Hajime looked around the area to see nothing but a strange and light area.

Hajime: What is this?

Hajime: What the-

Hajime looked to see Alastor sitting down, relaxing.

Alastor: Come sit.

Hajime: Alright then?

Hajime sat in front of Alastor, both with crossed legs and meeting face to face.

Alastor: The auras around us were different last night. Right?

Hajime: Yeah. You don't say.

Alastor: I do remember feeling something else. Something powerful too. It came from when we were in the Occult Research Club and met that Laisah Phenex guy.

Hajime: Don't you mean Riser?

Alastor: Riser, Laisah. Whatever. But do you get what I mean by something powerful?

Hajime: Yeah. I guess in some sort of way.

Alastor: Did you see anything that could be different that what you normally could see?

Hajime: Well...I did see Issei have this weird red gauntlet thing in his hand. It had this shiny green object on it too.

Alastor was silent for a moment, and then looked down.

Alastor: So that's how it is. Huh? It's much bigger than I thought.

Hajime: What is it Alastor? What do you mean?

Alastor looked up at Hajime.

Alastor: Your friend, Issei Hyoudou weilds something called a Sacred Gear.

Hajime: The hell is a sacred gear?

Alastor: A Sacred Gear is what is called, God's Artifacts. They're told to enact miracles with such unique and powerful abilities.

Hajime: Wow man.

Alastor: Your friend Issei, is the wielder of the Boosted Gear, or also called the Red Dragon Emperor's Gauntlet. Inside that Sacred Gear is the spirit of the Red Dragon himself, Ddraig.

Hajime: Oh shit.

Alastor: Its ability allows you to multiply your power levels if utilized properly. It also comes with sharing the title "Red Dragon Emperor". Can attract some lustful women with that.

Hajime: Damn man. Wouldn't it be cool to have a Sacred Gear like that too man?!

Alastor began to chuckle a bit. But he soon clicked his tongue, and shook his head.

Alastor: No. In my eyes, Sacred Gears are full of shit.

Hajime: Eh? What do you mean?

Alastor: Enact miracles? For someone such as myself to say that Sacred Gears are BS. It's crazy right? But the truth is...I hate Sacred Gears.

Hajime: You hate them? Why?

Alastor: I'll tell you why. But know this, once I tell you, it'll be clear as day.

Everything was quiet for Hajime, but he understood every word Alastor said after that. That was until the lights became blinding to him to the point of not seeing anything but white,

I woke up and saw it was morning.

Hajime: Man. What a sleep dude.

I soon looked around and saw a small box next to my nightstand with a note.

Hajime: What's this?

I grabbed the box and the note. I chose to open the box and I saw it was....a smartphone?

I looked at the note and read it.

Hajime,

To blend in with human life, here's this phone. It has all of the household's contacts inside as well as mine.

Consider it a gift and an opportunity to explore and learn more as blending to be a human even though we are devils.

I looked at the phone and looked though it. Contacts and everything.

I soon looked and saw many social media platforms. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.

Hajime: Man. I wanna try this!

After some time passed, I ended up setting myself up with a social media account.

Hajime: Man this is awesome! I wonder I should do first though. Hmmm....Oh!

I held the camera to my face after I set up a photo through Instagram.

Hajime: I'll start my account with a photo of me and a cool filter or something!

Alastor: (Hey, is that the flash?)

Hajime entered the Student Council Office after walking to school alone. He found that almost everyone was there in the room. All except for Sona, Tsubaki and Saji.

Reya: Good morning Akamizu.

Hajime: Hey Kusaka. Sona wanted us to meet here? But there's no school today.

Saji: GAH!!!

Saji ran in immediately falling down to the floor.

Saji: I'm not late! Aren't I?!

Momo shook her head.

Momo: Of course not Saji, we're all waiting on Sona and Tsubaki. That's all.

Soon, Sona and Tsubaki arrived from the backrooms of the office.

Sona: Good morning everyone. Get into your gym attire. Today, we are going to begin training today.

Sona's Peerage: Yes Miss President.

Hajime POV
We all stood out on the field in our gym uniforms.

Gotta say this. It's weird. About our uniforms. They're consisted of a white short-sleeved t-shirt with navy blue accents with the Kuoh Academy emblem embroidered on the front left side of it, along with navy blue bloomers for girls or shorts for boys, and navy blue and white sneakers. For when it's colder, the girls wear a pink and white tracksuit with black accents, while the boys wear a grey tracksuit with identical features.

But I guess it's sorta understandable. I did hear this school used to be an all-girls school that did like...just turn coed.

I wore my shorts and looked down at my hands. Couldn't think of anything else to do than wait for instructions.

???: Hajime.

Hajime: Huh?

I turned to my right and saw Sona and Tsubaki standing in front of me, with Sona holding a clipboard in her hands.

Hajime: Miss Shitori, Miss Shinra.

Sona: For today, we'll be watching over your progress Hajime with the others.

