"Why would the arrow pick you?" You heard the old man say.

Soon you dropped to the ground, and your mind faded to black.

-2 days passed-

With your eyes gently opened.

You had a heavy headache.

Getting up, you noticed that you where In your hotel room.

Looking down at yourself you noticed you only wore a black long sleeve V neck shirt.  Looking down at your chest you can see the Barrier of a ugly scare and mechanical parts.

"This is way I wear turtlenecks.." you said softly.
But you then quickly realized that this wasn't the clothes you were originally wearing. Someone changed you.

Soon you saw the door of your hotel room open.

Only to see a tall man in a white coat walk in.

"You're awake, it's about time, you've slept for 2 day's now" he said.

"I've been asleep for two days?!?" You yelled.

Soon the headaches turned to a sharp pain as you yelled.

"Here.. have some" said Jotaro as he handed you two painkillers and a cup of water.

As you took the painkillers, you then asked.

"Who changed me.." you asked.

"Well, after we found you outside on the floor, everyone was sacred, Josuke especially, he tired fixing you like 3 times without even checking your pulse" said Jotaro.

"What even happened?" He asked. 

"Oh I was shot by an arrow" you said normally.

Jotaro was a shock that you even said it so normally.

Soon it sank in.
"I WAS SHOT BY AM ARROW IN THE CHEST!" You yelled as you checked to see.

But when you did you had no scare, as if it never happened.

"Was it by the stand arrow?" Ask Jotaro.

You nodded.
"Yes, I remember getting shot, then.. the old man in the photograph.. I tried grabbing him but I passed out" you said.
"But before i did, the man said 'why did the arrow pick me' what dose that mean?" You asked him.

"I'm not sure.." he said.
"Anyways, if your worried if someone saw your arm, don't... I changed you, and just so you know.. I didn't look, I had my eyes closed half the time" said Jotaro.
" Yukako was originally gonna do it, but I know you don't like people finding out about your arm... so I did it so you can tell everyone on your own time" said Jotaro.

"Thank you" you said.

"About the arrow, it's supposed to give someone a stand.. call out your stand" said Jotaro.

"Wait! Are you saying I lost my stand?!" You yelled worried.

"What? No.. it's possible your stand gained a new ability" he said.

"Oh.. ok, shocking blue" you said.

Just calling her felt different.
You felt like you had more energy. Like you can take on the world.

"Did she look like that before?" Asked Jotaro.

You looked at her to see a few changes.

(Stand upgrade?👀 kinda forgot about the lower body but the face is what was important

Some things still stayed the same, her red colored skin. Her body still textured like the the planet Venus. With her eyes still like the starry night.

But Major difference is She now had a gold teardrop prints on her face with a third eye, the third had the whole galaxy. She had the mark like your father had.

"Woah, talk about upgrades" you said.

"Now the question is, what can you do differently?" He asked.

"Maybe her Venus is faster! shocking blue! Venus!" You yelled.

Nothing was different.

"What?! That's like my main move!" You said.

"I'm sure you'll figure it out later" said Jotaro.
"Well, I'm going to go pick someone up"

"Alright, I'll be at the hospital with Ariels.. see you later?" You asked.

He nodded and left your room.

You decided to change.
It wasn't much, it was quite simply.

And with it you got up and left to the hospital.

Josuke POV

I sat at the front porch of my house. With my hands on my head, I didn't know what to do.

"Damnit, I went too far .." I said in a slow voice. I sighed in frustration, trying to think what to do.

"What if she hates me!"

"Maybe she already dose.."

I looked over my shoulder to see Jotaro taking off his coat.

"Not much help.." I said to him as he sat down besides me. 

"Well, telling someone who lost their father that they will never be like them, definitely did not help either" he said.

I groaned in regret as I pulled my hair.

"Wow, your ruining your hair... that's the first" said Jotaro as he took a sip from a glass cup of whiskey.

"Look, if there's something you want to tell her.. you better do it now... you'll regret it if you don't" he said.

"What if she doesn't feel the same.." I asked.

"Aah.. it's about that huh" I heard a old man behind me.

"Your back gram- Uh.. dad"

"Don't worry about it Josuke, call me whatever you want" he told me.

"Yeah, but y/n gets mad at me if I don't call you dad" I said with a soft smile.

"Ah, don't mind her.. she's always one with titles, Jotaro said that she's been under a lot of stress, almost losing a friend, the fault for a woman's death, then bullying in school" he said.

"She was bullied?" I asked.

"I imagine, poor girl always comes back looking so tired, I've tried talking to her but she hardly talks to me.." said Joseph.

