"Fuck Deku you're sick-".

I said trying to wake Deku up knowing that he will end up gaining more temperature without doing anything.

"Mmm what Kacchan..?"

"Stop mumbling and get the heck up. You have a fever right now".

"Huh-? Really? But I feel cold-".

Without a second later, I pulled Deku up and made him sit up still on the bed.

"Ok so wait here, Do not do anything until I am back got it?"

"Hm yes..."

I gathered some blankets and wrapped them around him before I got up and found the things I need, I searched in the kitchen, living room, upstairs and even the garage. WHERE THE HECK IS THE MEDICINE DEKU BOUGHT...
I screamed in my thought and was about to go to the store and that's when I found it in Deku's drawer. God, I am so dumb.

I ran back to the room and saw Deku falling asleep on the bed while sitting. We also have Ice cubes ready in the fridge as we thought we could use it for injury. As I put the ice pack on Deku's forehead, Deku grabbed my shirt with his hand.

"Ah Kacchan it's starting to get hot- Can I take off these blankets-?".

"No. Your fever won't go down unless you take this medicine. And put that back on". I said handing Deku a glass of water and a pill. I watched him hesitating to drink that damn pill.

"What's wrong with it?"

"Um Kacchan this one is really big- ...Does it taste bitter?"

"God Deku you're not a kid anymore. Just take this and stop whining".

"...at least give me something after-.."

Deku whispered those words under his breath but I surely heard them.

"Ok fine. I will make it up to you later".

Deku POV:
"Mmmhmm! Okie! Don't forget though-" I told Kacchan as I swallow the pill. He then went to the kitchen and I think he went to grab something for me to eat. Ha~ my head feels light and cold and my whole body is really burning up...This is definitely not a good sign- and I might not be able to go to work again tomorrow. I closed my eyes again holding up my consciousness as I was about to fall asleep. Then I heard the door bang open and woke up suddenly. I saw Kacchan carrying a pot with both hands and had to open it with his leg. It was a bit funny seeing him like that though-

"What you laughing at Deku?"

"O-Oh haha nothing^^". I said knowing Kacchan asked me on purpose.

"open up your mouth"

"wait Kacchan what is this-? The colour doesn't seem right-"

"Oh it's nothing~ Just some extra spicy chilly sauce soup with....."

"I- don't think I can eat that thing".

"Hah? why not. This is the perfect food to eat in this situation. Come on we don't have all night feeding you this up".

"..."

"WAit KACCHAN NOO-"

Only those words were heard ;) just before Bakugou forced a spoonful of Sicpy ramen into Deku mouth.

"Ahh Kacchan- It's- hot and spicy at the same time".

"Well, only this will make you sweat and get better. Now another one!"

Yep Bakugou tortured Deku to eat up the whole pot lmao. It was already past 12 at midnight and Deku was fast asleep after sweating a lot and the medicine, it made him more sleepy. Bakugou had been watching Deku's condition for the past 1 hour and the fever still haven't come down yet.

Bakugou POV:
Deku fell asleep after and I had to watch him for the rest of the night cus the fever haven't come down yet. It's stuck at 100°F but at least it didn't go up. Deku was flipping a lot on the bed from the left to right side. He must be feeling uncomfortable cus it's getting hotter and hotter. I helped him to change his clothes and he only had his thin shirt and pants on.

"Deku are you still awake? Do you need water?"

"ah. no I don't need anything-..."
"Pls make this fever come down Kacchan-"...

Bakugou POV:
From the sound of him, he's clearly almost in pain. As was thinking of calling the doctor (yeah clinic and some other hospitals are still open 24 hours),

"K-Kacchan..."

"Yes? Still not-"

"Help me Kacchan- just ...do something- Don't call the doctor though... I don't wanna go...".

"..."

Just at that moment, a thought came into my mind...

"Deku I will help you with it but are you sure you're ok with it this time...?" I asked him closing the door and putting away my phone.

"yes- I don't mind, do it Kacchan~...".

Bakugou POV:
Deku answered and from his tone, he knew exactly what I'm talking about.
"Tell me when you want to stop ok?" He nodded and I begin to start the process.

"ahHH- mmm Kacchan~...".

"yes? Was I going too rough?"

"n-no just go a bit slower~".

Bakugou POV:
Deku was on his kneel and I was holding his ass from the back. We have been doing this for about 1 hour and Deku's legs began to tremble. I thrust slower from the back and asked him whether I need to stop or continue.

"W-wait don't stop-...just a few more~Nghnn-".

Bakugou POV:
Fuck I can't stop myself really from the moans he's making and it was a whole different when he has a fever. It's just- it turns me a lot more on cus of him making that lewd face and being needy when he's sick.

2 am in the fucking morning-

His fever is 39°C at the moment and Deku is pretty worn out now. I don't know how long has the time passed since I woke up, it was 6 am in the morning. I turned over to see Deku sleeping peacefully and his skin feel a lot like normal temperature.

"Mm kacchan- water..."

"Feeling better?" I asked giving him a glass of water.

"yeah- wait...we need to go-"

"Ok you were sick yesterday and I railed you and from the thing, you got tired from the mission, There is no way you can work today and I will not allow it".

I said getting up and changing my clothes.

"But Kacchan- ... Can I come to work with you? I promise I will stay by your side all the time!"

I signed and Deku gave me those puppy eyes and you know I can resist that-

"Fine... but you're going back home in the afternoon".

"Aww why?"

"First of all, you still haven't recovered. Second, one of the reasons why you were sick yesterday is you didn't eat breakfast and lunch right?"

"...yes-".

"I haven't killed you for that yet. Be grateful. But last night's snack was tasty-"

"Nee KACCHAN" I threw a pillow at him.

(Don't ask me did the smut thing clam Deku's fever down ;) i also didn't know before, but like I said, it was written in a manga I read so I thought of putting this idea!)