Hajime: What do you mean by that?

Tsubaki: What Sona means is that since you have no progress recorded in training, this will be the first time we record you.

Sona: You remember when you sat out at the dodgeball game against the Gremory's?

Hajime: Yes. I do.

Sona: That is because your overall skills have not been tested just yet. But it's clear you have potential.

Hajime: How can you tell that?

Sona: When we first met.

Hajime: Oh yeah.

Hajime was seen running around the track. He was panting a bit but not too much to be heavily exhausted.

Tomoe: Come on Hajime!

Hajime: What the-Tomoe?!

Tomoe was seen running next to Hajime with no problem whatsoever.

Tomoe: Come on Hajime! Let's see if you can outrun me!

Hajime: Hah...well...I don't know if I'll be faster than you. Especially since you're a knight!

Tomoe: Hey, don't say that! And besides...if you manage to beat me in this lap, maybe I'll let you touch my breasts.

In a span of a second, he moved at extremely alarming speeds that caught Tomoe by surprise.

Hajime beat Tomoe around the track and field for the run. Tomoe stared in awe.

Tomoe: Wow...that was...so cool!

Hajime stopped running and slowed down. He looked up at the sky while breathing heavily.

Hajime: Wow man...

Hajime heaved a bit and soon turned around to face Tomoe with a smile. Not just a bad unnerving grin, like a genuine smile.

Hajime: What a rush! Right Tomoe?!

Tomoe: Huh?! Y-Yeah! That was awesome!

Meanwhile, Ruruko looked in awe at Hajime with a bright red blush in her face.

Ruruko: Woah...

Ruruko snuck out her phone and pulled out her camera app and took a picture of Hajime's face.

However, the result of the picture was not so well. The genuine smile turned back into a very disturbing grin.

Saji could be seen doing push-ups. He was seen struggling to keep going after plenty of push-ups.

When Saji turned, he saw Hajime still doing push-ups with ease. For some reason, his shirt was off, exposing his muscular body.

Saji's eyes widened in shock.

Saji: WHAT THE HELL MAN!?!

Tsubasa came by and snapped at Saji.

Tsubasa: No stopping now Saji! You should put in more work like Akamizu is!

Saji: GAH! OKAY! But...why does he have scars on his torso?!

Tsubasa: Scars?

Tsubasa took notice around the small scars that were highlighted by the sweat that lied in the ribcage, including a morale cross scar that starts around the left side of his stomach and moves up to his left ribcage.

Tsubasa: Akamizu, how did you get that?

Hajime: I wouldn't worry about it.

Tsubasa: I see.

Tsubasa said nothing else as she watched Hajime go another round of working out with push-ups.

Ruruko could be seen holding a small ball of magic in her hands.

With a sense of focus, Ruruko threw the small green ball into a bottle, with resulted in the bottle being hit with ice spikes. In which the spike poked out of the bottle. She turned to Momo with excitement in her eyes.

Ruruko: Momo! Did you see that?!

Momo: Way to go Ruruko!

Ruruko looked happy at her mentor and senior. Meanwhile, Hajime, who had his shirt back on, was seen with his hands out and breathing. Reya stood and watched with Hajime.

Reya: Alright. All you need to do now is breathe and focus. Okay Akamizu?

Hajime: Right. Got it.

Hajime closed his eyes and began to breathe. While he inhaled and exhaled, a small red ball of light began to form in his hands. He opened his eyes to see the light he formed in his hands.

Hajime: Woah.

Reya: What do you know Akamizu? You're already a natural at this.

Reya grabbed an empty water bottle and placed it out in the open, just as the same place and area as Ruruko's was.

Reya: Now use the magic ball you have right there to destroy the bottle.

Hajime: Okay then.

Hajime looked down at the light and soon threw the ball. The result was utter destruction of the bottle. Everyone looked surprised by the results, including Hajime himself.

Ruruko: Woah! Akamizu!

Momo: How did you do that?!

Reya: Oh my...

Hajime: Oh shit dude.

Hajime looked down at his hands and then thought to himself in annoyance.

Hajime's Mind: (This was your magic. Wasn't it, Alastor?)

Alastor: (Nooooo....Don't know what the hell you're talking about man.)

Combat Training
With Saji
On the field, Hajime and Saji stood facing one another. The rest of the peerage or the girls were watching the two young men.

Sona: For the end of the day, we'll end todays training with sparring. We'll start with Hajime and Saji.

Some of the girls turned to each other, with the exclusion of Sona and Tsubaki.

Momo: So Ruruko, who do you think will win?

Ruruko: U-Ummm...I'm picking Saji.

Momo: I think..I think I'll agree with that too. Tsubasa?

Tsubasa: You're missing the point. Why go for Saji when you can clearly see that Akamizu has put in more effort in his training? Have you seen his muscularity compared to Saji's?

