Stars POV
I wake up the next morning and feel the sun in my face. Today's the day! I get up and throw on my turquoise dress,pull my hair up into a high ponytail, and throw on my tiara. Today's the day I will get the family wand and earn my wings. Also since I'm turning fourteen today that means I'm officially old enough to be sent down to earth . I look in the mirror. I'm ready to go. Since I still have time I decide to check on Chloe. She's still sleeping uh well hopefully she'll be awake when I'm done. My dad comes into my room to tell me that it's time and I walk out of my room happily. I walk down the isle and see all the people gathered around. Once I get to my parents my mom hands me the wand and it changes imediatly. I then rise up and grow two wings from my back. There not as big as everyone else's wings probably because I'm half human but I don't mind I'm too happy right now. All around me people are cheering and I feel amazing right now. Until my friend Courtney comes running in " Star come quick Chloe's in trouble " she yells. I hurry after her and I hear everyone gasp and whisper as I leave. I take a look at what's going on. "is it bad? " I ask my dad. "yeah it's pretty bad I think it's time" my dad replies. I nod. "what were just gonna let her go down there alone she's only 14 I was 18 when I went down to earth " my mom says. I just stand there. She's being bullied she needs help to get her hope back. "I have too" I say. "fine " my mom says "oh and you'll need this " she says handing me a bag. "thanks " I say. "good luck " my mom says and next thing I know a portal to earth opens up. Here goes nothing.
