Pride

"Where are Kageyama and Hinata?" You asked.

"They will be late. Tanaka's sister will drive them." Kiyoko said. You stopped and waited to see if Tsukki would say something but he didn't. You thought about how he uses the words stupid every time someone fails to do a certain thing. You want to come up to him and annoy him. You miss him ruffling your hair but you just can't do anything about it.

"Why do you have to be so stupid and avoid me?" You mumbled.

"Hey Shi! Is everything alright?" Yachi said holding your hand. You just nodded and looked at Tsukki who's sitting beside Yamaguchi.

'I could've been the one who's sitting there but my pride wont let me.' You thought to yourself.

"Did you and Tsukki fight?" She asked. You shook your head. All you know is that one day you both were okay then the next day he was ignoring you.

"It's like you're just ignoring each other's existence." She said. She looked at Tsukki then looked at you. Is it really that obvious?

"You guys were always up in each other's asses before, always annoying each other. Sometimes, we even leave so the both of you can have some time alone." She said. You just closed your eyes and sighed.

All you know is you need to see Kuroo. You know he will make you feel better.

"Kuroo!" You called and ran up to him. "I'm so sad." You mumbled at his chest as you hug him.

"Tell me everything. I'll listen." He said. He broke the hug and patted your head.

Tsukki scoffed at what he saw. "I told you-" He cut off Yamaguchi.

"No." He answered knowing that he will just be told to come up to you and say sorry for ignoring you. As much as he wants to, his pride will never let him.

He scoffed at the thought that he used to be the only one you hug. He is the only guy who you were comfortable with. Seeing you being comfortable with other guys made him feel like sh1t.

"You know it's never too late until she tells you." Yamaguchi told him as if he were reading Tsukki's mind. He ignored what Yamaguchi said and went inside.

You watched them as they play. You put your hands in your pockets and frown as you felt the tangled necklace he gave you. You stopped wearing it when he started ignoring you hoping that he would notice and ask why. He noticed but he never asked.

You accidentally met his eyes as he plays, your eyes glistened as you thought he would finally smile or at least tell you something. Your hopes were crushed as he looked away pretending nothing happened.

'Come on Shi, just come up to him! It's not that hard!' You tried telling yourself but your stupid pride won't let you. He ignored you, why would you run after him if he doesn't give a damn about you?

Your thoughts were cut off when you saw Kageyama and Hinata enter. "Is everything alright?" You turned your gaze to Kiyoko.

"Yeah, just tired." You answered not wanting to explain. "I'll just get some fresh air. I'll meet you guys at the cafeteria." You said and went out.

Tsukki watched you leave. He was looking for a quite while so when he looked back he was hit by the ball. "Tsukki! Are you ok?" Noya asked. He just nodded as he rub his head.

"You should take a rest. You seem a little off." Daichi said. He just shook his head.

"I'm fine." He said and went back to his position.

This training camp will be tiring than he actually thought.
