I know you are going away

Away from me

But I still stand still

Without trying

To stop you or just to tell you how much you mean to me

I don’t do that because I know you don’t want me to…

If you had wanted

Then perhaps you would have noticed

The pain in my eyes

The agony in my words

And the love in my heart…

But you stood there aloof

Quite unaware of the fire in my heart

Or this pain of mine doesn’t bother you

Or you think this is fun

Seeing me in pain

All broken and shattered is

Somewhat cool for you…

But let me tell you it’s not

I won’t be the broken girl

I won’t be the other victim of yours

That’s why…

You’re going away and I am watching you go…:(
