Sports Camp Pt 2

3rd Person:

After 30 short minutes they finally arrived at the amazing camp people call Future Stars. (It's a real camp in New York that I go to every year so if you go there I guess one day we'll cross paths.) The group shuffled off the bus as some of them exclaimed their goodbyes to Chris and that they'll talk to him later.

The big blob of High school students stumbles down the hill to the tent where other active children and teens were talking and hanging out while others were playing soccer in the field a little over from the tent.

Dante, Katelyn, Aphmau, and Zane swing their bags onto the thin grass in one swift motion and it makes a small thump. The many different color haired people look around trying to see what everyone else was doing so that they could join in.

Katelyn, Laurence, and Aphmau run off to play soccer with the young 11-year-olds. While Garroth goes over to 2 coaches and a bunch of campers who are blasting music and join in on their conversation. KC and Zane just sit on a plastic bench and talk to each other.

Garroth's POV

The conversation wasn't really intriguing to me so I decided to watch Laurence run across the fields and try to possess the ball. "Sooo, Who you staring at?" one of the coaches ask if I remember correctly her name is Natalia.

Instantly all eyes were on me, I was feeling a few butterflies in my stomach scared of what they would think of Laurence and me. "M-my boyfriend, Laurence." I was prepared for what I was going to hear "Faggots" or "That's disgusting!" and the most typical "God hates you."

But I didn't hear any of that all I heard was "Awe, that's so cute!" and "That's adorable" the final one being the most loving "That's beautiful, don't let people tell you otherwise." Homophobics were wrong, God loves me.

This isn't really a very good one-shot or two-shot however you wanna call it but at least I tried. 1:01 AM  and I got no plans I'mma sit at home and yell at the screen "GAY LOVE IS BEAUTIFUL!"
