After the battle with Giyuu & Uzui they went back to the HQ to get their wounds treated. Everyone back at the HQ were worried about them because they have so many wounds in them. Kanao told everyone what happened when they went to town to fight the demons. Sabito was furious than ever, the rest of the gang were calm but deep down they knew that it was shocking news and that they are now feeling mixed emotions.

Akaza was furious, and he was outside of the butterfly estate. He punched the tree so hard that it broke in half already. Daki and Gyutaro tried to calm him down while Doma was in deep thought.

"HOW COULD THEY DO THIS!??!" said Akaza. "GIYUU HURTING TANJIRO THIS MUCH!?!? IS JUST SO FURIATING" Akaza was in rage still.

"We don't know yet the reason behind their change of heart" Daki said.

Akaza was still pissed and then he looked at Doma who was in deep thought for a while. 

"Doma what are you thinking?" Akaza said.

"What if it is the demon kings doing?" Doma said what was in his mind.

Everyone stayed silent. I mean it could be true right? What if it was the Demon kings doing? Because they know Sabito is close to him and he said that he never acted like this before. Not even once..he said.

"Maybe Doma could be right..."Daki said."If it was the Demon King's doing then we have to return their memories".

Shinobu's POV

I was at my place creating medicine until I heard someone entering. I turned around to see Mitsuri. I told her to meet me here because I wanted to discuss something with her. It's related to what happened with Uzui and Tomioka.

"I guess you realized what I am going to talk to you about something, right mitsuri?" as I offered her to sit down on a futon.

"I know. Its related to Uzui and Tomioka suddenly changed" Mitsuri said as she sat down on the futon.

"I never thought that the demon king would do such a thing. I maybe a demon already but I also have a heart to protect the people I loved" as I said.

"Same here, but how can we bring them back their memories?" Mitsuri said.

"I may know a way but it requires the help of the others from the demon slayer HQ including tanjiro" I said as I gave mitsuri a piece of paper.

"I've sent a letter to the HQ about this and they agreed to meet us during the night" I said.

"Well it's almost night time so let's head out" mitsuri said.

No one's POV

It was nighttime and the demon slayers were waiting for Shinobu and Mitsuri to arrive. The letter was actually sent to Kanao and she told the others about it, they were hesitant but Kanao trusted her sister. So the other agrees on this.

"They should be arriving soon" Zenitsu said.

"I hope this will help to bring back their memories" Doma said as he looked outside.

"Sorry to keep you guys waiting"

Two demons jump down from the sky and greet them. After their greetings, Mitsuri runs up to zenitsu and tanjiro and hugs them to comfort them.

"I will smack Tomioka san and uzui san for hurting you guys when they have their memories back" Mitsuri pouted as she was mad.

"Alright alright, that's enough hugging mitsuri" Shinobu said.

"Let's get down to business shall we?"
