"Good evening Phoenix" Albus Dumbledore greets the young woman as she opens the door.

"Hello professor, how can I help you?"

"Call me Albus, you've been out of school long enough"

"Okay, how can I help you Albus" She looks at him as he speaks.

"I'm looking for new recruits for the Order of the Phoenix"

"Like the order my mum was apart of"

"That exact order. I'm afraid the rumours of Voldemort being back are true" Phoenix looks at her old Headmaster in shock.

"He's actually back"

"I'm afraid so"

"Count me in. I'll join, its like I was made for it really even share a name" She jokes.

"Thank you. The first meeting will be tomorrow evening at Grimmauld Place and your uncle Sirius will be there" Phoenix looks at Dumbledore in shock.

"Siri but I thought"

"He's innocent" She smiles at knowing her uncles innocent.

"Okay" Dumbledore hands her a piece of paper with the address.

"I'm secret keeper so only people I tell can find the house"

"Okay I'll be there tomorrow"

"May I suggest maybe going tonight so you can spend some time with Sirius"

"Yeah of course" She smiles excitedly.

"Right I will see you tomorrow Phoenix" He apparates away as Phoenix grabs her bag and puts a few bits in it before grabbing her jacket and apparating in front of her old home. She looks up as the house appears before taking a deep breath and knocking the door. The door opens to reveal Sirius.

"Can I help you?"

"Good to see you too Uncle Siri" She smiles at him.

"Nixy"

"Hi" He wraps his arms around her and pulls her to him, she returns the hug. "I've missed you"

"I've missed you too sweetheart, so much. What are you doing here?"

"Dumbledore. He wants me to join the Order and also suggested I come tonight to see you"

"Come on, we've got some catching up to do" Sirius grabs her arm and pulls her inside and to the kitchen where someone else is stood.

"Who was it Sirius?"

"Phoenix"

"Hello Remus" Phoenix says, smiling at him.

"Wow, you've grown up" Remus pulls her in for a quick hug which she happily returns.

"I have"

"Right, sit down I need to know what my favourite niece has been up to"

"Siri, I'm your only niece"

"Still my favourite" She rolls her eyes at him as she sits down.

"Kreacher still around or has he finally died"

"Still around, still awful" Sirius says, making Phoenix laugh.

"Nothings changed then"

"Nope, although I did notice a room with your name on"

"Yeah, after mum died Granny dearest was the only person left to take care of me, if you can call it that"

"She raised you?"

"Until she died when I was twelve. She wasn't a massive fan on some of my views should we say"

"What happened after she died?"

"Andromeda took me in. She wanted me from the start but she couldn't stand against your mother, who was appointed as my legal guardian"

"Who the hell would appoint her?"

"Someone in the ministry Siri" Phoenix says, shrugging.

"What was she like to you?"

"She hated the views I had on muggles and the fact I'm a Metamorphmagus. Tried everything to beat it out of me. In the end I just started to pretend I'd changed my views and chose my mother's hair and eye colour whenever I was around her"

"I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you"

"Don't worry about it Uncle Siri, it wasn't your fault anyway it was only a couple of years" She reaches in her bag for something "I've got something for you" She pulls out a wand and hands it to Sirius.

"My wand"

"It was given to mum after you got arrested, Walburga never knew I had it"

"Thank you Nixy" He hugs her again.

"You're welcome" Remus sits, smiling at the two happy that his best friend finally has his niece back.
