I was in the living room getting ready for bed when I heard something from the outside. I frown at the sound, not sure what it is.

I walk towards the door and press my ears against it, trying to hear it better.

It sounds like a man. But I wasn't expecting anybody, not even Kookie. He said he would be at the club tonight.

Next thing I know, the door knob starts to rattle. I gasp in shock and fear. I was starting to get really scared. A person was trying to break in.

I tip toe to the closet next to the door and grab the baseball bat. By time it was in my hand, the person open the door.

"Ahhhh" I scream as I ran toward the person ready to hit them with the bat with my eyes shut.

"What the hell?" I familiar masculine voice said.

I open my eyes when I heard the voice and I see Kookie there looking at me with an amusing smile. I put the bat down as I frown with confusion.

"What the hell are you doing here? Didn't you said you would be a the club?" I ask him.

He shrugs his shoulder, "Yeah but I wanted to come home. Is that okay?"

I scrunch up lips, "You should have warned me. I was scare that someone was breaking in."

He laughs at me. "I'm sorry. I just miss you and I wanted to come home."

My anger and fear went away after hearing him that he misses me. I'll admit after everything I have learned, I still miss him. I feel wrong for missing him but I still have feelings for him.

"I miss you too." I mumble.

I saw a smirk on his face, which made me roll my eyes. He bent down a little turn his head and brought his right hand to his ears as if he was trying to get a better hearing.

"I'm sorry can you say that again." He teases.

"No." I cross my arms in a pout.

"Aww, come one. Say it again." He begs.

"No you're messing me with me."

I saw him taking a step forward and felt his hand around my waist. My eyes automatically drifted to his eyes. I can see his soft gentle eyes gazing at me with tenderness.

"I like it when you tell you me you miss me. Can I please hear it again?" His voice was softer.

I nod my head slowly and I saw happiness in his eyes.

"I miss you too." I said with no hesitation.

He smile and came down to kiss me. I close my eyes the moments our lips touch and my hands went around his neck.

We kiss for awhile and I was the first to pull away. His eyes were dark with lust. As much as I would like to do what he wants, I was confuse why he came home.

"Why did you come home suddenly?"

His lustful eyes turn to hesitation. "Umji came by the club." He said.

My eyes widen, so I took a step back feeling uncomfortable with what's to come.

He saw the reaction and panic. "No, it's not like that. Umm she came to tell me you saw her."

Again my eyes widen. I didn't want him to know that I was sneaking behind his back, like a psycho.

"Oh..." I said with sadness. I avoided his face.

I felt his finger underneath my chin. And he lift his finger so he can see my face.

"And you found out some stuff and I wanted to clarify some things." He said.

My brows furrow in confusion. "What did you want to clarify?"

He grab my hand and pull me toward the couch. We sat down getting comfortable.

He looks over, and had so much emotion written on his face. I became worried that he didn't want to be with me anymore. My heart was racing a little.

"Umji told me she told you everything about her sister and me." I nod my head. "And it's clear that my family is mess up, and Nobody should put up with this."

My heart stop hearing hesitation in his voice.

"But if you are willing to stick with me till I am to get my shit together.. I promise I'll never make you have any doubt for us. I will treat you good and take care of our future. I will be a man that you deserve. Just hold on a little longer, Lili."

My eyes were wide by surprise. I didn't know what to say. I thought he was breaking things off but he is still asking for us to try.

He was looking at me with my speechless expression. I saw fear, hope and love all over his face. I knew he was waiting for me to say something but I honestly didn't know what to say.

"Lili, will you hold on for me?" He ask.

I shut my eyes, and open back up. I reach for his face, and he leaned in toward my touch.

"I had to know everything that is going on. That's why I went to Umji. I am not going to lie, I hesitated if this is what I wanted. But right now, I fear that you wouldn't want to work this out and it showed me for the moment of possible hesitation, my heart slightly crack."

I saw his lips smile and I couldn't help but smile back.

"I don't think I want to be away from you ever." I tell him.

At that moment, he pulls me onto his lap and grab my face. He kisses me hard, I felt electricity all over my body.

He pulls away sometime and looks me in the eye. "I have never felt this way with another girl." He said.

My mind went back to Umji's sister, Soo Jin. I guess he saw the doubt in my eyes, because heMove my face where I was looking him straight in the eyes.

"I have never felt this way with another girl Lili ." He said again but with more stern. He wanted me to believe him. "I love you Lalisa."

I froze at his confession. I blink my eyes, checking if this was real. Did he really just say... he loves me?

"You don't have to say it back. I just want to let you know where I stand. I want to be with... forever."

I give him a smile and I leaned in towards him to kiss him again. I wasn't ready to say it back but I hope this shows him that I am willing to move forward and work on this together.
