It was finally morning as I woke up.

I checked my calendar and it was the New Years.

" Happy New Years!!! " I shouted.

Everybody came out.

" What Happened? " Jinyoung asked.

" It's New Years! " I shouted again.

" Okay and? " Jinyoung said.

" It our one Year anniversary baby! " I shouted in happiness and hugged him.

" Really?" Jinyoung said.

I looked up at him.

" You don't remember? " I asked.

I then ran upstairs crying.

" Y/N baby of course I remember. " Jinyoung said as he was chasing after me.

" Baby I remember. " Jinyoung said again.

I just cried over and over.

As I was crying I was heavily breathing and I was dizzy.

" J-jinyoung ah. " I said.

The door than open.

" Y/N ah. " Jinyoung said before I blacked out.

Jinyoung's POV
I was sleeping peacefully until I heard a shout.

I quickly ran out of the bedroom.

" What happened? " I asked.

It's New Years! "  Y/n shouted.

" Okay and? " I said.

" It our one Year anniversary baby! " Y/N shouted in happiness and hugged me.

Really?" I said.

I looked up at him.

" You don't remember? " She asked.

She then ran upstairs crying.

I stood there.

Ugh I fucked up and hurt her.

"Y/N baby of course I remember. " I said as I was chasing after her.

" Baby I remember. " I said again.

I heard she was crying non stop.

I then ran down and asked Jihoon.

" Hyung do you have a spare key for Y/N's bedroom?" I asked.

He nodded and went up to his room.

He then gave the let to me.

I rushed back to her door and unlocked the door.

When I opened the door I saw something I never wanted to see ever again.

"Y/N ah. " I said and ran to her.

" Hyung!! noona!!! " I shouted crying.

They both ran up.

" What, What's wrong?! " Jihoon asked.

" Y/N ah!!  Call the ambulance!!? " I asked.

Jieun nodded and dialed for the ambulance.

5 minutes later they finally arrived.

They put her on the bed and strooled her in the truck.

I went in with them.

" Y/N ah please wake up don't scare me like this. " I said crying holding her hand in mines.

We reached the hospital.

They took her in til he ER.

" Sorry sir but you can't go in. " The nurse stopped me.

I sat down and was crying non stop.

" Jinyoung! " Someone shouted.

It was Y/N's parents.

I stood up.

They reached to where I was standing.

" What happened? " Mrs. Park asked.

I kneeled down.

" I'm so sorry that Y/N turned out like this, If I didn't do something so stupid she wouldn't be in the ER anymore. Why must I still live when I am hurting somebody I love so much. " I said to Mr and Mrs. Park.

" Jinyoung ah it's okay it's not your fault okay she will be okay she's very strong. " Mrs.  Park said comforting me.

The doctor came out.

I stood up and walked to him.

" Is she okay? " I asked.

" She is okay, She just forgot to take her pills her breathing is back to normal make sure to remind her to take her pills and you may see her. " Dr. Kang said.

Her parents rushed in and went to go see her.

I ran to the exit.

I decided to surprise her since it was our anniversary.

I went to the mall and went to go buy her thing and Jihoon and Jieun were there to help me.

I was awake now.

My parents rushed to me.

" Eomma appa. " I said.

" Honey are you okay? " Appa asked.

" Yes I am. " I said smiling so that they don't have to worry much.

" So where's Jihoon oppa and Jieun eonnie? " I asked.

" They said they went shopping. " Eomma replied.

I scoffed.

" Without me but she said she would take me with her is she was going to the mall. " I said purking out my lips.

Just then the lights turned off.

" Eomma Appa? " I said.

I was afraid now.

I couldn't see anything.

Until a candle light popped out of nowhere.

There was somebody holding a cake.

As the candle lit I saw who it was, It was Jinyoung.

I turned my face and face out to the window.

Jinyoung started singing with him and his friends.

After a couple of minutes the song was over.

" Y/N ah I'm so sorry that I forgot our anniversary and I am sorry that now your on a hospital bed I feel like I shouldn't live anymore. I'm so sorry that I have hurt you this whole year because of my useless and dumb self. Could you forgive me? " Jinyoung said.

I teared up.

I nodded my head and hugged him.

" I missed you so much when I saw that you weren't even here to see me I thought you really left me I was about to break up with you." I said.

" Aww look at how cute my Y/N is. " Jinyoung said and pinched my cheek.

" Owww. " I said rubbing my cheeks.

Everybody was now happy.

" So I went shopping and I got you this. " Jinyoung said and gave me 3 different bags.

( all the things Jinyoung bought you.)

" Awww baby you didn't have to. " I said.

I then showered him with kisses everywhere.

"Ahem! " Someone coughed.

We both turned to see everybody standing there.

" Can you guys like stop making the single people sad please. " Seongwoo said.

I laughed.

I showered Jinyoung with kisses again.

" Jealous much. " I said.

" Yah Y/N you better keep you mouth shut the right just hasn't come yet. " Seongwoo said.

We all laughed.

" Guys let's eat the cake. " I said.

My mom then took the cake and started cutting the cake and handing out the cake to everyone.

We were all laughing and chatting.
