{Mallow's POV}
Well we're finally here; Seaside town...it didn't look a whole lot like I imagined from what grandpa told me. It was a lot gloomy and depressing. (Y/N) suspects something is going on here in town. I take her word and so does Geno. Mario had us split up to get info on the town, so far I have something on this guy named Johnny Jonathan Jones a pirate in the bay near here...I hope we don't have to go there anytime soon...
{Toadstool's POV}
We all gathered back to share what we learned. Mostly about the pirate but the star piece is there from what Mario said, well more like what (Y/N) said from Mario. So I guess we're going there. Mallow looks scared about going and we don't know if (Y/N) can fight or not. Geno looks very concerned about her, to bring her or not cause of safety issues for her. I think we should bring her Incase something were to happen.
{Bowser's POV}
No way we're bringing (Y/N) into this. Also I have a feeling that if I got put in charge of her by Geno and if a single scar was on her that he would do a Geno Whirl on me. Either way she needs to come who knows what these crazy people here could do to her if we're not careful.
{Mario's POV}
We're concerned about (Y/N) coming and Bowser is looking like if he had to be in charge of her and got her hurt Geno would do something to him. Honestly I don't blame him, ever since (Y/N) came Geno looks like he's overprotecting her which concerns me a lot. I'm sure (Y/N) can fight just needs a while for her to find her style.
{(Y/N)'s POV}
I find it weird that Geno has been looking over me a lot recently. Ever since we had that talk, he's been acting really weird it honestly concerns me. I think I need to talk to him later about this issue.
{Geno's POV}
Everyone looks like I'm more concerned with (Y/N) than everyone else even though I'm just trying to repair Star Road and get over with it. Alright maybe just maybe I protect (Y/N) at lot and it's not just her voice...it's her in general she's sweet, kind, and seems like someone who cares a whole lot for others. I feel a connection between us, even after yesterday's events and I just met her yesterday...... maybe I can help her get somewhere.
{Time skip}
We got the Star piece back from Yardovich, and saved Seaside town's residents we all got a few scratches here and there but since Yardovich was too busy focused on Mario, Toadstool, Bowser, and Mallow I decided to get (Y/N) somewhere safe and out of reach though she kinda complained about it she was safe which all that mattered. She wanted to talk to me about this issue with me keeping her safe, honestly I just didn't want to see her hurt so I had to do it.
{nother time skip}
" So (Y/N) why do want me to stop?" I ask her with concern and worry. " Geno, I appreciate the kindness and all but...." I heard her voice trail off. " But what (Y/N)? I can understand if you don't want me around you I just-!" We both heard a explosion in the distance along with screams of our teammates. We go to the source and we see them. With someone we don't recognize and with Bowyer as well holding them captive. I was gonna go straight to them until (Y/N) pulled me into a nearby bush. " Let's listen first before you go charging in there okay?" She says. We listen in. "Nyah I don't see the point in doing this Axem Red Nyah. " " Bowyer you know very well Smithy only wants the Star thing and the girl. " " Nyah why does he only want those two? Nyah" " Cause the two are inseparable if they find out that they-!" Axem Red stops and looks our way. " I believe I found them. I told you having them scream would attract them to us. " I tried to compose what he was going to say if he didn't find us but it was too late. As we both were knocked out seconds later leaving our team behind.
