Blindfolded Makup Competition

Bakugo and Izuku get into a makeup challenge. When they have to do each other's makeup and the best look wins. Bakugo and Izuku talk like old friends with Bakugo cursing a whole bunch, Bakugo ends up winning, but gives Izuku some pointers that he missed since Katsuki has a different palette than him. Izuku gives him some advice as well with quirk.

"For today's video, both of us will be doing each other's makeup blindfolded." Deku explained with a smile.

Izuku tried to hide his head under his hoodie while his friends shoved at his arms. He knew where this was going and so did they. Oh, this is going to be a hell of a time to watch again. He barely made it through watching the video when editing without laughing at their interaction.

"Wait," Bakugo interjected, looking back at Deku, "blindfolded?"

"Yes, and the one who did the better job will win. And before we start, we each take a shot of cinnamon whiskey to loosen up." Deku replied, pulling out two shot glasses for them to start with.

"Heh," Hitoshi interjected, getting up to make some popcorn. "God, this is going to be a riot."

"Oh shit." Bakugo said taking his own glass while Deku shot down his in one gulp. After watching that, Bakugo shot down his in one strong gulp without wincing. "Okay, so where do we start with this?"

"Okay." Deku started off clapping his hands. "I have laid out all sorts of makeup products from primer to setting spray. There is no me limit at all, just try to finish in less than an hour so my time editing isn't that long."

"Got it. Where are the blindfolds?" Bakugo asked, looking around. Deku brought out from behind his back two simple black handkerchiefs.

"Got them." Deku said before turning to the camera as Bakugo took his handkerchief. "How this is going* to work is that one of us will be blindfolded and do the other's makeup. It is pretty simple. The winner will be determined by a special judge to see how the makeup looks based on creativity and cleanliness."

"Hehehehehe," Hitoshi laughed, remembering exactly what he saw. "Those looks were so...."

"Shut up." Izuku muttered, making Himiko giggle.

Deku questioned, holding up a blindfold, "Do you want to be blindfolded first?"

"Whatever." Bakugo grumbled, letting Deku tied the blindfold, "I'm going to win anyway."

Deku asked, "Not too tight, right? You can't see or anything?"

"Nope and nope. Let's get started." Bakugo said, plunging his hand into the mess of makeup before him. "Okay, wait that's a pallet. Tube, tube ...aha! This is primer, right?"

"I can't help you," Deku said giggling, looking at the liquid lipgloss Bakugo had in his hands.

Bakugo threw his head back, "Dammit! You didn't tell me beforehand, shit!"

"Sorry. Another rule, the blindfolded person can't seek help from the person who doesn't have a blindfold on." Deku explained quickly, facing the camera.

"Dammit," Bakugo mumbled, screw off the top of the tube. He brought it to his nose to smell it. "That's lip gloss. Primer doesn't have a fruit smell."

"Or does it?" Deku asked, making Bakugo slowly face him. Deku laughed at the deadpan expression on Bakugo's blindfolded face.

"Shut up." Bakugo countered, throwing the tube back at Deku. Deku laughed as Bakugo finally found some sort of white bottle. Bakugo sniffed before nodding.

"Yep, hope this is primer." Bakugo said before reaching out for Deku's face.

The three friends on the couch laughed as the angry blonde hero just wiped primer on Deku's face like a seven-year-old would.

Bakugo nodded to himself, "Okay, primer done. Hey, rub in whatever is left on your face while I look for a foundation." Bakugo paused before looking past Deku's general direction, "You do have liquid foundation somewhere right?"

Deku laughed, "I do, but I won't tell you where it is."

"Boom, I think I found one. Let me get a concealer... somewhere around here... You know what? I'll come back to it since concealer might be liquid lipsticks." Bakugo said, reaching for a sponge or blender or some sort.

Once he found a neon orange blender, Bakugo got to work on bouncing the foundation on Deku's face with the blending sponge. Deku was thankful it was an actual foundation he picked up.

"I can't believe he is actually applying it so well..." Himiko commented, watched the way he would use both ends of the sponge on Deku's face.

Izuku nodded, "His mom usually helps with the women who model his father's designs. So he has a certain way with makeup products."

"Oh, I didn't know that. I think he told us once that he is dad designed clothes though, but he never told us what his mother did." Hitoshi added.

"Okay. Foundation is done. Where the fuck is the concealer?" Bakugo said, throwing the foundation down on the counter before rummaging his fingers around for a tube that felt like a concealer bottle.