"At least she talks to you, it took me years to get her to finally tell me one thing that bothered her" said Jotaro as he drank.

"You guys raised her?" I asked.

"Not exactly, yes we were around but.. she lives alone, yes she's with me in New York but.. she's always looked after by someone in the Speedwagon foundation, it was never the same person" he said.

"By the time she was 14 she didn't want anyone seeing her anymore, she said she was tired of the constant change... girl is 16 now and she cooks, cleans and dose her own chorus.. not a lot of kids her age know how to be that independent" said Joseph.

"So when were you guys ever around?" I asked.

"Her birthdays, sometimes holidays, show her how to use her stand.. the fire and the cards, cooking etc., it was all her teaching herself"

"What age did she lose her dad?" I asked.

"She wasn't even born yet, when the mother found out that Avdol was dead, she couldn't handle taking care of the child on her own, so she gave birth and left her behind.. I promised Avdol that she would be under the protection of the company"

"Wow, I understand how she feels about losing her father in a way.. but losing her mother too.. I can't imagine being that lonely" I said.

"The girl just wants her father.. it's all she asks" said Jotaro.

"But how can you miss something you never had?" I asked.
I looked over at Joseph.
"No offense"

"Oi- anyways, we would always tell her stories of what her father was like" said Joseph with a chuckle.
"She always had me telling the same stories over and over again, even if she already knew them by heart.. she still asked" he said with a smile.
"I don't know what she thinks, but if I had to guess, those stories painted a picture of what her father would be if he was still around" said Joseph.

"Now, let me ask you this, do you like her" he asked me.

"Well..." I do have feelings for her but how do I know they are real? I never felt this way to anyone let alone have friends. I just made any just at the start of this year.
"I'm not sure, this is all new to me.." I said.

"Dose she make your heart skip a beat when she smiles?" Asked Joseph.

"Yes"

"Do you try to spend as much time as you can with her?"

"Yes"

"Dose her voice make you feel like you have butterflies?"

"Yes"

"Congratulations Josuke, you have a crush" said Jotaro.

I looked down at the ground.
I was in love.

"Welp, i guess i won't be needing this" said Joseph as he pulled out papers from behind him.

"You actually got them?" Asked Jotaro.

"Yes, I really care for the kid" said Joseph.

"What are the papers?" I asked.

"Adoption papers" said Jotaro.

I looked back at gramps to see him rip the papers that he has already filled out into 4.

"It was for y/n, I was going to adopt her, but if you like her.. I won't be needing them" he said as he patted my back.

"She's at the hospital, 3rd floor room 256... she's with her friend" said Jotaro.

"Ok!" I gathered enough confidence to stand up and walk to the hospital, I was going to tell her how I feel and hope she accepts my feelings.

Your POV

You where in the hospital, to be with Ariels.

Sitting in her room, she was still asleep.

"Hey, it's me again..." you said to her sleeping body.

"I... I just..." you said sadly.

"I couldn't get him... I lost him, it's all my fault, and I let someone die in the process..." you said crying silently.

"I lost your hand.. I'm sorry I couldn't get it back.. I'm sorry you have to be like me now" you said crying.

You grabbed her hand tightly into yours.

You looked up at her it was almost like an afterimage. She was awake, her eyes where open

I told you

You heard her voice. You let go of her hand, with the blur of tears in your eyes you quickly rubbed them and looked back at her only to see her still asleep.

You then sighed heavily. You where under so much stress. Rubbing your temples.

You heard a knock on the door frame, you looked up to see Josuke.

You quickly wiped away the tears and avoided eye contact.
"What are you doing here?" You asked.

"Jotaro told me you'd be here" he said.

"Well.. here i am" you said.

Soon Josuke pulled a chair up next to you and sat down.

"Uh... Are you ok?" Josuke ask.

You chuckle lightly.
"I'm as great as I can be... what's it to you?" you said.

"Hey, I'm asking as a friend" he said.

"Ooh we're friends now huh?" You said sarcastically.

"Oh come on, yeah we fight but it's not all bad right?" He asked.

"Look, I'm sorry what I said about you not being like your father... I was just mad and- i didn't know that he was- I didn't mean it" he said quietly.

"Yeah.. it's fine really... your right anyways" you said as you looked at Ariels sleeping body.

Soon you felt a hand on your shoulder.

"No... I was wrong and Im sorry, I may not have had my father but I still had my mother to care for me.. I can't imagine what it was like for you to grow up alone" he said.

