Abhyudaya is now the Samson! The group shuffles again,
Position - Gautami, shreyas, anika, rudra, mishika, nakul, shivani.

Abhi - hmm.. Samson orders.. Shreyas.. To FLIRT with the person on his right (Anika) !

Rudra - OYE! Tujhe mere se koi problem hai kya bevde? (Anika was his gf)

Abhi - hein? (Turns around) .. Are re.. Sorry yaar.. Mujhe laga ki vahan Tu lada hai..

Rudra - maine na idhar ladai kari hai na udhar lada hai? Wtf?

Gk - are rudra, he means.. "Khada"

Nakul - par ab dare mila hai to pursue to karna hi hoga na..

Rudra - saale???

Anika - it's fine rudy, game hai.. Koi na..
Alright, shreyas, go on, main bura nahi maanungi.

Shreyas - uhh.. Ok.. Anika you are so.. So.. So.. Nice. And uh kind. And uhmmm.. Yaar tu achi hai bohot.. Mere bhai rudra ke liye.

Shivani - ye real flirting nahi thi???

Shreyas - fine.. Anika, do you have a map?

Anika (chuckles) - why?

Shreyas - because I keep getting lost in your eyes.. (Cringed hard)

Mishika - bas bas bas! Bohot hua!

Anika (smirkingly) - kya hua mishu? Shreyas to bas tera dost tha na..

Nakul and shivani also smirk to that.

Mishika - I know I know.. But shreyas.. Kuch dino se ...I've started feeling something about you.. Something...that i did not feel with anybody else...I think you've managed to make me....fall for you. So shreyas.. Will you love me back?

Shreyas - yes yes yes mishika!...You don't know main iss din ka kabse...intezaar kar raha tha, thank you so much for.. For loving me and i will surely.. Love you back..

Everyone started clapping. While they were cherishing the new couple, abhyudaya and gautami were stealing glances of each other. Imagining their faces instead of the others. They had an eye contact once and surprisingly, as they were also drunk, they decided to hold it. Their eyes showed the desperation which gautami was well aware of but Mr. Oblivious abhyudaya didn't have a clue about.

It was 4am by then, all of them decided to end the party and departed to their respective rooms. Both gautami and abhyudaya were confused about their feelings, but in their hearts, they infact did know that the latter was someone special as well as irreplaceable, they just did not know what relationship they shared. Was it a couple? Best friends? Platonic soulmates? Or not platonic soulmates. Who knew?

It was the Shaadi night. Everything went well and sound.

The wedding had a perfect ending note. Both abhyudaya and gautami came back to Mumbai. Mr. Oblivious had also started realising his feelings for gautami. It was the "She fell first, but he fell harder" Situation.

After a day of coming back, both decided to script for a video of slayypoint this time. But gautami asked for another day as she wanted to watch a bit of their content on both their channels and take some views from the comments.

After that, they decided to meet at abhyudaya's home for scripting.

At his home,
Gk - yaar ye joke kuch samajh sa nahi aaya meko.. Agar ise koi accent ke saath bole to fir---
(Her phone rings)
Ek second.

She opens her phone and lets out a displeasing sigh.

Abhi - kya ho gaya?

Gautami shows him the name of the caller. It was prateek.

Abhi - hadd hai yaar.. Uss din iss chomu ko call pe samjhaya tha maine par nahi maana saala. Ek baar utha call, dekhte hain kya puch raha hai.

Gk - teri isse baat ho gai?

Abhi - hui to thi, maine bola tha ki you weren't interested aur pata nahi kya kya par ye saala.. Utha Tu call.

Gk (picks up the call) - haan bolo prateek.

Prateek - jab bhi aapke muh se apna naam sunta hu, mera to dil kaanp jaata hai sach me.

Abhi asks her to hang up the phone as he had thought that prateek must've called her to apologize, par laaton ke bhoot baaton se to maanenge nahi.
She hung up the call.

Abhyudaya doesn't say anything but storms off his house angrily. After gautami's many pleads of asking him to tell her where he was going, he just replied with "cheezin suljhane". She knew where he was going.

Abhyudaya goes over to prateek's house and storms inside without even knocking. (He had gotten discharged from the hospital and was sitting in his hall. )

Abhi - tera masla kya hai? Ek baar bola na ki she's not interested, uska dimaag se khayal nikal de apne.

Prateek - pehle to manners seekh samjha!, aur dusri baat ye hai, ki ek baar gautami se kaho ki mujhe aazma ke to dekhe, sau pratishat use pyaar ho jaayega..

Each word of prateek was making abhyudaya angrier.

Abhi - tere se last baar bol raha hu, shaanti se, use akela chhod de, varna Tu nahi jaanta ki main kya kar sakta hu.

Prateek (with lusty eyes) - I cannot live without her. MY gautami..

Without waiting for a second, abhyudaya slaps the guy across the face.

Abhi - khabardaar agar uska naam apni gandi zubaan se liya to. Tere jaise 100 dekhe hain maine, aur kitno ki akal thikane lagai hai. Pehle ladki ko zabardasti relationship me laao aur fir vulnerable karke chhod do. Tere jaise

There was an awkward silence in the room. Abhyudaya decided to break it with "Haan".

Abhi - haan hai vo, meri bandi hai, meri Girlfriend hai. Ham dono relationship main hai, date kar rahe hain. Samajh le ye baat ki ab vo commited hai, single nahi hai. Atleast thodi sharam kar aur uska peecha chhod. Vo nahi ban sakti teri, kyuki, MAIN USKA HOON.

