Right after school, everyone decided to go to the mansion where Raven and Cameron told everyone about the accident in Chemistry as they all went into the living room.

"You blew up a volcano?" Tyler said surprised "Cool!"

"No, not cool" Cameron said "We had to clean everything up and my hands still smell like baking soda lava."

"You know I don't understand how that happened" Raven said "I used my magic correctly."

"Maybe magic doesn't go well with science" Dawn said.

"No, I've done it before, I don't know why it backfired today."

"Huh" Cameron said as he wondered why.

"So Ethan" Ivy said "What was it you wanted to show us?"

"Oh right" he said as he pulled out his phone "So I was in the library when I overheard Alex talking to some vampires, and I figured it sounded important to I recorded it."

He then pressed play as everyone listened.

"Note to self" they heard Ethan's voice say "Don't forget on Saturday to buy some more anti-diarrhea pills plus ointment, and if possible, try to get back at Tyler for scaring me on Sunday night by-".

"Oh those are confidential notes!" Ethan quickly exclaimed as he stopped the recording "Nothing to worry about! Uh here it is."

He pressed play as everyone heard the announcement Alex made to the vampires in the library.

"Who's Annie Marum?" Tyler asked.

"No it's the Animarum" Raven said with her eyes widen "It's Latin for box of souls."

"Box of souls?" Ethan said.

"That doesn't sound good" Dawn said with a worried look.

"What is that?" Tyler asked.

"I've heard Alex mention it before" Ivy said "But I never knew was it was."

"Well according to Wikipedia..." Cameron said as he looked on his phone "The Animarum is an ancient spirit box that can trap any souls. And some hundred years ago, vampires invaded a town called Paranoia-".

"Paranoia" Tyler snickered "Seriously?"

"Yeah" Cameron shrugged "Anyway, the vampires killed more than 200 people and trapped their souls in the Animarum, that is until some monster hunters were able to kill them all and released everyone's souls back to their bodies. After the incident, the town was renamed to Para and the Animarum was buried in a secret place where it still remains."

"Looks like it's not so secret anymore since Alex knows where it is" Ivy said.

"So why does he want the box?" Ethan asked.

"I don't know, but I'm gonna find out."

"Now uh, Ethan" Tyler said "About this trying to get back at me thing, you just triggered an idea for me."

"Just forget you ever heard that" Ethan said with a bored look "I wont do it."

"Mm hm" Tyler doubted.

He then pointed his 2 fingers at his eyes then at Ethan giving him a warning look as Ethan just rolled his eyes. Just then Ethan's phone started to ring, he saw that his brother was calling.

"Hey Jared" he answered his phone.

"Dude!" Jared said on the other line "You would not believe where I'm at!"

"Grandma's house?" Ethan said.

"Does Grandma's house sound like this?" Jared asked as he held up his phone so that the party noise around him could he heard.

"Whoa are you at a party?" Ethan said surprised.

"Yeah, at Deadman's Mansion!"

"What I thought that place was off limits!"

"Doesn't look like it."

"How did you get in?"

"I was invited in, but you need to come here, this place is epic! Here I'll prove it to you."

Jared then snapped a picture of him with the crowd and sent it to Ethan.

"Check out the crowd I'm dancing with" he said as Ethan looked at the picture.

But when he saw the picture, his eyes widen, he could see Jared, but he couldn't see the crowd behind him, it was as if they didn't show up in the picture.

"Ethan what's wrong?" Ivy asked.

"My brother's at a party" he said with shock "And I don't think the people are normal."

He showed everyone the picture as their eyes widen.

"Wait is he dancing by himself?" Tyler asked.

"So are you coming here or what?" Jared asked.

"Jared" Ethan said "You need to leave now!"

"Why I just got here, plus there's gonna be this big buffet tonight, I can't wait to see what we're having!"

"You just need to go-".

"Whoa man" Jared cut in "I gotta go, there's a Conga line!"

"No Jared-!" Ethan said just as Jared hung up.

"Where did he say the party was at?" Ivy asked.

"Deadman's Mansion."

"Oh shit!"

"Wait" Cameron said "I thought Deadman's Mansion was off limits."

"Yeah, because Alex lives there!"

"What?" Ethan gasped.

"Your brother is at a vampire party!"

"And there's a buffet tonight" Dawn said with shock "And he's gonna be the buffet!"

"Oh shit we gotta save him!" Ethan said with shock.

"Looks like we're gonna have to take the van" Raven said.

Now outside, Raven pulled out from the garage in a black van.

"Alright everyone" she said "Get in."

"Hold on" Ethan said "If we're gonna be fighting vampires, then we're gonna need these."

"Actually I don't think you guys should-" Raven started to say when Ethan pulled out some long light bulbs.

"What the hell are those?" Dawn asked.

"Tanning bulbs" he said "My cousin likes to tan. And these are perfect to fighting monsters with sensitive skin."

He then turned one on as Ivy backed away from the bright light.

"Yeah you might wanna stay back from these" he said.

"Wow" Dawn said amused "Those could actually come on handy."

"Alright put them in the back" Raven said as Ethan placed the bulbs in the trunk as they all got into the van.

They then drove off until they came up the front of Deadman's Mansion.

"Alright" Raven said as she turned to the guys "You guys stay here while we get Jared."

"No way" Ethan said "We can-".

"Just stay in here" Dawn said "We'll be back as soon as we can."

"But what about the tanning bulbs?" Tyler asked.

"If any vampires try to get you" Ivy said "Then use the bulbs."

"Can't we just help you guys?" Ethan asked as Ivy gave him a hiss with her fangs as his eyes widen "Okay we'll stay here."

"Yeah I actually wanted to stay in here" Cameron put in.

"Okay" Raven said "We'll try to hurry."

The girls then got out of the car and went towards the mansion.
