Angel

Crowley was sitting on a shelf in his angels bookshop as a snake. People were now used to the random sight of a giant black snake in the quaint bookshop in Soho. He watched as his angel deterred the many potential customers from buying his books, as he always does. He hissed as an elderly woman made conversation with his husband.

Aziraphale smiled and politely rejected her approaches, moving to the front of the shop to close for the day. "Well, I'm sure that your daughter is a wonderful woman, but I am afraid that I am off the market."

"But, she can cook and has two adorable sons. Here, I can show you their pictures." The woman started scrolling through her phone.

"Yes, yes. They're strapping young men, but I must be closing up shop. Have a good day!" He stopped himself from rolling his eyes, almost shoving the woman out the door. Sigh.

"Would you look at that, I thought she would never leave." Crowley hissed as he returned to his human form.

"Don't be so rude, dear. Some people just dont get the hint." Aziraphale shook his head disapprovingly at his husband. "So, anyways-"

"Shhh!" Crowley put a finger up to Aziraphales lips.

"What??" Aziraphale looked around trying to listen to see if anything was amiss.

"Quiet, don't you hear it?" Crowley asked with a serious expression.

"No. Hear what?" Aziraphale was getting anxious, as Crowleys senses were a lot better than his.

"Its-Its....."

"What?!" Aziraphale questioned, voice getting higher due to his nerves.

"Its the voice of an angel!" Crowley smirked, kissing Aziraphales neck.

"Really, my dear?" Aziraphale deadpanned. He was already done with his husbands antics and the evening hasn't even started.
