Before the man can speak as he picks up I interrupt his short hello with a fast and shocked tone. "How did you know?" The man replies with a confused "what?" So I reply quickly with "About Tubbo. How did you know someone was going to attempt to kill him today." As I speak a more serious tone sets in my voice as I wonder how he knew about something that didn't even happen yet.

"I told you. Everyone in the state knows, we learned about it in school and everything. Didn't you? Also, why do you keep saying 'today'" I can almost hear the eye roll he does as he speaks the first sentence. Out of curiosity I ask him "What's the date for you?"

The man pauses as he speaks "Uh..." "July 28th 2020." I pause extremely shocked and lost in though at what he just said, after a while I softly responded with, "It's July 18th, 1970 here..." I feel like I'm going crazy as I talk to this person of the future. I sit down on my bed trying to comprehend everything that I've found out within these 20 seconds.

I hear the man pause before he speaks up again, more sternly this time. "Look, if this is some sort of prank I'm going to hang up. This isn't my phone and I'm not 'Sap' or whoever that is."

Before the man ends the call I get an abrupt and crazy idea that it might be crazy enough to be true. I yell to get him to stop. "WAIT!" I take a breath of anticipation before I say "Do you live on 821 Manburg Street?"

I can tell the man is freaking out, I hear the phone shake in his hand. "Don't freak out!" I could tell what he was thinking. I try and figure out the way to put my next sentence but I still struggle to say it. "That's my old house. Well, it' my 'old house' for you but I live there right now. Does the upstairs bedroom still have that hideous flower wallpaper." I wait for his answer before I hear a hesitant "yes."

It's like a light bulb appeared in my head as I think of an idea. "That means they haven't changed it since I lived there! Give me a sec." I search frantically around my room looking for a pen, once I find one I uncap it and walk over to the corner of the bedroom. "Look in the corner of the wall, near the window." I tell him, my heart thumping at the craziness that's going on.

"Why-" the man replies

"Just do it" I say sternly

I scribble on the wall trying my best to write 'Hi' but the wood underneath is tough so I have to thoroughly scratch it to make sure it stays.

"Do you see that?" I ask, hoping he can so I don't sound even more insane than I already do.

The man stutters a 'yes'. I can tell he's shocked and to be fair so am I but I'm more excited to see the boundries of this some sort of time travel we've invented.

"Who are you?" Both the men ask curiosly. I decide to be the first to speak as I know he's in shock. "My names Cl-Dream." I decide not to reveal my name yet as I don't want to reveal information about me to a stranger from the future.

"Dream?" The man asks a bit suspicious of the strange name. Before he could question it to much I say "It's a nickname. I don't want to give you my real name yet since you could be some government spy or something." I say bluntly

I hear the man chuckle before he spoke up. "Well, I'm George."

I decide to joke with him a bit to lighten the mood due to this strange moment.
"Soooo, tell me George, who wins the world series next year? Asking for a... friend." I ask half jokingly but also a bit curious. "I'm afraid I can't tell you that." George responded asking to sound disappointed. "Well I can, but it's morally wrong" he responds with a playful attitude almost like we aren't calling from fifty years apart.

"Darn, I thought that was going to work." I click my tongue in an attempt to sound sad but I fail with a small chuckle coming out my mouth. "So tell me about the future. Wait does that sound nerdy?..." I second guess my choice of words but it's to late, or I guess to early. I decide that there's no going back so I continue, "Hm, tell me about 2020."

"Well~"