Prateek (with a frown) - oh.. Mujhe nahi pata tha ki vo teri bandi hai, theek hai bhai koi na, main bura hu par itna bhi nahi ki personal reason ke kaaran kisi ka breakup karau ya kisi ki love story me aag lagau. Tu rakh use, jaa.

Abhi - teri galti yahi hai prateek, ladki ko "rakha" Nahi jaata.. Use value kiya jaata hai.. Use pyaar kiya jaata hai. Jis din tu ye seekh lega na mere bhai, uss din sach me koi tujhse sacha pyaar karegi aur tu bhi real love ka matlab jaan paayega. Ab chalta hu main, aage se bas gautami ko ya kisi bhi ladki ko pareshaan na kariyo.. Aur haan, get well soon.

Abhyudaya leaves the house and slightly collides with somebody. When he saw who it was, his eyes widened.

Gk (smiling) - sab suna maine...

Abhi - uhh.. Vo apne dating ki baat maine bas bana ke boldi uh.. Kyuki uh fir vo tera peeche chhod deta agar use lagta ki main tujhe date kar raha hu.. Main sach bata sakta hu use if you don't want him to think about us like that.

Gk - hmm.. But.. What if I say, that I want it.

Abhi - you want.. What..??

Gk - i want you abhyudaya..

She said with a smile. His eyes widened upon hearing those words, his cheeks turned red, he felt that his heart might explode due to joy while his voice started cracking.

Abhi (stammering) - uh, tune abhi.. Kya kaha??

Gk - jo tune abhi suna.. I want you abhyudaya, I love you.

My guy was about to faint due to excitement. He couldn't believe his ears, it felt like a dream.. Better than a dream if not. He pinched himself to check if it was reality, and it was. He put his hand over his head and started bouncing up and down which made gautami chuckle.

Gk (chuckles) - ye kya kar raha hai!!

Abhi - mujhe nahi pata ki aur kaise react karu, tune abhi jo kaha hai na gautami, you don't know this but tune shayad mujhe life ka sabse best gift diya hoga ye karke..

Gk (smiles) - ab main aise hi khadi rahu ya mujhe reply bhi dega halwe!!!

Abhi - are haan!!! .... I love you too gautami, I love you more than anything and anyone. I promise to always love you, take care of you, respect you, take you on dates---

Gk (chuckles) - saare saat vachan yahi lene ka hai kya???

Abhi - man to yahi hai yaar!!

Gk - just abhi shaadi to nahi kar sakte lekin...

Abhi - lekin...??

Gautami wraps his neck around her
arms, she shuffles his hair with one palm and rests the other on his neck.

Gk (with a smirk) - may I.. Mr. Mohan..??

Chills went through abhyudaya's spine while about a million butterflies flew through his stomach. He nods without thinking anything further. Before he could do anything, he felt the presence of   a pair of soft red lips over his naturally pink ones. His one hand lifted her chin while the other rested on her waist.
They shared a passionate kiss and mutually seperated after.
Abhyudaya's hair were messy and his lower portion of face was stained with red lipstick. Meanwhile gautami had smudged lipstick around her lips.

Abhi (smiles) - jabse ham shaadi se waapis aaye hain, tabse mere man main bas tu hi thi, thank you for this gift of a lifetime.. Waise.. How did YOU know ki main bhi tujhe like karne laga tha??

Gk - you remember jab Mithilesh, urmila aur saiman ghar pe aaye the? Us din hamne jo video record kiya tha usme pata nahi kaise but saaf saaf dikh raha tha ki ham ek doosre ko like karte hain! Kal jab maine vo video ke comments khole to saare fans bas yehi comment kar rahe the. Uske upar se unn teeno ne ek stupid sa test type ka bhi rakha tha jisse prove ho jaata ki you also liked me..and uss time tu pass ho gaya..Maine jab vo video dekha aur uss din ke baare me socha to saari cheeze yaad aai, risk to tha but.. Tere liye to kuch bhi haazir mere BHAI...

Abhi - ab to Bhai mat bula!! Vaise ye video to mujhe bhi dekhni padegi. Aur ye kaisa test tha jo maine diya aur mujhe hi yaad nahi? Uss time to as such main tujhe like nahi karta tha.

Gk - uss din maine khud yahi socha tha but now look at us.. And yes, sabse pehle tujhe vo video dekhni padegi.. Tab samjhega ki kya dhakkan hai tu aur koi hints nahi leta hai!! Mr. Obvious! Dhakkan kahi ka.

Abhi - kahin ka nahi, tera..

Gautami blushed crazily on that.

Abhi (sees her blushing) - ab nahi bolegi ki "iss line ko kisi aur pe kharch karne ke liye save kar"?? Bol bol, nahi bolegi ab??

Gk - ab agar aisi lines ko kisi aur pe kharch karne ka socha bhi na to!!!

Abhi - to??

Gk - to fir!!

She starts running after him with a "Punch (👊) " And he starts running ahead with a "are chudail aa gai!! "

They ran after each other playfully, indicating the strong bond of friendship came before anything for them. They always prioritised this "tom and Jerry" relationship while still loving each other to the core.

So guys, we've come to an end of "Kya pyaar sachme dosti hai?" with a conclusion that - haan pyaar dosti nahi, pyaar ki sabse pehli neev (foundation) hi dosti hai.

I'm very grateful to the response you guys showed to this Fan fiction. I honestly started writing this one with the thought of making a oneshot on it. But the love you guys showed, made me turn this into an actual story instead.
I started writing this one because I wanted to take a break from writing thriller (A known stranger) while still not stop writing, so I did not really know where I was going with this one. But here we are, marking an end to this 10 chapter long book!

I hope you guys enjoyed reading this one as much as I enjoyed writing it. I also wish that my story added a tinge bit of enjoyment in your day as well 💗
