THIRD PERSON POV

Today was the day.

The day that Jungwon and y/n were preparing the most for

The open house event.

"Why is the stage not looking good yet? Fix it quick!" Jungwon yelled, "ah we're trying!" The students answered, "try harder." Jungwon simply said

"Hey president, when should I call Choi Soobin?" One of the school councils asked

"When I tell you to." Jungwon answered

"Jeez why are you so cold?" The school council bluntly said and left

Jungwon is usually cold to people he isn't close with, so trying to be friends with him can be hard..

Jungwon checked his watch, they had two more hours to quickly prepare everything before it starts

"YAH FASTER!" Jungwon yelled. The students are basically used to this

"Jungwon!" Y/n called from a distance

Jungwon looked over and sneaked out, walking over to y/n quickly

"What is it?" Jungwon whispered

"So here's some ointment if your bruises start randomly hurting okay? And if you wanna cover them up today then you can tell me, I have some foundat-" y/n was stopped when Jungwon held her hand and looked at her

"My face is fine, don't stress it out. Just work on today okay?" Jungwon softly said and kissed y/n's cheek

"Okay... but just put the ointment now, it'll hurt later."

"Okay okay" Jungwon laughed and put some of this ointment on his face

"Happy?" He asked while looking at y/n

"Yes very." Y/n said and the two giggled

"President?" One of the students called

"I'm guessing you have to go?" Y/n smirked

"You guessed right, I'll get going now love" Jungwon said and placed a quick kiss on y/n's lips

Jungwon ran back to where the event was being hosted, y/n smiled before leaving to check on the stands

There were food stands, PhotoBooth stands, some game stands , and lots more.

Sunoo and Niki were having a fortune teller stand

Y/n spotted them and waved, then ran to them

"Hey guys, working hard on the stand?" Y/n asked the two

"I am but Sunoo isn't." Niki answered

"I AM" Sunoo yelled

"Sure" Niki teased, which earned a slap on his back

"You guys never stop fighting do you?" Y/n giggled

"You and Jungwon never stopped fighting before too! Look were that led you both." Sunoo smirked

Oh right, y/n had to pretend that Jungwon and her broke up.

"Oh yea.. about Jungwon." Y/n started, "yea I'm not dating him anymore.."

"WHAT" Sunoo yelled in shock, "BUT YOU GUYS JUST STARTED DATING."

"Well we had a problem.. it's fine now, but we just remain as friends." Y/n put all her acting skills to this moment

"It's okay, you'll get over him! And he'll probably get over you" Niki reassured y/n

"Thanks guys" y/n smiled trying to hold her laughter

"Go to our stand later! With Jungwon, even if you guys aren't dating, I want to see y'all's fortune!" Sunoo said joyfully

"Noted!" Y/n said and high fived Sunoo and niki

"Ok I'll get going now! Good luck on the stand" y/n said

"Ok thanks!" Niki answered

Y/n smiled and walked away from sunoo's and niki's stand, she went to check if the other stands were already prepared for the event

She walked and checked every Stand, until she got a call

Y/n reached out her phone out of her pocket and the callers name was labeled as 'cousin soob'

She accepted the call and put the phone to her ear

"What do you want?" Y/n asked through the phone

"I'm at your school, where's that Jungwon guy?" Soobin questioned

"Oh I'll call Jungwon to meet you, where are you around the school?" Y/n asked again

"Guess" soobin teased

"Just Tell me!" Y/n Said loudly

"Look behind you at the count of five" soobin said

"Ok?" Y/n said and counted to five before turning around

"BOO!" Soobin yelled out, y/n jumped from fright, then later jokingly slapped soobin

"I hate you." Y/n said and rolled her eyes

"I love you tooooo" soobin Said teasingly, "okay now where your friend jungwon? I need to talk about the mini concert with him"

"Follow me" y/n said and walked over to where Jungwon was, he was in one of the empty classrooms, doing his fair share of work, how does y/n know? Well because her boyfriend is a nerd and she knew that ever since they were 'enemies' that he used to study or do any work in general in a empty class.

"Jungwon!" Y/n called out while opening the classroom door, Jungwon turned around and got up from his seat and ran to her, giving her a hug, "why are you here? Aren't you busy?" Jungwon asked

"Uh actually... soobin is behind me. He wanted to talk to you" y/n said nervously

Jungwon peeked behind her and saw soobin cluelessly standing there

"Ah sorry! Hello Choi Soobin oh uh sorry for seeing me like this" Jungwon said scratching the back of his neck

"Oh it's fine, but are you sure you guys aren't dating?" Soobin asked a cracked a laugh, "I'm just kidding of course you guys aren't"

"Oh." Y/n simply said

"Oh?" Soobin asked confused

"About that-" Jungwon was stopped when y/n covered his mouth

"Nothing just talk to Jungwon and I'll get going" y/n said with a smile and glared a Jungwon, giving him the 'DONT you DARE.' Look

Jungwon just simply nodded and both soobin and Jungwon entered the empty class

"So what did you want to talk about?" Jungwon said awkwardly

"About my solo concert here.." soobin started, "is it fine if my other friends preform with me too? I know it's pretty late informing you this, sorry."