Deku looked in the mirror to see that the foundation wasn't as blended at the ends of his face. Near his forehead and by his ears was a little blotchy, but not too bad.the fans couldn't see it well on camera.

"Got it, at least I hope I got it because it feels like it," Bakugo retorted, twisting off the cap. Deku looked at the tube to see it was one of the drugstore concealers he uses often.

After Bakugo had booked Deku's face, he bounced the little makeup sponge on his face again, buffing out everything.

"Oh, shit. Wait, setting powder! I got to set this shit down before eyeshadow." Bakugo muttered angrily. He kept feel around the packed counter until he felt a round container. He felt the top and realized it felt like the brand his mom uses. He shrugged before picking it up to set down his handiwork.

Bakugo puffed out a punch of powder on Deku's face, leaving a little spot of powder under what he thought was his eyes to catch some fallout.

Deku added, "Hey. It's been a little too quiet."

"Well, what do you want to talk about?" Bakugo asked.

"Um.... I can talk about how my life is going and you can talk about yours?" Deku offered.

Bakugo mumbled, "Yeah sure. Go ahead. I'm looking for a palette to use."

"Okay. Well, college has been alright. Some time ago I went to the mall to get a drawing tablet for a special video coming up." Deku started with a smile.

"Uh Huh." Bakugo remarked.

Deku continued, "I got to the mall, planned out what I had to do, got kidnapped by the league of villains...."

"Same..." Bakugo muttered before realizing what Deku had said. "WAIT, WHAT THE FUCK?!"

"Deku, what in the actual fucking heck?" Himiko asked, turning to him with a worried expression.

"I'm alright." Izuku promised.

Hitoshi questioned, "Why didn't you tell us?"

"I'll tell you later about it. It wasn't too bad of an experience, I just talked to them before they dropped me back off the mall." Izuku explained.

"Okay, but you aren't getting away from this talk," Hitoshi replied, raising a brow at his friend.

"I know. But hey, look! He found an eyeshadow palette after scolding me!" Deku exclaimed, pointing at the television screen to distract them from a lecture of safety.

"I can't believe you. How do you get kidnapped?!" Bakugo asked bewildered.

Deku gave him a look that he couldn't see from the blindfold, but apparently Bakugo felt the sass from Deku.

Bakugo sighed, "Okay, touché. Let's get on to the eyeshadow."

"Cool, what colors are you going for?" Deku asked, making Bakugo look in his direction.

"I'm aiming for the last row of shadows." Bakugo said, picking up a fluffy brush from in front of him. "Close your eyes, Deku."

"Alright." Deku said.

Himiko and Hitoshi watched as Bakugo swirled some color onto a brush before reaching out his hand to find where his face is. They laughed when he just smeared the light gray color all over Deku's eyelid.

"Good aim." Himiko commented.

Bakugo said, "Keep still. Stop laughing."

"I'll try my best." Deku replied snickering at the fluffy sensation of the brush against his lid.

And the friend watched as Bakugo did a smoky eyes with the light gray, a hot pink, and dark black eyeshadow. Deku looked in the mirror and hid his laughter at what Bakugo did.

"Hold up, not done yet. Need the eyeliner." Bakugo responded, using both hands to try and locate a skinny eyeliner. "Aha!"

Deku hid his smile as he felt Bakugo apply a light blue eyeliner the best he could on his eyelids. Himiko laughed out loud, looking at the mix of colors on Deku's eyes.

"Mascara. Blush. Lip Gloss. That's all I need now." Bakugo stated, digging his hands for the last three products he needed. Deku watched him as he dug around into all sorts of products.

The three watched as Bakugo completed the look with a peach bronzer, a purple mascara and a clear glitter lip gloss.

"Okay, are you done?", Deku questioned, looking into the camera directly.

Bakugo nodded, "I'm finished with my look."

"Okay, take off your blindfold." Deku said, turning his face to look at Balugo..

Bakugo looked smug when he took off his blindfold only to snort at what he saw. "What the fuck happened?"

"Maybe it was the bronzer or the hot pink." Deku remarked, looking into the mirror at the trainwreck masterpiece on his face.

"Ah. My turn." Deku replied causing Bakugo to pale because he momentarily forgot that Deku could enact his revenge now.

"Oh no!" Himiko added, laughing at the sinister look on Deku's face.

"Oh shit." Bakugo retorted.

