Dabi's pov

This day could not be any worse, well if you count the vice president walking in my class with that look on his piss ant face that makes me wanna just... let's calm down.

The whole room is stunned into silence from him just being here, he suddenly clears his throat and the entire classroom is devoured by silence, he arranges his sheet and begins with the announcement.

"Hi, Takami here and I will be giving out the agendas for the first semester. First off will be the upcoming tests".

There are a lot of groans in response to that one. I look at him and see him chuckling.

"Guys, I know you're not excited about that, believe me I know, but trust me knowing this will only help you prep faster so you can get this done easier and quicker. Okay, so for the tests, the will be a printed timetable on the main notice board so you can go and take a look at that later."

"Second of all, there will be a few notices to be aware of regarding the tests, then there is the international meet and greet with the foreign students exchange program, which will take place next week".

I could hear someone grumbling about how it's only the student council that gets to go to these things anyway.

"Third will be regarding our summer festival taking place in two months time, so all club member committee and presidents will be meeting up after school to discuss matters and arrangements with the student council".

There is excited chatter and a few cheers following that, honestly, the festivals the college hostes are one of the few things I can actually appreciate here. The way people come together and just forget about everything and just be free is what I love and envy the most.

After all the announcements, he leaves and our professor begins with the class, time passes by and it's 5:45 pm. I pack up my stuff while saying bye to Jin, then I make my way out of the class.

I get to an area around the gym when I run into purple eyes again and this time it looks like she's got a friend, this girl is like cotton candy cause her eyes and hair are pink as hell. Purple eyes sees me and points in my direction, she and her friend head over.

"Hey there"

She gives me an unimpressed look.

"You have no idea what my name is do you"

I just shrug, I don't have the time to learn every name in this facility.

"It's Eto, don't forget it and over to my right is Yuki".

Yuki smiles shyly and waves at me, this girl seems familiar, but why.

"Wait, you're the girl that Takami saved from the boiling hot coffee right?"

She blushes and puts her head down

"Oh that, I thought it would all die down soon enough, it's hard to go about thinking about a handsome man saving you from your own breakfast".

"Yeah, that was embarrassing Yuki, but look on the bright side, the vice president touched your hips".

Eto wiggles her eyebrows as Yuki begins spewing out nosensical babbles.

Just then, I see a figure head toward us, and guess who it is.

"Hey girls, you coming for the meeting tonight?"

They both nod.

"Wait, you guys are committee members?"

They both nod again.

"Yuki is president of the creative writers society and I am a committee member of the sports association"

No wonder she beat me at basketball, little bitch is trained to do this.

"Well, we gotta go dude see ya".

The two girls left for the meeting leaving me alone with Takami. I see him staring at me and honestly, it's making me uncomfortable.

"What the hell you lookin' at"

"I'm just trying to figure you out, for some reason, I get the impression that you don't like me".

I almost want to laugh at this idiot.

"Oh really, I had no idea". I say sarcastically.

I try to walk away when I feel something light but sturdy turn me around. I see three of his feathers return to him.

"Look, I'm not here to get into your good graces or whatever, but I wanna make it a necessity to get to know my fellow colleagues, so come on man, cut out the hostility and let's try to get along".

I frown at this words, I am a lone wolf for a reason, I choose my friends carefully and my enemies as well, knowing how bitchy life is and here comes this guy, trying to lure me in like some sort of snake charmer.

"Listen, I don't know what you want, but I'll tell you this, I don't care if you wanna get in my good graces or not cause I have no interest, I could care less about you wanting to be acquainted with me, so I don't even know why you are bothering, especially now so stop trying to play the saint here and go to your shitty meeting already".

Once again I end our short meeting and leave, before I get out of ear shot, I feel him grab my arm and pull me toward him, I feel his warm breath near my ear.

"You want me to stop playing saint, well fine, I'll stop playing the saint".

He walks away with a shit eating smirk on his face, I stand there completely stunned, what in the world just happened.

I walk to my room, the events from earlier playing in my mind, what the hell, why did it feel weird when he whispered in my ear.

I take a shower, feeling gross that Takami was near me, after the shower, I change into some comfies when my phone vibrates from having received a notification. I go to check when I see a text from Yoga.

She's this middle school kid I befriended a while back, when times were tough, she was the one person I could count on, this was before I met Shig. Before I know it, I hear knocking on my door, thinking it is my idiot roommate who probably forgot his keys, I open my door to be met with golden eyes.

I want to try to avoid writing alot of notes cause I'll end up rambling. So thank you all for reading my book, hope to make this enjoyable for u all, I will be returning to school in a few days, so don't mind the constant updates.