"How do you know that I grew up alone? I don't exactly tell a lot of people that" you said.

"Jotaro and Mr. Joestar- I mean my dad told me" he said.

You didn't say a word.
So Mr. Joestar is back.
You then looked over at aerial once again. Worried if she'll ever wake up.

"She's going to be ok" said Josuke.

"Yeah.. I know.. it just.. it all happened so fast.. everything's happening so fast, I feel like I can't keep up sometimes... what happened with your friend, Ariels, then Jotaro" you
said as your voice started to crack.
"If it wasn't for you, I would have lost Jotaro in the battle with Shear heart attack, then aya, I didn't even get the chance to say 'thank you' for that one day she helped me"
you felt a tear drop from your eye.

"You had a rough start when you got here huh? My dad told me every time you came home you would be tired" said Josuke.

"You think?" You said sarcastically as you chuckled, wiping away the tear.

You didn't want to cry.

But for some reason, with Josuke. You couldn't help but to cry, as if he made you vulnerable.

Soon. You practically bursted into tears. You couldn't help it.
You felt weak, you can feel yourself shaking uncontrollably.

Josuke hugged you as your cried.

"Why do bad things happen to the people I care for?" You asked.

You grabbed onto josukes uniform as you buried your face into his shoulder.

After a good minute of you crying.
You finally felt like a heavy weight lift off your shoulder.

You looked up into josukes eyes.
"Thank you.. I needed that" you said to him.

He still held you in his arms.
"Anytime" he said softly as he looked deeply into your eyes.

You smiled.
But soon enough you felt a spark.

Josuke was the first to lean in slowly but hesitated.

You lended in yourself.

It felt like time moved in slow motion.
With your lips just inches apart, you can feel his hot breath as his soft lips touch yours.

You gave him a small kiss, all though it was small, it was passionate. 

As the two of you pulled away, you looked into each other's eyes once again. As if asking 'did that really just happen?'

Josuke smirked. He leaned in again for a second kiss, this time with confidence.

With his arm around you, he brought you in closer as he cupped your cheek.

Your lips meet once again. This kiss was more passionate than before.

"I told you.." you heard a small voice.

Both you and Josuke pulled away from the kiss quickly as you turned around to see a half awake Ariels.

"That was adorable.. but get a room next time" she said.

You felt your eyes tear up again but this time was with joy.

- 2 days later-

"Thank you come again!" Said the owner of the shop.

You were on your way to see Ariels again.

You felt good, like all the stress and weight was lifted off of you.

In the shop you just left you bought Aerial's many things. You didn't even bother to check the price you were just happy to have her back.

You bought her 5 face masks, 4 bath bombs, two scented lotion and candles. Make-up, lipstick's and many more.

You where so excited, you couldn't wait to have a talk with her again.

Soon you heard your phone ring.

You grabbed the phone and answered it, you didn't hear anyone.

"Hello?" You asked.
You checked your phone to see that you didn't get a call at all.

A little Weirded out, you put the phone back in your back pocket.

As you started to make your way to the hospital. A few minutes passed.

Your cellphone rings.

This time you checked.

"Hello? Mohammed speaking..." you said calmly.

"Y/n!" You heard Koichi over the phone.

"Koichi? This is unusual for you to call me, I'm not going to get in trouble with yukako am I?" You asked.

"Y/n! Please! Josuke needs help!" He said, he sounded urgent.

"Woah, help? Where is he?" You asked.

"He's at Morioh Harbor!" He said.

You looked around your area, you weren't that far.
"I can run that... Koichi! I'm on my way! What's happening fill me in!" You said as you now sprinted to the Harbor.

"There's a stand user! Some thug on a motorcycle was driving drunk and crashed in a tunnel. John Doe is his name and he's in critical condition, he's at Budogaoka Hospital! Josuke needs to get to the hospital to help Rohan!" He said. As he finished filling you in. You made it to the harbor.

"Perfect, thank you Koichi, I'll call you after" you said hanging up.
"Now where the hell is Josuke?"

Soon, your question was answered.

You heard a motorcycle Engine coming closer and closer to you.

Only to hear a crash from culvert near you. You then see Josuke fly out. He used his stand to punch a car making an opening. Soon you saw what was chasing him, the stand.

It looked like foot prints from walking on mud barefoot. Multiple of them were following him.

Soon he opened the door of the car allowing him to get out, to then fix the car in trapping the stand for a while.

"Finally... now I can have gas" he said as the motorcycle he crashed started to fix again.

"Woah..." you said as you stood there and just blown away by his performance.

