Without Consent 2.

You wake up next to a ghost. No sign of Harry anywhere throughout the house.

He must have left early, you think, seeing a comforter draped across the couch along with a pillow. You carefully fold the quilt and place it underneath the pillow, assuming Harry sleeps there tonight.

The rest of the day, you clean the house. Around three, feeling tired, you retreat to your room for a nap. When you awake from your three hour nap, you hear the bedroom door creak open. Keeping your eyes shut tightly, hoping Harry won't notice, you pretend to be asleep.

To your disappointment, you can hear Harry walk towards the bed. He comes to your side, and your heart begins to beat rapidly. You hold your breath, wishing he would leave you alone.

"Lovey, I know you're awake," Harry whispers, stroking your hair with the tips of his fingers. You slowly open your eyes one at a time. Harry's gaze meets yours as you focus on his beautiful face. Your lip starts to quiver, and you bury yourself into the pillow.

"Hey now," he sits down on the bed and pulls your body up and into his. Your head rests in the curve of his shoulder. He holds you gently in his arms, but you hold on for dear life. You realize you could lose him any second, but you pray that you never will.

Hot tears stream down your cheeks, and onto Harry's shirt. You bawl into his chest as he soothes you, stroking your back.

"I'm sorry!" You sob, shedding more tears. Your body shakes, and you can no longer take the guilt.

"I know, I know," Harry reassures you. "I'm sorry also," he apologizes.

"For what?" You weep, wiping the tears away from your face.

"For reacting the way that I did," Harry explains. "This is a blessing," he smiles.

You begin to cry again, as you think what a terrible idea it was for you to go behind your husband's back. You're so thankful that you married a loving and forgiving man.

"You shouldn't apologize Harry, I'm the one who stopped taking their freaking birth control pills," you mutter. "It was completely stupid and wrong."

"That's true," Harry's hand cups your cheek, wiping away a stray tear with his thumb. "But I think we are ready to be parents."

"You think so?" You ask meekly.

"Sure," he shrugs.

"Oh Harry," you sigh with relief, and hug him from where you sit on the bed. "I don't deserve you."

"I love you," Harry whispers into your neck.

I know, I know that was not as good as the first one and I wasn't going to do it but everyone wanted me to so that's what I did. The second one is never as good as the first.