"Yeah, be scared." Deku mumbled, rummaging around until he found a tube of what he thinks is a minimal coverage foundation.

Bakugo sighed in relief when he saw that Deku had picked up the foundation instead of powder blush or something.

"I'm going for a light base because your skin is quite clear so it doesn't need much." Deku said, poking Bakugo's face with his finger to get the product onto his face before bouncing the sponge on his face.

"Okay, I'm just going to go for eyeshadow. I don't think I need concealer for this look." Deku said, reaching for a palette to his right.

He dipped into bright red, brown and a bright yellow near the right corner. "I think I remember this palette from the shake of it, but hopefully I'm digging into the right colors."

Deku brushed out the colors onto Balugo's eyelids. He used the yellow under Bakugo's eyes, red on his lid and brown to blend the red up past his crease up to his brow.

"Okay, now the liner!" Deku cheered, bending over to find some skinny eyeliners.

Bakugo looked into the mirror and shrugged at his makeup so far. It didn't look too bad. Bakugo looked down to see something under Deku's hoodie.

Bakugo remarked,"What the hell is under your hoodie? What are you supposed to be wearing under there?"

"It's for a video, don't judge me!" Deku said.

Bakugo snorted before Deku had found a bright orange eyeliner in the midst of the questioning. Deku had extended Bakugo's eyeliner wings a bit longer.

Deku randomly picked up a ablack mascara to flutter out Bakugo's eyelashes, getting a bit of mascara under his lower lashes.

Hitoshi watched as Bakugo got pushed by Deku to talk about his day as Deku applied a light pink blush before going in with highlighter

"And that's why Dunce Face has a tattoo now." Bakugo ended, making Deku laugh on the screen when he was reaching for some liquid lipstick.

"Wow! That's so funny." Deku replied snickering, before his hands found a plastic sheet. "What the.... Wait! Oh, stick on gems! I got these for Red Riot's makeup tutorial, but I forgot where they were. I haven't used them much, and it's a perfect time to use them now."

Himiko laughed as Deku went ham with the gems, placing them in a triangle under Bakugo's eyes. "Were you just having fun at this point?"

"Yes." Izuku responded, laughing at Bakugo's face.

"Almost done. I just need to get you some lipstick." Deku added, smearing bright red lipstick onto Bakugo's mouth.

"Are you ready to see?" Bakugo asked, looking at his face in the mirror.

"Yes, I'm done with my beautiful painting." Deku said taking off his blindfold. "Eh, not that bad. I think I did great."

"Judging time! Time for our special guest!" Deku called out.

Bakugo questioned. "Who the hell is judging this?"

Hitoshi walked in dressed in a pan umbreon onesie. "Oh fuck." He said before laughing at the two's faces.

"Who won?" Deku questioned, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Don't be biased, bitch." Bakugo stated, crossing his arms

"I think cleanliness goes to Bakugo since Deku didn't really make it that even. But Deku would take creativity from the gems making the look more sparkling." Hitoshi judged, humming to himself. "I'd say it's a tie."

"Dammit!" Bakugo yelled.

"Yay!" Deku yelled back.

"Two polar opposite reactions." Hitoshi remarked, pointing at the two differing expressions.

Deku clapped his hands together with a smile. "Okay, that's it for the video! Hey, there might be a rematch in the future, right?"

"Oh, you bet your ass I'm coming back for a rematch." Bakugo retorted, smugly with a smirk on his face. Hitoshi gave a solemn wave in the background, flopping one of his onesie ears to the camera.

"Good. Thanks for watching! Have no fear and be your own kind of hero!" Deku signed off, waving his hand to the audience.

"Great video." Hitoshi clapped.

"I can't wait to see what the rematch is like." Himiko added.

Izuku sighed, "Me either. I'll probably do it after I finish editing the videos we filmed ahead of time."

"Oh, isn't there like three in the wait?" Hitoshi questioned, switching the television to a movie they had all seen before.

"Yeah, but college has been making it a bit difficult. But, I have good news." Izuku said.

"What?" Himiko asked.

"My professor in my film studies class wants us to make a short film or film of sorts. The length has to be less than two hours long. Our class is small, so that's why he is generous in the length maximum. He is grading us on our original ideas, our editing skills and the overall creativeness of the film. I'm looking forward to doing that." Izuku explained, leaning back to think about all sorts of ideas he could do.

"Me too. I'm wondering what idea you are cooking up in your head right now." Hitoshi wondered.

"Oh, it's going to be good." Izuku promised.