"Oh! Y/n! Did Koichi call you? I thought he said he was going to call you but I wasn't really paying attention... I was busy with something else " he said.

"That.... was hot" you said.

He blushed and laughed awkwardly.

"Come on, we got to get you to that hospital, I know where it's at" you said getting on the backseat of the motorcycle.

Soon, Josuke started the motorcycle.

"Tell me about the stand" you said to him.

"The stand is called Highway Go go, it can get someone's scent and will follow you anywhere at 60km/h, once it gets you, it sucks up your nutrients" he said.

"Woah, that's a powerful stand.."

"Tell me about it, Rohan was the first.." he said.

You noticed his tone of voice changed when he spoke about Rohan.

"Your going to want to take a left on this stop sign coming up" you said as you hugged his torso.

As you continued with the detections. Soon you heard something behind you.

"Do you hear that?" You turned around and saw the stand coming after you.

"Shit! Josuke! The stand escaped the car!" You said.

"What?! Little bastards!" Soon Josuke started to take hard sharp right turn to lose the stand.

"Josuke! You were supposed to take a left!" You yelled.

"A little busy here!" He said.

As you turned around, you saw that the stand wasn't stopping.

"Shit..." you said quietly.
"Ok Josuke, remember this! To get to the hospital form here, on the 3rd light your going to take a right, left, left again and the hospital should be on your right!" You said in his ear.

You then hugged Josukes torso.
"Make it there for me..." you said softly in his ear.

"Y/n whatever you're thinking stop it! I'll get rid of him somehow!" He said.

"We both know that won't happen... remember... 3 lights down, right, 2 lefts and right again..." you said as you positioned yourself to jump off.

"Y/n!!"

"Don't stop this bike!" You yelled as you jumped off as you rolled on the ground.

You had a few cuts but it was bearable.

Soon you saw the stand coming.

"You fucking asshole.. I'm right here! Shocking blue! Crossfire hurricane!" You yelled as you burned the stand, but it wasn't enough.

You started to take off running.

"Shit, I didn't think this through...." you said as you started to take turns into different alleys.

"Shocking blue! Venus!" You yelled as your stand starts to spits fire at the stand to slow it down.

"Damit... I can't do this alone"
As you ran down to an open street, you tried to pull out your cellphone.

It slowed you down and there wasn't anywhere else you could go.

"Fuck!" You said was a foot grabbed your leg. Making you trip, soon your cellphone was left open as it rang for jotaro's number.

The stand started to suck the nutrients out of your body.

"Y/n?" You heard Jotaro.

"Mr.Kujo!!" You yelled in panic.

"Y/n?! What's happening?!"

Soon the stand started to suck you dry, you can see your bones through your skin of your leg.
You screamed of how terrified you where.

You remembered Jotaro saying in the back of your mind.

No matter how much it hurt or how scared you where.

Jotaro POV

"Y/n!? Where are you?" I answered the phone.
All I heard where her screams through the phone.

"Damit!" I didn't know what to do.

"I've been caught by a stand! It's eating the nutrients out of me! I-I can see my bones!" I heard her.

I felt frustrated, what can I do?

"It hurts! God it hurts!" She said, I Can heard her voice wanting to break the more she spoke.

"I'm on the highway, near Morioh harbor... I... I got it away from Josuke, he's on his way to the user... I don't think I'm going to make it" I heard her voice wanted to fade away, her voice softening.

"Y/n! I'm on my way!" I grabbed my keys and ran.
I promised myself that I'd protect his daughter.

"Don't hang up on me Mr.Kujo..."

Your POV

"Don't hang up on me Mr.Kujo... I don't want to be alone again.." you said, your body was getting smaller, you felt weaker.

You looked to your right to see the cellphone open still.
"I'm right here y/n! Talk to me! Keep talking I'm on my way!" You heard Jotaro On the other side of the phone.

You can see the bones through your skin. Tears fell from the sides of your cheeks as you looked up at the sky.

"Mr. Kujo..." you said softly.

"What is it y/n?"

"Thank you... it's been an honor... working alongside you... coming here was the best... choice I've ever made..." you said as you grew tired.

"Stop talking like that! I'm not far now!" He said, you can hear him stepping on the gas as he tried to reach you.

"It's been an honor Jotaro... I-I I can finally have my dream..." you said as you weakly reached for the sky.

"And what is that?" He asked.

You took a your last deep breath.
"Did I make you proud daddy?" You asked as you looked into the sky, the sun shining down on you, the sun light brought warmth to you skin.

Bringing you comfort, making you fall into deep sleep.
