"What would the Hero Commission want at 4 AM in the morning?" A man muttered to himself as he rubbed his eyes sleepily in the hallway outside the Hero Commission office.

"The president is ready to see you." A man said as the door opened.

The man outside the office walked in, putting on a laidback face as if though he had nothing to worry about in the world.

"Thank you for coming at such a short notice, Hawks." The president said.

Hawks smirked, "That is me, the hero too fast for his own good." 

"Charming." The president said sarcastically.

"What am I needed for this time?" Hawks asked.

"As you know, just 2 hours ago All Might defeated All for One and finally put him into Tartarus." The president explained.

"Yeap, it was all over the news when I woke up, its shocking that All Might is weaker now." Hawks said as he scratched his head.

"But the problem isn't exactly All for One, its this new league, The League of Villains." The president said, a screen appeared behind her with pictures and information that they knew about the members.

"The league consists of nine key members." The president gestured as nine different pictures appeared. "The man known as Shigaraki from his USJ attack being the leader, Kurogiri being one of their key members, Virus being considered one of their powerful ones with Dabi being second to her. There is also Toga, a young girl who has murdered many people, Spinner who follows Stain's ideology very closely, Twice who can make clones of people, Mr. Compress who can put anyone and anything into marbles, and Magne, who has proven to be powerful if needed."

Hawks carefully observed the pictures, being quite surprised at their members abilities. "They seem quite powerful."

"Exactly, and thanks to their attacks and the recent kidnapping of UA's student, Katsuki Bakugo, they have made quite a name of themselves." The president explained.

"And what am I needed for?" Hawks said as he eyed the president, he did not like where this is going.

"We need you to be a spy in the League of Villains." The president said.

The only noticeable reaction from Hawks was a raised eyebrow, once the president was sure that he wasn't going to protest, she continued.

"They are slowly getting more and more powerful each day, I want you to go in, saying that you agree to their ideology and try to make contact with their boss, Shigaraki."

"And how am I supposed to do that? No one knows where they disappeared to." Hawks questioned.

"That part will be taken care by us, we will let you know once we find out that they are looking for recruits and plant you there." The president said. "Doing this will destroy them from the inside out and hopefully taking down some of their important members."

"Which are the members I have to take down?" Hawks asked.

"Shigaraki, if you can, Kurogiri, Dabi, and Virus. We will send you a more detailed information on them so you will understand their quirks."

"Very well then, I am at your service." Hawks said as he bowed, opening his vermillion wings.

BACK AT THE NEW LOV BASE

"Achoo!" You sneezed.

"Ooooo! They say that if you sneeze that means someone is talking about you!" Toga said.

"Nah, I think its because someone won't stop hitting those dusty curtains." You said glaring at Dabi.

"Yea Dabi! Stop it, I hate dust!" Twice yelled. "No, I like it, continue!"

"Make up your mind you idiot." Dabi said but continued whacking the curtains.

"I hate this place, I rather go back to the old base." You complained.

"Be my guest then, the next thing we will know is that the police caught you and tossed you into Tartarus along with All for One." Dabi said as he rolled his eyes.

"Tomura! Can we please kick Dabi out of this league?" You said turning to Shigaraki who was muttering to himself and scratching his neck furiously. "Jeez Tomura, I already warned you to stop doing that." 

"We need more members." Shigaraki said, ignoring you.

"WHAT?!" The whole league yelled.

"But isn't this place cramp enough?" You said.

"And I think we have more than enough annoying people here." Dabi said.

"If we do have to get a new member, can it be a girl?" Toga said excitedly.

"No, it must be a boy!" "A girl member would be cool!" Twice said.

"Maybe this might not be a bad idea, with more members we get more power." Spinner said.

"Spinner is right in a way." Magne pointed out.

"After all, every magician needs a assistant." Mr. Compress said.

"Dabi and Y/N, the both of you will go and look for new members." Shigaraki said.

"I'm sorry what?" You said with a blank face.

"Me and glitch bitch? Hell no!" Dabi said.

"You and your burnt ass better be thankful that you are getting me as your partner!" You said glaring at him.

"I must say, are you sure it is a good idea to put both of those gremlins in the same team?" Mr. Compress asked.

"We heard that!" You and Dabi said together.

"Y/N can be convincing if she wants to and Dabi can just threaten people, I say its a good team." Kurogiri said.

"You hear that? I'm going to be the one who does all the convincing here!" You said to Dabi.

"Yea, and by convincing we are just going to burn people." Dabi replied.

"How the fuck are we going to get new members if you're just going to burn them up?" You retorted.

"SHUT UP!" Shigaraki yelled as he slammed his fist on the table, you and Dabi quieted down immediately. "Tomorrow the both of you will be going out to search for new members, whether you like it or not."

"Ugh, I'm already despising it." You groan.

"At least there is one thing we can agree on." Dabi said as he rolled his eyes.
