Barcode shook his head and assured one more time:

-P'Mile, P'Jeff didn't do anything wrong to me.

He could clearly see flames of anger in the person standing opposite to him. He wondered why P'Mile looked so furious

-Tell me the truth, you would never be so pessimistic if he hadn't done anything. There's no need to protect him Barcode, I know how pathetic he is now.

-You have to believe me P'Mile,I'm telling the tru...

Mile could not stand it anymore, he punched the wall aggressively which startled Barcode.

-Then why did you cry, why did you tell me that Jeff hated you, and why do your eyes look swollen every single time I see you?

Barcode was speechless, he did not know how to answer Mile. He did not want others to know about their situation at that moment, he did not want Jeff to be scolded again as he was worn out completely lately.

Barcode quickly got away from Mile, who was losing his patience. He put on his backpack hurriedly in front of everyone.

-N'Barcode, where are you going?

P'Apo asked, causing Jeff to look up and see the situation.

-I'm feeling under the weather right now, but don't worry, I'll go home and rest.

Barcode smile awkwardly, he put his shoes on quickly and walked towards the door.

-You must stay, I haven't finished talking to you yet.

P'Mile grabbed Barcode's arm, he turned around and looked at his Phi.

-Can we talk about this another time, I'm tired.

Barcode withdrew his arm from Mile's hand and left. Jeff was sitting there with mixed feelings. He wanted Barcode to stay but it was too late.

-Jeff, I think we need to talk.

P'Mile sighed heavily. These two, they were each other's destiny but they could not get together somehow.

Then, everyone was surrounding Mile, they kept asking what had happened to their little Barcode. Mile did not say anything, he just looked at Jeff with a contemplative eye.

-Jeff, what have you done to Barcode? He seems to be really sad.

As soon as Mile stopped talking, everyone's eyes was focusing on Jeff. He spoke under his breath.

-It's just a small quarrel, P'Mile. Don't worry.

Mile was unable to keep in his anger anymore.

-Jeff, you must tell the truth, can't you see N'Barcode has been acting really weird lately. He is avoiding being near you at all cost, his eyes are swollen every time I see him, he is not as happy as he used to be.

Mile's voice seemed like he was begging Jeff to end it all. If they kept behaving like that, there would be no chance to solve the problem.

-Yeah he's right, Barcode has been pretty quiet, he doesn't make fun of me like before. He used to follow everywhere you go, but now he doesn't want to be near you anymore. Not just P'Mile can see that there's a problem between you two, we all can.

Apo agreed with Mile, his saying caused everyone to realize that the naughty kid had turned into a completely different person out of the blue.

-I...I was drunk that night...I couldn't control myself.

The atmosphere turned blue when he spoke. Mile waited with anticipation for the worst thing that could come out from Jeff's mouth.

-What have you done?

-I...I slapped him and...I said something that I shouldn't.

Everyone was taken aback by Jeff's answer.

-Jeff! You have never acted so rude to N'Barcode before, why did you do that?

P'Tong exclaimed. Jeff always took care of Barcode and gave him loving attitude, what was the reason behind all of his action that night? Mile couldn't believe in his eyes, he knew Jeff was desperate but he never thought that Jeff could be so cruel to Barcode.

-Jeff, do you know that Barcode is just 18 years old, he is too young to suffer from all of this.

-We have been trying our best to comfort him, why would you ruin all of our efforts because of your drunkenness?

Mile and Apo asked Jeff repeatedly as they were responsible for taking care of their little brothers, they could not let N'Barcode suffered in despair caused by criticisms and Jeff's anger. Everyone knew that Barcode was not to blame in that situation, it was Jeff who was too broken to function, which led to him hating on the kid who loved him more than anything.

-You know that it wasn't N'Barcode fault at all, right? Jeff, you must understand that he didn't do anything, stop scolding him for the things that he never expected would happen.

Build advised Jeff that if he could not understand the real situation, there was no chance for their relationship to improve. What a pity Jeff did not listen to the senior's advice, his saying seemed to reached the agony he had been hiding from.

-But if I agree to forgive him, if I let go of everything, will Maei come back to me? She didn't do anything wrong!

-We all know that P'Maei is not to blame, but so is N'Barcode. Can't you get it, you've lost your loved one once, don't repeat your mistake. Barcode loved you more than himself, can't you see?

Bible spoke up after realizing that things have gone too far. If Jeff kept mourning over his lover, who will do the same thing to Barcode?

-But she is the one I love!

-Jeff Satur, she is dead! She has passed away already!

Bible and Jeff was shouting at each other, their anger seemed to have reached its limit. Hatred, love and regret were slowly taking control of Jeff's mind.

-And about Barcode, he's suffering from the feeling of guilt like her! I don't want him to end up like P'Maei, can't you see how desperate he is right now?

-Jeff! You must stop all of this vengeful thoughts. P'Maei didn't even blame Barcode, then why would you. He didn't do anything wrong at all!

-Can you please cherish him just a little bit, no matter how mad you are, you must recognize all the love and care that he gave you during that hard time. Don't wait until he leaves you will you regret making him suffered so much.

Bible stood up and took Build with him, leaving a blind man who was not willing to listen to anybody advice's behind.

After those two had left for a while, Jeff walked away from the scene as well, no one stopped him, they knew that he needed time to think.
