For the past hour you've done nothing but stare at the ceiling. You were tired when you got into bed just a little while ago, but now you're not tired anymore and you're stuck wide awake while Hailee slept peacefully next to you.

You began to feel a little antsy just laying there. Your mind racing a little too much making you feel like you're never gonna get to sleep. You sat up and ran your hands over your face. You groaned and ran your hand through your hair before you attempted to get out of bed, only for Hailee to wrap her arm around your waist and gently tug you back down.

"Where do you think you're going?" It came out as a playful question at first but when you sighed and didn't answer her she knew something was wrong. "Y/n? Sweetheart what's wrong?" You turned on to your side and buried your face in her shoulder. "Just can't sleep." You mumbled and Hailee sighed. "Come a little closer, sweet girl." You moved as close as you could to her and felt her hands travel to your hair.

She knows you like the back of her hand, always one step ahead of you when it comes to knowing just what you need. So she didn't hesitate to start playing with your hair while her other hand moved down to your side, her fingertips resting on your skin as she lightly brushed them along your soft skin.

You sighed when she moved her hand that was in your hair down to your stomach. her thumb tracing small circles on there. You started to get a little tired. You let out a yawn and closed your eyes, your head still resting comfortably on her shoulder. "Goodnight baby. I love you. Sleep well" was the last thing you heard her say before falling asleep for the night.
