Jake's pov
Two years have passed since I rejected Jayla. As much as it hurt she could not be my Luna she was week and my best friends sister. Not only that I knew she would not be able to keep up as a Luna. She couldn't even keep up with us as kids and I could not look at my best friend and tell him hey bro your sisters my mate. That sounds so bad I can only see her as a little sister too I can't do that to either of them so I let her go. Not long after during my first few weeks of alpha training I found my second chance mate Kayla. She is very beautiful and was a second in command for red moon pack. They agreed to let her go as she was my Luna and I am very protective of her. The good thing that In three more years we will go back home and I will mark her then. She also started Luna training and we have had a few calls with my family, but they will keep it a surprise until we get back home that I have found my Luna. Along with me finding my Luna my best friend Sam has also found his mate but he really has it on the down low from his parents. I remember when we were just kids playing around and now we are about to take over our pack with our mates by our side. I finished cooking in our apartment were I stay with Sam and called them all for dinner. "Ohh wow that smells awesome thanks for dinner," said Sam as he finished wrighting on some documents that he soon passed on to me to look at. "Thanks and I will look at these later right now I just want to relax and eat," I said and sat for dinner with everyone my mate and my bettas. One thing I will always feel guilty for is the way I left his sister and I'm afraid that one day he will find out. The next three years flew like a shooting star. We had many competitions with other alphas in the octagon MMA fighting and leaning new skills from each other. Of course some asserted dominance as testosterone was thrown in to the mix but all was good in the end.