Tomoe: Yeah, I have to agree with Yura there. Hajime probably has the better skills than Saji himself. What about you Kusaka?

Reya: Umm...well...I don't know. Akamizu has the more physical skills. But yet again, Saji has the Sacred Gear between the two of them.

Saji stared at Hajime with a smirk on his face.

Saji: Ha! Get ready to lose this Akamizu!

Hajime: What do you mean?

Saji: I mean this!

Saji let out his left arm.

Saji: Go! Absorption Line!

Saji's wrist glowed purple, and later revealed a strange object now on his wrist.

Saji: Yeah! A Sacred Gear!

Hajime: A Sacred Gear?

Sona: Items with powerful abilites bestowed upon to humans. They're also known as God's Artifacts

Ruruko: They're told to enact miracles with their abilities! I heard many historical figures held them. So it can make people a big deal to have them!

Hajime began to start chuckling. Which it caught Saji's attention.

Saji: What's got you laughing?

Hajime: Oh nothing. Just all the fucking bullshit I hear coming out of your mouth.

Saji: The hell!?!

Hajime: By the way pal, what does humanity actually benefit from having Sacred Gears? What miracles do they actually commit?

Tsubaki: What's this Akamizu?

Hajime: Just making a statement Miss Shinra.

Hajime turned back to Saji.

Hajime: Take a look at the field of medicine for example Saji. It saves people in a massive scale on a real practical use. But that's only true with agriculture. But what do Sacred Gears have in that role? Because they're sure as hell not being used to save the sick, or even miraculously make a cure for cancer! It just seems to be for people to act like a bunch of big shots!

Saji: Hey knock it off man! That's not really fair when you compare it to medicine dude!

Hajime: You're right Saji. My apologies. I forgot that with the help of a good friend of mine-

Tsubaki: Wait. What good friend?!

Sona: Hajime, where are you going with this?!

Hajime: -Sacred Gears are only good for two thing and two things only!

Hajime began to grow a smug looking grin on his face.

Hajime: To fight and kill people.

Ruruko's eyes widened as she soon stepped back a little bit.

Saji: Hey! What the hell is wrong with you man?!

Hajime: What's the matter bud? How much of big shot did you feel to be a legit war machine waiting for combat?!

Momo: Hey, Akamizu. Aren't you going too far?

Hajime: You can make a point for that, Hanakai. Yet again, one thing to question, is if you have the guts.

Hajime faced Saji again.

Hajime: Saji, do you have the guts to kill?

Saji gritted his teeth. He glared at Hajime.

Saji: You're seriously starting to piss me off dude!

Hajime: Heh. It's called mind games choom. Deal with it.

Saji: Absorption Line!

Saji fired a light blueish line at Hajime. It caught him. But Hajime was running towards him and hit Saji with a hard gut punch. The blonde young msn coughed out spit and drool.

Saji grabbed Hajime by the shoulders and punched him in the face. Hajime answered back with a knee to the gut and punch to his face as well.

Hajime stepped back a bit and glared at the young man ahead of him. His last step hit a bit hard, and it sent a sudden invisible wave.

The wave knocked everyone around him, including Sona, Tsubaki and Saji.

Ruruko: Woah! What the?!

Reya: What was that force?!

Saji sat up in shock.

Saji: What the hell man?!

Hajime: Believe me when I say, I have no idea what that shockwave was. But if you don't like my magic, I'll finish you with my most magical hit!

Hajime jumped high into the air, Saji stood up and stared with widened eyes.

Hajime: Behold! My Magical....

...PUUUUUUUUUUNCH!!!!!!!

Saji fell and bounced around on the group, on the ground and beaten.

The girls looked around in shock what has happened.

I was in my bedroom as of right now.

I guess I made Sona mad after today.

I sat on my bed. I was quiet and alone. I guess I'm just a bit lost right now.

Suddenly, a blue magic circle appeared.

Hajime: Hm?

I stood up, being ready for whoever comes out of the magic circle. But to my surprise, it was Tomoe who showed up.

When he got to the living room, he found Sona on one of the couches.

Hajime: What the-Sona?!

Sona: Good morning Hajime. Come sit.

Hajime: Yes ma'am.

Hajime sat in front of Sona across from the table.

Hajime: So...what's going on?

Sona: Hold on just a moment. Someone else will be here shortly for this meeting.

Soon, a different magic circle appeared. Our came a very cute girl with black hair like Sona's. She had pink eyes and her breasts were larger than Sona's as well. But she had a green attire on.

???: Hey hey, Sona! I'm so happy you called me here!

Hajime: Woah! Who's that?!

Sona: Hajime, this is Serafall Leviathan.

Hajime: Leviathan?

Sona: She's one of the Underworld's Four Great Devil Kings currently.

Hajime: Oh shit!

Hajime immediately bowed at Serafall and held her hand out in front of him. He kissed her hand out of respect.

Serafall: Wow! How charming of you!

Hajime slowly turned to a smiling Serafall.
