Modern AU, I think

Venti

you went as ketchup and mustard. Venti picked the costume. He didn't want to wear the "normal" costumes, and once he saw the condiment costumes, your fate was sealed.

Xiao

He doesn't usually dress up for Halloween, but you somehow convinced him. There was a list of ideas you went through. He was quick to eliminate the 'angel and devil' costume when you said he'd have to be the angel. You settled for being a mouse and cheese. Venti had to help and saw it on the list. You should have asked Zhongli.

Kaeya

You really left the choice up to him? Wow. He chose to go as pirates. Surprise surprise. But, there's a twist. He got himself a female pirate costume with a skirt for the hell of it. Have fun explaining to Jean why you let him pick your costumes this year

Diluc

You guys couldn't think of anything and asked for help. No, it wasn't Venti.
it was Lisa.
You're going out as a hotdog and bun now. Diluc appears to have some second thoughts about letting Lisa pick, but you guys are already in the costumes and you're dragging him outside because free candy is free candy.

Childe

Mora and a pouch. No questions asked. He probably told you to be the wallet because he's the rich one. Also he wants to be in-

(forget the last part of the Childe one, it was a joke)

Xingqiu

Harry Potter and Luna Lovegood. He was probably Luna. If Chongyun tags along for whatever reason, he's forced to dress as Dobby. Xingqiu got to pick the costumes and payed for them. If you wanna be Luna, you can and he'll be Harry. Or you'll get Chongyun and you'll all go as Dobby and chase whatever poor soul went out as Harry chanting "DOBBY IS A FREE ELF" until you get tired and want more candy

Chongyun

You had to explain why everyone dressed up and knocked on doors to him. He chose the classic bedsheet ghost costume. You wore sunglasses on top of your costume, he copied so people could tell you were 100% partners

Kazuha

You went as cats. You picked the costume since Kazuha couldn't think of anything. He agreed. It's better than being wine and a sack of rice like Zhongli recommended.

Tohma

you went as foxes, and boy were you cute.

Gorou

Thoma picked the costume, so you know it's something cheesy. You're a cat and mouse, no questions asked. Except for when you asked Thoma why he picked that as your costume. He avoided the question. OH! And he made you both wear tutu skirts!

Albedo

you got him cat ears and a tail. He asked why, and you told him you thought it would be cute, so you'd be matching. Little did he know, there were matching maid outfits coming soon for the costume...

Razor

Red riding hood and the big bad wolf, but you guys changed it to red riding hood and the small good wolf, for obvious reasons.

Jean

like Gorou, she's really busy, but you were actually able to help her finish early so you can go. You went as (Venti's idea, obviously) Nintendo Switch controllers.

Xingyan

An electric guitar and violin! You guys wanted to match, and be different at the same time, so what better costume is there? Plus, Xingyan is a musician, so that works out in the end. If you're gonna call it cheesy, remember Venti and Xiao's costumes.

Lisa

you let Lisa choose. She originally was going to pick something different, but you guys went as an angel and devil. Venti almost wrote them wrong, putting angle and devol (A devol is a type of kitchen counter, I believe), but that was quickly corrected, or it would have been a strange Halloween

Beidou

you guys are going as Vikings. They're cool and you guys agreed on it. didn't even have to ask Kazuha for help. If he wants to tag along, he's gotta contribute to making the fake boat with wheels.

Amber

you went as bunnies! Barron bunny was a huge inspiration, but Amber loves bunnies, and they're cute, just like you and Amber!

Ganyu

you guys talked about what you'd go as for about 10 minutes before agreeing to be -Venti's idea (you asked Zhongli, Zhongli asked Venti for whatever reason)- two peas in a pod

Yoimiya

asked Gorou, who asked Itto, who asked Sara, who asked Yae, who asked Ei. You guys went as tri colored dango. Quite the journey for that costume, huh. (I couldn't find a costume picture, so have a picture of two dango)

It's done! I did it! No more procrastinating! I hope you enjoyed it, as you can tell, these were all made on different days for some. I worked really hard, and I hope you liked it!