"Oh it's no problem! Everything is already set, whether your doing a solo performance or with other people! We got it under cover." Jungwon's said with a smile

"Oh thank you, my friends wanted to preform with me last minute so I'm sorry again for the delay." Soobin spoke

"I should be thanking you! I mean your preforming at our school, and no need to say sorry, you said it just in time." Jungwon said reassuring the latter

"Your really kind you know that? If my cousin dates you I wouldn't have a problem" soobin joked

"Haha yea.." Jungwon awkwardly said looking down

"Well I'll be preparing now! Thanks for your time" soobin said and opened the door of the class and went out

Jungwon bowed and just zoned out in his thoughts

His thoughts were about y/n's and his relationship. Their secret relationship.

"Jungwon" y/n called

Jungwon snapped out of his thoughts and looked over to y/n

"What did you guys talk about?" Y/n asked

"Just Choi Soobin preforming with his friends" Jungwon answered, "oh, aren't you tired of the event? Do you want to rest? If you do just tell me"

"Won, I just started checking the stands, I'm fine. I'm more worried about your face.." y/n said with a pout

"Aw aren't you cute?" Jungwon cooed at y/n and kissed her lips

"I'm just worried." Y/n said seriously

"Cutie." Jungwon teased

"I'm going now! Bye." Y/n left all flustered, Jungwon knew that, a smirk came on jungwon's face

-the event starts-

The open house event had been all prepared. It's now opened for everyone, and everything was perfect

The haunted house was amazingly built, and stands were all neat and ready to go, and the concert was what everyone was waiting for.

Everyone was in their seats in the multipurpose hall (MPH) waiting for the principal to deliver their speech

"I hope everything goes as planned" y/n said to Jungwon who was beside her

"Same here" Jungwon answered

"Wait, shouldn't we be sitting far away from eachother? About us breaking up you know?" Y/n asked

"But the only thing I want right now is to sit with you.." Jungwon pouted

"But what if someone sees us?" Y/n asked again

"Just say that we're only sitting together because we have to, I really want to sit with you" Jungwon said

"Okay, I want to sit with you too anyways." Y/n said with a smile

The principal then walked onto the stage and held the mic that was on the stand

He bowed before speaking into the mic

"Ladies and gentlemen of this esteemed assembly, Pray lend me your ears For I stand before you today to make an announcement most peculiar"

All the students were either listening or almost falling asleep. The speech wasn't anything interesting ,they were all waiting for the concert anyways

Jungwon found the speech boring aswell, he would normally listen to whatever the principal said, but today he didn't feel like it.

He turned over to his side to face y/n, but y/n was busy looking over at the principal to notice that Jungwon was staring at her

Why is she so pretty?

Those words swarmed jungwon's mind while looking at her

Y/n finally found the long speech of the principal boring, she turned her head to her side, where Jungwon was, just to see Jungwon already staring at her

They both looked at eachother, admiring every feature each of them have

Sure, they became a couple really quick, but life is too short to wait around. Why wait when you have an opportunity? They loved eachother and they both knew that.

Jungwon cracked a small smile on his face, y/n swore she felt her body give up on her that moment.

The principal ended this long speech and Jungwon and y/n turned away from eachother, both flustered

They then both stood up and walked over the the stage to give an announcement

"Now I'm sure all of you are excited for The Choi Soobin's concert am I right?" Jungwon said into the mic

Loud screams came from the crowd screaming yes, everyone was pretty much hyped for the concert

"Well let's not keep you waiting! Here's Choi Soobin and his friends! Preforming along with him!" Y/n said

The two exited the stage and then Soobin along with his other four friends came on the stage

"Hello Garden Dream High School!" Soobin yelled into the mic (the name is stupid ik)

Loud screams erupted from the crowd

"It's me, Choi Soobin! Today I want to give you a very special concert today! So I brought along my friends!"

All of this friends introduced themselves on stage, they were named, Yeonjun, Kai, Beomgyu, and, Taehyun.

They quickly got settled and started preforming. They preformed 'Do It Like That' on stage, one of the newest songs

Their dancing was in sync and their live singing was amazing.

The crowd loved the concert, everyone was either screaming or crying, from happiness, of course.

Their performance came to an end, and groaning sounds were heard from the crowd, they didn't want the concert to end just yet.

"Don't worry, the concert isn't done yet!" Soobin said in the mic

Everyone quickly changed their mood and then started cheering loudly for the five people

"Huh? I thought they were done? I'll tell them to stop, we don't have that much time for extra concert time-" y/n said but Jungwon held her arm

"Let them preform, and uh.. what if you enjoy it? Just let it be..!" Jungwon's said awkwardly, y/n thought it was weird but just sat down

"we'll be singing 'Its u' by Cavetown" Yeonjun spoke

"I know that song!" Y/n said, Jungwon giggled seeing how happy y/n was

All the five people held their mics and sang the song in melody (Yk you could also listen to the song rn..)

Jungwon looked at y/n, absolutely in love with the latter, words can't describe their love for one another. For Jungwon, it felt like he knew y/n ever since they were born, it felt like they were made for eachother, fate maybe? Maybe, just maybe, they knew eachother even before they met in this school

Y/n never felt this before, someone actually loving her? Like genuinely? It never felt real to her. Her whole life was her wanting someone to hold her in their arms and just, be there for her. Then she found Jungwon, Jungwon who wanted to beat her in every subject, she could've just gave up and let Jungwon settle in 1st, but something was telling her that she should just... play along?

They both looked at one another, their eyes speaking to eachother. They both smiled at eachother with love, Jungwon held his hand out and started playing with y/n's hair, then he spoke,

"But it's always been you."
