You couldn’t help but smile. He was just too amazing. Your best friend knew James had called you.

“No more thinking about him! It’s just us today” she said after a few minutes.

“Okay, okay” you say, looking at the time. “Wanna go out and get some lunch?”

“But where? Everything here is either really expensive or crowded”

“I know a place” you say smirking, having your favorite place in mind.

About 20 minutes later, you and your best friend pull up to your favorite restaurant.

“This is my favorite place. Been coming here since I was little.”

About an hour and a half to two hours later, you and your best friend were heading back to your apartment when you got a call.

“Hey” the voice said. You smiled because you knew who it was.

“Hey, call me in like 20, if you can, I can’t talk right now, sorry babe”

“Hey, hey, it’s fine. I’ll call you before I fall asleep”

“Okay, love you” you say, before hanging up.

“No more talking to him today” your best friend joked, knowing he was going to call again later on.

“One more and that’s it” you say, smirking.

“Yeah, yeah, I know” she says before walking into your apartment.

What you loved about the best friend is that you can eat as much as you want with her, and not caring if you gain weight, or what you look like.
