I'm Addicted To Snap Back

Leah huffed the smoke out of her mouth and tilted her head back watching the smoke fade into the white clouds in the sky. She didn't know who she was waiting for but she stood behind the building looking like nothing but trouble. Leah's eyes shifted over to the opposite end of the building where the tall boy stood with his hands in his pockets.

"Hey." he said to her walking over tugging on his blue Snap Back, Leah looked at him puzzled then smiled.

"Hello, Mr. Jones." she said extending her arm out to shake it but he just stated at her and clapped his hands together.

Tyson Jones was six feet tall, dark and handsome, also he had an eyebrow piercing Leah couldn't resist but something was strange- this is the first time Tyson Jones has come up to her outside their flirty messages.

Their eyes were locked into each others as Leah tried to read what was going through his mind but nothing was setting her off.

"Spare a lost soul a buff?" He pointed to her jay and Leah looked down at it extending her arm out toward him but instead of taking it out of her hand Tyson Jones just took her whole hand and moved it toward his mouth so that she was holding the jay for him. His lips wrapped around it as he took a deep breath in and the cherry of the joint got longer and Tyson Jones held the smoke in while gazing into Leah's eyes. Her blood went cold as his dark eyes sparkled when he released the smoke slowly causing it to fly upwards toward his eyes and facial piercing. He smiled letting go of her hand and she almost dropped the joint on her shoe.

"You going back to class?" Tyson Jones asked Leah.

"Me? No, why what did you want to do?" She was fluttering with her words and Tyson Jones just laughed throwing his head back.

"Well, we can do all those things we've been talking about." He was straight to the point and Leah looked away. To be honest she had no intention of really going out and hooking up with Tyson Jones- not that there was anything wrong with him- she just didn't take what was being said to seriously.

"Yeah- but we have no where to do it." She laughed trying to lighten the subject and he laughed with her.

"I know a place we can chill-."

"-Yeah but I have to catch the bus."

"I have a car-."

"-My mom won't be happy to see you dropping me off."

"I'll drop you off at the bus stop," He frowned looking at her, "Why are you acting like this?" Leah got tangled in her words again trying to think of something to say to explain her behavior but nothing came in mind.

"Well- I was thinking you know-."

"-Think what?" Tyson Jones stepped closer to her and Leah looked down at her nails trying to avoid his hard gaze.

"You know, like, why do we need to rush so fast maybe we can- like, I don't know go chill and smoke some more first." Tyson Jones nodded in agreement.

"OK, let's go then."

"Where?"

"My place of course." He laughed taking her hand and walking toward the street. Their hands connected but their ideas seperate.
