The ladies came downstairs after getting Giovani down for another nap! The men were engrossed in a conversation and didn't realize they were coming down the steps! They haven't had a chance to go out together and the idea was Lori's!

Fatima, "Do you mind watching Giovani for an hour or two while we go out later?"

Zac, "Sure where are you ladies going?"

Lori, "Well we just wanted to hang out for a while! Fatima doesn't know because we haven't did anything together and Giovani can't go outside or else we would've took him with us!"

Angela, "Yeah T wasn't going to go because she said you've had Giovani all day and she didn't want to just spring him on you last minute!"

Jana, "Yeah so we decided to ask you!"

Zac, "Well I'm fine! I can watch him! We actually have some documents to go over here so y'all can actually leave whenever you're ready!"

Lori, "Ouuu we need to go shopping!"

Meech, "Y'all going out or hanging out?"

Angela & Jana, "Both!"

The girls started laughing and the guys realized that they were probably going to a club!

Jake, "Just say y'all about to get drunk!"

Fatima, "We're about to get drunk!"

Tony, "How about y'all hang out tonight here and then the weekend y'all can go out!"

Lori, "Ouu Yes Daddy!"

Fatima, "Damn girl! Play hard to get just a little bit!"

Lori, "Girl I've been playing hard to get for a minute! I'm done playing!"

Angela, "Damn girl you should've just thrown your panties at the man!"

Jake, "Angela you'll hang out with me and then the weekend belongs to you and the girls!"

Angela, "Ayy Papi Chulo, yes I can do that!"

Jana and Fatima looked at each other, "SIMPS!" They started laughing!

Meech, "Jana, we're catching up! You can party the weekend okay?"

Jana, "Yes Papa!"

Fatima, "Damn! You too!" Fatima just laughed because she knew her and Zac hadn't made it to that level yet! They were still navigating through coparenting and haven't decided if a relationship is best for them!

Zac, "Fatima let's parent tonight!"

Fatima, "Alright that's fine by me!"

Zac, "Cool!"

Lori, "Do y'all have to be so weird?"

Fatima & Zac, "What?"

Angela, "Counseling session!"

Everyone started laughing!

Jana, "Y'all need to talk about everything! Not the trauma but the relationship! What is something you love about each other? Ladies first! Make sure y'all maintain eye contact with each other!"

Fatima, "I love that Zac finally values himself and accepts the positivity within him! Growing up he used to be so hard on himself about everything! Now he knows his worth and he doesn't settle and it's something so sexy about that!"

Zac, "I love how selfless Fatima is! She's sweet, compassionate, loving, and an amazing mother even if she doesn't know it! She always go hard for the people she loves and that's a major plus!"

Angela, "What's stopping y'all from being together?"

Fatima, "I've always wanted Zac but I love how he respects the fact that what I went through was traumatic! He doesn't push hisself off on me even when I tried to get him to bed!" *rolling her eyes*

Zac, "Well for me it's the trauma! I don't want us to make love and fall deeper in love until we both heal! If it happens naturally then that's fine but I definitely don't want to force it! Fatima is precious cargo and I want to be careful with her!"

Lori, "So what levels of trauma healing have you both completed?"

Fatima, "Well the other night we completed Phase I, which focused on the first traumatic event we experienced at the hands of our abusers!"

Jana, "How many more Phases are there?"

Zac, "Phase II focuses on a different level of traumatic experience! This level entails any thoughts of self harm or extreme pain inflicted by the abuser! Phase III focuses on the Forgiving ourselves for things we could not control and realizing we were not the problem! Phase IV focuses on Remembering who we were before the trauma! It takes us back to our happy place! Phase V focuses on telling the people we love about the trauma we experienced and I mean all of it! Phase VI is the final phase and it focuses on writing a letter to our abusers, forgiveness and the plan moving forward!"

Angela, "So both of you have completed Phase I! Do you think you're ready for Phase II?"

Fatima, "Idk if I'm ready but I'll definitely take the steps to try!"

Zac, "I'm ready! It's time!"

Meech, "Well how about y'all go upstairs and we will stay down here until y'all finish!"

Zac, "Sounds good to me! Mamas are you ready?"

Fatima, "Sure let's go!"

Zac took Fatima's hand and they headed upstairs! They made it to the office and they both had a seat in front of each other! They took a deep breath and locked eyes! They needed to prepare themselves for what they had to say and what they were about to hear! They closed their eyes and just held hands! They were setting the mood and it was important that both of them were calm! Fatima open her eyes at the same time and Zac, "Let's Pray!"

Fatima, "Dear Heavenly Father, We come to you as humble as we know how asking you to purge our spirit and allow us to remain calm during this connection! We know that some things stated may be too much but we also know you will allow us to get through it and have peace in the end! In Jesus Name we pray Amen!"
