Backstory: Oscar was a powerless individual and wanted to be a great hero, but Union & everyone rejected him due to his powerless status. So, he turned to sorcery for answers & found himself to be a master. Yet, even a master has flaws: while Oscar can look like anyone he wants, he can't fight like them or use their powers. He sought a way to correct this, which eventually led him to find the Staff of Spirits, a powerful artifact capable of opening a gateway between the mortal & Spirit Realm. He used the Staff to open a gateway to the Spirit Realm so he could take the fighting moves & powers of past Villains & Corrupted Heroes to use them for good, which led the Accord Federation to try & assassinate him, believing him to be a threat to their plans.
