't give up! I need to do it for them! For myself.)

That was when her sight of truth appeared again.

MK: "My sight of truth! It came back!"

Just then she sees something under the Lagoon Flower's roots.

MK: "The roots...? Oh, the roots are its weakness! But how do I..."

Just then a sudden vision appeared in her mind. She saw four woman gathered together. One looked like princess Ming.... They were fighting against the same Lagoon Monster. The princess stepped up and started.... To sing.... This confused MK in why she was singing, just then she sees the poison flower slowly dying when the witch sang. She soon came back to reality.

MK: "Singing.... Could this mean...."

Deciding to test it, MK goes towards the Lagoon Flower. Her uncles tries to stop her but they couldn't. Ao Bing then sees her in front of the monster plant.

Ao Bing: "MK what are you doing!? Run!"

But she didn't. She takes a deep breath and looks up.... Begun to sing.

The Lagoon Flower attacks her but was blocked as an invisible shield protected her. Everyone was shocked at the sight of that as she continued singing.

Then they saw the monster getting weaker and weaker. Wasting no time, the witches and Rin summoned their fire magic once more.

MK: "Aim for its roots!"

They nodded and aimed at the ground. The Lagoon Flower shrieked in pain and wilted away. MK still continues to sing. She then began to float in the air, then... a bright light emerged from, blinding everyone. When the light died, they opened their eyes and saw that the water was back to normal filled with so many crystals. 

MK slowly lands down.... She looks at her friends who were astonished.

Pigisy: "MK...!"

Tang: "How did you do that?!"

MK: "I.... I guess this is the power that sealed away inside me..."

Saya: "Whatever you did, I must thank you. Not only did you stop the monstrous plant but cleansed the water. As a token, I will ask my village to help you all."

Hearing this, the kids cheered. Later, Sandy's van gets fixed and they all headed to find the samadhi fire. "WHAT!?! YOU SAW THE CELESTIAL WITCHES IN YOUR VISION?!" yelled Rin was shocked when MK told them what happened.

MK: "I know... but what does it mean?"

Elena: "I know what it means.... It means you are a Celestial Witch."

MK: "I have so many questions...! Why as a baby did they left me with my uncles...? Why was my powers sealed...?"

Mei: "So wait! How did you get your gold vision back again?"

MK: "It's that voice that appeared inside of me.... Every time I was in danger or when you guys are in trouble. These voices call out to me saying that I'm not alone. I don't know! It just... happened...!"

"You found your strength." Said Monkey King who finally came back from his trance. He gets up and smiles at MK happily.

Monkey King: "You needed the most."

Mei: "Oh... I guess someone's done meditating~...."

MK: "This whole time... I thought my powers came from the staff..."

Monkey King: "The staff is just a big ol' stick, peaches. It takes someone special to lift it."

MK smiles at him and hugs.

Monkey King: "One power down.... Just a few thousand powers to go."

Elena: "And trying to harness your celestial witch magic!"

And with that they drove off.
