Izumi's pov

"Alright class, as you saw yesterday, Kitsune used his quirk Illegally. he's being sent to Tartarus prison so we won't be seeing him anytime soon" Mr Aizawa announced with a sigh "wait he's going to jail?" I asked loudly, 'I just got him back, I cant lose Izuku again' I thought with anger "After an incident a week ago, he was given a final chance and with the sports festival that's been breached and he's awaiting trial" Aizawa answered. I think he knows who Izuku is so he's probably going to be extra hard on me and Katsuki from now on "Now do whatever, I'm tired" Aizawa slumped into his bag. "Oi Zumi" Katsuki turned to me "Yeah Katsuki?" I replied, "Do you know who the vigilante was?" He narrowed his eyes "Why?" I asked, "Because He remembered the thing we told Deku on his fifth birthday" he snarled. I pulled him closer to me and answered "He was Izuku, Dad told me." I answered 

Katsuki held his head down and huffed "He didn't deserve what we did" He muttered "Agreed but we can't change anything, he's probably going to jail for the rest of his life" I sighed in reply "HELLO THERE STUDENTS!" Dad came through the door with a smile "Hello Mr Might" We all replied "MAY I PLEASE TALK TO KATSUKI BAKUGO AND IZUMI YAGI?" he asked "Yeah whatever" Mr Aizawa mumbled before rolling over. Me and Katsuki got up and headed towards a conference room so dad could downsize. Once we arrived Dad and mom were sitting there with sombre looks on their faces. 

"If you haven't realised already, Kitsune was actually Izuku" Dad Informed Katsuki "WHY WAS I THE LAST PERSON INFORMED OF THIS?" Katsuki shouted while making threatening explosions "Because Izuku didn't want any of us to know, especially me" I replied "any way we wanted to bring you guys to Izuku's trial to support him" Mom tried to smile "I think we're the last people he'd want to see right now" I stated "His adopted sister can't come so he won't have anyone to support him" Dad replied. "fine I'll go see that stupid Deku" "Might as well" Me and Katsuki replied in unison 

Dad and mom got into formal clothes and brought us to their car. The ride was silent minus the soft hum of the radio. Katsuki looked sad while mom and dad looked slightly upset, less than they should be on account of one of their children going to jail but whatever. We arrived at the courthouse a few minutes later, a ton of reporters were on the outside reporting on Izuku's capture. They still haven't discovered Izuku's identity but I doubt that they'll let him keep his mask on in court. We walked into the building and sat in the room that we were instructed to. 

The whole courtroom sat in anticipation, most of them probably expecting a strong mid-twenties guy to show up and be put on trial. Izuku came out and was placed in the chair. A collective gasp was heard from the courtroom. "Izuku Midoriya Yagi, you are accused of Illegally using your quirk for four years, How do you plead?" The judge asked, "Where is my council?" Izuku ignored the judge's question "answer the question" The judge requested "guilty" Izuku sighed "wait what?" The judge was surprised "What? I plead guilty, Trials for vigilantes are only to discourage others, I'm gonna be sentenced guilty no matter what" He shrugged. I began to tear up as I realised that I had just met Izuku for the first time in years and now he's going straight to jail

"Well, I feel no need to keep you here. Izuku Midoriya Yagi, I hereby sentence you to 30 years in Tarturas prison, along with 10 years of probation afterwards" The Judge hit his gavel and Izuku stood back up "I'll see you all in 30 years" He smiled and waved his still handcuffed hand. A group of six armed guards came out and Took Izuku out of the courtroom. The judge left and I looked to mom, dad and Katsuki. my parents were both crying while Katsuki raged in anger "We should go" I recommended while drying my tears "He didn't even put up a fight" Katsuki gripped his fist "We need to go, you two can take the rest of the day off" Dad said while drying his tears and standing up "Don't talk to the reporters" Mom recommended as we walked out the steps 'Sorry Izuku, for everything' We all thought together 

Hitoshi's pov

"I'm standing here outside the Musutafu court of law where the Vigilante Kitsune has just been sentenced after only 10 minutes of trial. The vigilante will be brought out in the next few minutes, with his mask off" The reporter said from Kaminari's phone. the Camera shook and turned to the courthouse steps "and here he is" The reporter announced as Kitsune came out without a mask. The whole classes mouths dropped "t-t-t-the Café owner?" Kirishima asked "N-No way" Uraraka commented, "What did I tell you about phones during homeroom?" Dad asked while walking up to us. Dad looked down and his eyes opened

"Everyone go to the dorms, I need to talk to Nezu" He demanded while walking out. Everyone turned back to the screen where Kitsune was being lifted into an armoured car with about 20 guards "jeez that's a lot of guards" I muttered "He could break any quirk restraint on him, Its reasonable to place so many of them" Momo replied. I just sighed and headed back to the dorms. I decided that I would look at Kitsune's room, maybe he left something? I clicked the password into the elevator and it quickly began to rise. It opened and I saw the tiny robot I was meant to give his sister destroying everything on his invention desk. I ran over to it and shut it off, nothing was salvageable. 

I pulled out my phone and called Papa, dad's probably in a meeting "Hello?" "Hey Papa, I found a small robot going up the elevator. I followed it and Kitsunes tech is all destroyed" I explained "Oh well, I'll tell Nezu and we'll deal with it" "thanks papa" I hung up and returned downstairs where the rest of the class was just sitting around, minus Bakugo and Yagi. We all sat in silence as another news report came on "The vigilante Kitsune has just been identified to the public as Izuku Yagi, The boy was believed to be missing for the last 8 years but rather it's clear he adopted a different name, Midoriya. Although he was a criminal, most of the people we interviewed believed that he should not be considered a criminal. Along with this information, we have learned of Yagi's sentence, the 16-year-old will be going to jail for 30 years along with 10 years of probation" the reporter announced while a picture of Izuku flashed onto the screen 

We all looked at each other with sad looks. even if he was a criminal he'd helped us all, even if he was a dick sometimes. Bakugo and Yagi came through the door with sad looks on their faces "So are you going to explain why you never mentioned your brother?" I asked, "Oi leave her alone brain fuck!" "Why should he? Kitsune seemed to hate you two especially" Todoroki questioned, "yeah that's true, why'd he hate his sister?" Jiro asked. We all stared at the two until Izuku broke down it tears. Bakugo scowled and looked away in.... shame? "are you guys gonna explain?" I asked. Bakugo mumbled and tried to walk away but got stopped Todoroki "Explain" He demanded 

"W-we-we Bullied him" Yagi cried "I might have told him to kill himself" Bakugo mumbled "I-I-I'm A t-t-terrible person!" Yagi cried even harder. Uraraka went to her side and began to comfort her "You bullied him and told him to kill himself? Did you ask for forgiveness?" She asked while rubbing Yagi's back "no, we did way too much shit to the nerd, he'd never forgive us!" Bakugo punched the wall and looked like he was about to cry. "well you should've asked for it before he got sent to Tarturas since visitors arent really allowed"
