humhe ap pasand hai

As Alisha lay on the bed, her form delicate and vulnerable in sleep, Aniket remained vigilant, standing by the door. His gaze was fixed on her, and in the silence of the room, his mind wandered back to the distant memory of the first time he had seen her.

Aniket, who was on a journey after a business meeting in the city of Big Bear Lake, found himself drawn into an unexpected spectacle. As he sipped his coffee, the thunderous applause from the nearby crowd captured his attention. Turning his gaze, he was instantly captivated by the exquisite woman in front of him. Her beauty was a sight to behold, and he marveled at the unexpected encounter with such a stunning Indian girl.

She sat gracefully, a coat draped over her shoulders, and her hair cascading freely. Her eyes sparkled with a mischievous glint as she skillfully played the piano, drawing the rapt attention of the audience, presumably her friends. Aniket couldn't help but be mesmerized by her entire presence. The way she carried herself . She exuded an aura of elegance and poise, radiating a confidence and pride that left an indelible impression. But it was her eyes, a deep shade of grey, that held a story of resilience and success, despite the hardships she might have faced. Aniket couldn't help but wonder about the journey that had led her to such heights, and the pride she carried in her eyes spoke volumes about her remarkable achievements.

Aniket's attempt to approach the captivating woman was thwarted by the sudden surge of people crowding around her, showering her with appreciation for her piano performance. With a heavy heart, he realized he couldn't break through the sea of admirers. Reluctantly, he knew he had to leave as he had a flight to catch.

As he departed, there was a lingering wish in his heart that fate might bring them together once more. The chance meeting had left a lasting impression, and Aniket held onto the hope that destiny might have more encounters in store for them in the future. With that thought in his mind, he left, carrying the memory of the beautiful woman with the grey eyes, and the sense that their paths might cross again someday.

The recollection was vivid, a moment etched into his memory. He remembered the first glimpse of her, a memory that had grown and deepened over time. The contrast between that initial encounter and the sight of her now, lying on the bed, was stark. A sense of protectiveness swelled within him, as he watched over her, safeguarding her peace and well-being. In that quiet, introspective moment, the significance of her presence in his life became even clearer, and the connection between them deepened, unspoken but profound.

Aniket's introspective moment was gently interrupted by a comforting hand on his shoulder. Turning, he met the gaze of his mother. Although no words were exchanged between them, it was as if their eyes spoke volumes and it was like his mother got to know the amount of fondness respect and care he had in his heart for Alisha. As someone said eyes conveys the feelings better than the words can

" Ani ap sojayein raat bahut ho gayi hai "

" Nahi maa hume neend nahi aa rehi... Ap jayein aur aaram karein  ... Aunty thik hai ab? "

"Nahi woh maa unhe kaha aaram milega par humne unhe jabardasti karke aaram karne bheje hai unhe aaram ki jarurat thi "

"Haa apne sahi kiya maa.. Aur hume toh ab yeah lag reha hai ki alisha ji ka yunh abhi tak behosh hone ke peche ek haath exhaustion ka bhi ho sakta hai and unke sath jo hua uss karan bhi ho sakta hai "

" Baache bhagwaan ka lakh lakh shukar hai ki hum sab sahi samaye par pahunch gaye nahi toh bechari humari bachi ke sath kuch anunhoni ho jati... Hume apse ek wachan chahiye Ani ki kuch bhi ho jaye ap humari baachi ka khayal rakhenge humse "

" Maa ap fikar na kar hum hai  hum kuch nahi unhe denge inhe apse wada hai yeah humara... Hum apko wachan detein hein yeah "

"Ani... Sach sach kahiyega Alisha hei woh California wali ladki hai na jisse pehli nazar mein hei ap apna dil de baithe the "

" Ha Ma.. Alisha ji hei thi woh.. Hum uss samaye unhe nahi jante the humne toh bas unki ruh se ishq hua tha unh ke  ehsaas se pyaar hua tha "

" Ap humse waada kariye ki chahe kuch bhi ho jaye ap unhe khush rakhenge.. "

" Maa hum apse waada karte hein unhe hum khush rakhenge. Aur agar unki khushi agar humse dur rehein mein hui toh woh bhi hum khushi khushi unhe de denge agar unhe humara pyaar swikar nahi hua toh "

" Chaliye Ani yeah baat humne apki maan li par haa hum apse ek wada yeah bhi chahte hein ki ap apni khushi ke liye koshish jarur karenge... Ab baki toh krishna ji hai hei unki leela toh woh hei samjh saktein hein  Chaliye Good night"

Aniket bent a little and Nalini placed a small kiss on his forehead and went towards her room to rest

The next morning when aniket reached towards Alisha 's room after freshening up after being up all night while standing near the gate for the whole night, he was delighted to hear Alisha's voice and her confirming that she was okay.

Aniket quickly went down stairs to set up a plate of healthy breakfast for Alisha and after 15 mins he brought them to the room in which he had not step a single foot while she was resting he had only been watching her from the threshold and protecting her , all his family members were also present  there even his dada dadi were their too . And Alisha's mom , masi and Aaradhaya were also present in that single room.

" Bahut acha kiya apne baache jo ap nashta le aaye chaliye Alisha beta ap nashta karein "  Gauri said after seeing the tray of food in Aniket's hand while lightly rubbing Alisha's foot

" Dadi sa Hum sach kehe rahein hein hume bilkul bhook nahi hai hai hum baad mein kha lenge please "  Alisha whined a little after eyeing that plate of food in Aniket's hand

Aniket placed the table in front of Alisha and bent little towards her ear and whispered so that she could only hear

" Alisha ji kha lijiye nahi toh mujbaaran hume apko  apne haatho se khilna padega "

As aniket's voice rang down on Alisha's ears . She didn't knew why her cheeks and ears felt warm and a chill ran down her spine ( in a good way) she lightly chuckled and uttered in the same voice that aniket had used

Aniket ji hum apko itna toh jaan hei gaye hein ki ap yeah toh nahi karenge "

As alisha said those words and looked in his eyes she took a hard gulp as she knew while looking in his eyes that he was not joking he would actually make her eat with his own hands if she didn't start eating now. Alisha started taking a small bite and aniket straightened his back and was met with some of the smirking face of the family members while others were confused that what he might have had said that had made Alisha gulp down the food

While watching Alisha aniket uttered in his head

"Apko khush rakh ne ke liye hum yeah duniya ko apke kadmon ke saamne jukha denge  ....Hume ap pasand hai Ms Alisha Singhaniya "
