Victoria's POV

We had done a run-through of 4 songs with Giorgia giving Y/N death stares. "Wow, you guys are great!" Y/N says giving us high-5's, "that song you played for us got anything else?" Damiano asks sitting on the large couch "um yeah maybe" Y/N says grabbing a leather-bound book from her bag "here" she says tossing the book to Dami. "Oh, I like this," Damiano says standing up 

"I don't really know" he sings

"I don't really know why she chose me"

" I'm perfectly imperfect as one can be"

"I don't really know"

"I love that," Thomas says "Oh thanks it's not finished but you guys could make it sound really good with some layering maybe" Y/N smiles. God, she was cute "Yeah your a great writer but it doesn't feel very Måneskin" Giorgia pipes up "well I like It," Ethan says, "me too," me and Thomas say at the same time. "well if you guys like it so much you can have it, Damiano's vocals would really do hat song justice" Y/N confesses. "We can't take your song you wrote it," Ethan says being the kind person he is "well it's no good just sitting in a notebook and your not taking it I'm giving it to you," Y/N says handing Ethan the book. 

"Really? you'd let us perform the song?" Damiano says jumping "of course," Y/N says as Thomas, Ethan and Damiano jump on her after a second I join too. "Can we have a and discussion Please?" Giorgia says her face looking like she ate something sour " I can go wait in the hall" Y/N says. I wanted to tell her she didn't have to but she was halfway out the door before o could open my mouth. "What are you 4 doing?" Giorgia fumes "I want to ask her to be our songwriter!" Damiano blurts, as always he was reading my mind "I agree" Thomas and Ethan say "me too" I say sprawling myself on the floor "you just met this girl and you want her to write songs for you?" Giorgia asks confused "here look at this," Damiano says grabbing the book "these songs are so...us they ooze Måneskin" Dami reasons "Okay fine but I don't like her," Giorgis says "well lucky your not in the band then" I snap.

Y/N pov

It was the day of their concert and Victoria had invited me to their hotel because they had big news. I got to the hotel and was greeted by Damiano smoking "ciao belle" I great Damiano laughing "so whats the big news?" I ask with over-exaggerated hand gestures "they others would kill me if I told you" he says walking back inside. "Hey," Vic says hugging me, we all file into a small room with a couch. "So we know it's a big ask but..." Damiano starts "we were wondering if you want to join Måneskin as our songwriter?" Victoria finishes "w...what really? why?" I asked trying to fully comprehend what they said. "Why?" Ethan asks in shock "because your an amazing songwriter and just overall a great musician" Ethan says grinning "there is one catch though" Thoams says "you would have to come on tour with us" Thomas says looking a little worried "you don't need to decide right now" Vic reassures me. My head was spinning, writing songs was my dream but so was becoming a scientist, and my family would be pissed. 

__________________________TIME JUMP________________

I was standing backstage at the concert watching as the crowd went crazy. "Hey you, random girl, do you know how to use a camera?" a guy from the crew asks running over "um yeah why?" I ask as he drags me along "our photographer double-booked and just cancelled, we need you to take photos of the band and then take pictures at the meet and greet, got it?" he asks handing me the camera "um yes" I say still slightly confused "great go" he says pushing me to side stage where I start snapping pictures.

After the concert I'm treated by a hug from Victoria "so you're our photographer now too?" she asks laughing "ha I guess so" I laugh. since the invite to join the band I had major panicked and then emailed my university telling them my predicament hoping they would understand. I was snapping pics of and in between chatting to the band "Cazzo" I mumble "what?" Ethan asks "i know them" I sat gesturing to a group of boys "they aren't my biggest fans, on many occasions they have thrown drinks at me," I say rolling my eyes "haha Y/N you take photos ha that's hilarious I knew you would go nowhere, like seriously if being girl wasn't enough you were also a gross man-hater you could've  been hot but..." he spat " well I'm not a photographer I'm filling in, I'm friends with the band and I believe the term your looking for is feminist," I said gritting my teeth "ha that funny you don't have any friends you f-" he says and I cut him off "finish that sentence and you won't be able to walk for a week" I spit as him and his 'outrage slouch away "god what cazzi" Victoria says hugging me

________________TIME JUMP__________________________________

Victoria POV 

"guess what guess what!" Y/N says running into my hotel room "what? What is it" I ask watching her face light up "about me joining the band I emailed my uni and look," she says jumping on eth bed next to me and hands me the phone.

"Dear Ms Y/L,

we are aware of your talent for music and have looked over your grades, your ATAR was through the roof so we are pleased to inform you that your application to study abroad has been approved, your classes will be recorded and all work will be sent to you but if your grades rapidly fall you will be asked to come back to finish your course.

kind regards Melbourne university dean."

I read out in my best fancy voice "s...so you're coming with us? Ahhhh" I scream and high her probably tighter than I should. I leap from the bed and run to the other rooms without knocking I barge in "guys guess what" I yell wishing I knocked I walk in on Damiano twerking Ethan beatboxing and Thomas doing a weird mash-up of Zitti e buoni. They all immediately stop while Y/N and I laugh. "What, What is it?" Ethan jumps up "I can come on tour I talked to my Uni and they said  that I can study abroad!" she says as the guys pile on to her "how'd your parts take it?" Thomas asks once they had all hugged "um I'm not sure I haven't been able to get a hold of them" she says her face looking less full of light "oooo guys we have to announce it!" Damiano says "Instagram live?" Ethan suggests 

"Hey, guys we have big news" Damiano starts off "we have a surprise" I add "we have a new band member Y/N Y/L She's our new sound writer," I say pulling her into the frame "hey everyone" she smiles and waves. "okay feels free to ask her some questions," Thomas says changing positions to get in the frame.

"Okay question one, 'Do you play an instrument?'" Damiano announces "um yes I do I play guitar and bass" she responds smiling. Oh god but she does so much more whenever she sings everyone smiles, fuck I'm crushing on my friend. "Okay next question 'are you dating anyone?'" Thomas reads out "no I'm not" she states laughing and Ethan says something i can't here and she lightly whakes him. we do a couple more question until we realise that's its almost 11. "You wanna go get drinks?" Ethan asks stretching Damiano and Thomas agree "Nah I'm good I should probably get home I still have to tell my parents,"  Y/N says standing up "I'll drive you" iI say "okay we will see you tomorrow?" Dami asks and Y/N agrees.

I pulled up to her house, "you wanna come in and eat something?" she asks. I blush and agree I knew she meant it literally but I couldn't help but feel butterflies around her. "So I realised that the fans know more about you than I do," I say sprawling across the floor "okay, what do you want to know," she says in a smooth voice.
